Le parking est très grand, le parking est gratuit. Le petit déjeuner est de style occidental officiel, il y a beaucoup de variétés, très riche. L'hôtel est très chaleureux autour de lui, les achats sont très pratique. Et le transport de l'hôtel est pratique. Si vous arrivez à Lancen la prochaine fois, vous devez rester ici.

The room and hotel was great. I don’t like that you do have to pay.$20 per day for parking or you will need to use the city parking but you can’t park over night as city parking expires at midnight. The location has no pool but has a nice roof top. Drinks were pretty reasonable. Over all it was nice.

Room was not clean upon arrival. TV didn't work.Had to change rooms. TV in 2nd room had to be reset before it worked. There was a hole in the wall unrepaired. The shower control fell off when adjusting the water temperature.

This hotel is nice. It was clean. It is farther away from downtown Rochester Hills than the website indicates. We were disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub, just a very small indoor pool. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Two floors of the hotel were filled with kids' hockey teams that were running wild on the other floors, including our floor. The breakfast room the following morning was much the same, the kids were yelling, running around, making a mess of everything while the parents were conversing with the other parents. Total disrespect to the rest of guests. The kids were mixing all the different juices together and then throwing it out because it didn't taste good, throwing away bananas they didn't peel, just wasting food. I know this was not the hotels fault. It's just a shame the parents or the kids had no regard for all the other patrons. We had to wait for the sole person manning the breakfast room to refill most of the breakfast items. There was a nice selection of hot and cold food once it was replenished. I would still stay at this hotel again

The location is terrific ! Right on the water. We booked a king room, it was so tiny there was not even a place to put the luggage, and the cigarette smoke residue and chemicals used to cover it up were overwhelming ! The front desk kindly gave us an upgrade to a penthouse suite at no additional charge. The suite worked out well. The hotel is older and vintage, the rooms reflect that but are in desperate need of a facelift,,,seam split wall paper, dingy corners, cheap carpet and very chintzy cabinetry circa 90s builder grade oak that is worn, scratched and mismatched to the old fashioned cherry dressers. The suite had an apartment sized refrigerator, microwave and kitchenette sink, all mismatched, white fridge, black microwave, stainless sink. Not a bit of kitchen gear supplied,,,no sponge, no towel, not even a paper towel. The TVs were tiny as well ! The bar however was lovely, excellent cocktails and nibbles. The grounds and harbor view were grand, easy and ample parking and the staff attentive. Its a good hotel,,,just really worn out !!

우버로도 5분/13불정도의 거리라서 셔틀은 이용하지 않았고 여성 스태프들이 매우 친절했습니다. 건물은 오래됐지만 관리가 잘 되어 청결했고 벌레도 전혀 없었으며 방에 냉장고, 전자레인지가 있었어요. 에어컨, 환풍 시설 잘 작동하고 복도에 자판기에서 음료와 물을 1.5달러에 판매하는데 굉장히 저렴했습니다. 프론트에서도 시원한 물 판매합니다. 거의 필요한 모든 것이 있었어요. 샤워기 수압은 약하지 않은데 변기 수압이 약해서 물을 두번씩 내려야 했던 점 빼면 다 괜찮았습니다. 건물 주변이 가로등이 밤 내내 환하고 주변에 맥도날드 등 24시 시설이 있어 치안도 괜찮았습니다. 만족합니다.

J'ai séjourné ici 3 fois (3-5 jours chacun) au cours de la dernière décennie. Attractions: piscine intérieure/tube chaud, froid gratuit (céréales, pamplemousses, jus) et petit déjeuner chaud (salope, oeufs cramés; waffles si vous voulez les faire), parking gratuit, et seulement 5-minute à pied de tout sur la rue principale de Frankenmuth. La chambre était propre, les meubles étaient en bonne condition, beaucoup d'eau chaude. J'ai apprécié les chaussures/chat/handsets cubbyholes près du coat rack (qui avait beaucoup de hangers). Je n'avais pas besoin de ces fois, mais un plancher de fer/fer et sèche-cheveux étaient disponibles. L'accès à Internet sans fil standard a fonctionné bien (pour ordinateur portable et téléphone). Tout le personnel et les gestionnaires étaient amis et utiles. Deux fois, il y avait des cookies frais préparés mis au bureau de front. Je suis très heureux et je resterai là encore. Très recommandé!

three main issues with my stay. 1) the shower was ridiculous - it literally took fifteen minutes to get anything like warm water coming out of the shower. I was lucky because I had time - if i was there for business and pressed to get out to a meeting, I would have been very upset. On the day I left, I was able to do my packing and tidy the room in the time it took for the water to run hot. Total waste of water 2) the closet had broken hinges on the door - not a huge issue, but generally made the room feel unloved and not cared for. Very simple maintenance could fix it, but no one cared enough to fix. Shows a lack of quality control for the customer experience 3) the walls were very thin - i could hear my neighbor come back at 2:45 am, play music on their phone, run the shower and then partake in some amorous night time activities through the wall. in general the location is good, service from the front desk and the housekeeping was good, parking is convenient

Vous avez abandonné le style unifié de l'hôtel, car il est un peu moins important que l'autre qui n'est pas loin de l'autre, mais c'est bien. En outre, il est possible de trouver que vous ne devez pas avoir de différence de prix dans la ville, mais cela est compréhensible! Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est frais et la variété n'est pas très mauvaise.
