While it’s located a bit far away from the CBD (~15 mins walk, with slope), the amenities were sufficient, just like a small apartment. Quiet environment, good for resting and sleep. Easy access to a supermarket nearby. The bed was a bit too soft for me. Housekeeping every day. However, there were lots of ants around the bathtub and a spider hanging on the ceiling of the bathroom in an early morning! I informed the reception staff to remark and clean my bathroom asap when they are open (the front desk not open for 24 hours but receptionist reachable by room intercom call). They have dealt with the issue for me and responded quickly. The staff there were helpful and friendly. They helped me to book a local taxi to the airport at early morning (cheaper than uber).

Easy check-in and out process, good location, could actually walk to Cataract George Reserve. Sufficient parking lot. An interesting place to stay with some activity within the hotel premises. The room was a bit too dim, even though they provided several lights, but all were yellow lights. There is noise (water flow?) that would be quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper.

Lovely clean room with comfortable bed. Excellent location right in the CBD close to shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, a supermarket, bus station, and a short walk to the harbour and attractions. Highly organised establishment with lovely staff. Good value for money in light of all this

Great location . Value for money . Cute & quiet little town. Clean apartment. No facility for cooking in room but a shared kitchen near check-in office. Got bitten by mosquitoes - use repellent ! Wonderful service by counter staff.

Very nice staff and hotel room is good fit for a family with two children. The car just parking outside the room, so convenient.

C'est très pratique, car il y a un parking à pied dans la ville. C'est un hôtel typique en Australie, le premier étage de l'immeuble est un bar, c'est très pratique pour ceux qui peuvent boire dans des magasins populaires. Il y a un café près de lui, qui commence à 6 heures du matin, le pain est très délicieux. L'hôtel est à l'autre côté d'un magasin japonais.

Great location, clean and cozy I forgot to submit the ID for the check in progress but they are very helpful and help me to process although it was late (flight delay coz us reached at midnight) Really appreciate it.

Waterloo Hotel, by far has the best hotel facilities in our room and the best window view of the sea. The room is spacious for upto four beds. Though we asked for 3 beds; 2 singles and 1 queen size bed. Kitchen facilities, utensils, mugs; plates were adequate; electricity power phone charging were  and located at easy to reach places. Spacious Toilet was excellent with adjustable shower host for standing shower; plus bath tub; and heater. Good lighting and heating. Well recommended.

Le bureau de l'hôtel est très bien placé, mais le processus de check-in et de check-out était très bien, bien que le check-out ait juste jeté une clé dans la boîte ! Il y a un numéro de téléphone à contacter en cas de problèmes graves, mais si le propriétaire ne le juge pas sérieux, vous pouvez être accusé de le faire soigneusement. Si vous cherchez un endroit proche de quelques sites touristiques, alors cela est super, et seulement environ 20 minutes par camion de l'aéroport aussi (Uber fonctionne bien)

Excellent site pour regarder sur The Nuts et la galaxie du soir. Beau soirée et le soleil se lever juste devant ma chambre. Merci à Romeo pour la réservation des produits de la mer Hursey qui servent de bons poissons de crayfish et d'abalone !!
