Le Bay Hotel Apartment est un choix judicieux si vous privilégiez la praticité au calme absolu. Situé en bordure d'une route principale, il est très facile d'y accéder en voiture. Cependant, ne vous attendez pas à une tranquillité totale : le bruit de la circulation est inévitable, surtout aux heures de pointe. Cela dit, les chambres sont propres, le personnel serviable et l'établissement offre tout le nécessaire pour un court séjour. Si un peu de bruit ne vous dérange pas, cet hôtel est une bonne option.

Easy check-in and out process, good location, could actually walk to Cataract George Reserve. Sufficient parking lot. An interesting place to stay with some activity within the hotel premises. The room was a bit too dim, even though they provided several lights, but all were yellow lights. There is noise (water flow?) that would be quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper.

Lovely clean room with comfortable bed. Excellent location right in the CBD close to shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, a supermarket, bus station, and a short walk to the harbour and attractions. Highly organised establishment with lovely staff. Good value for money in light of all this

Séjour d'une nuit plutôt confortable dans ce motel à Bicheno, au tarif hôtelier. La propreté de la chambre et son aménagement très basique ont quelque peu déçu nos attentes, sans doute parce qu'il s'agit d'un ancien complexe hôtelier. Un grand bravo pour les équipements, notamment la crème pour les mains et le corps Lovely Smile et la douche sans fuite, contrairement à beaucoup d'autres hôtels 👍. L'accueil était correct, car l'établissement fait également office de bar et de comptoir pour les boissons du pub ; il y a donc eu un peu d'attente et le service était parfois un peu rapide.

Very nice staff and hotel room is good fit for a family with two children. The car just parking outside the room, so convenient.

C'est très pratique, car il y a un parking à pied dans la ville. C'est un hôtel typique en Australie, le premier étage de l'immeuble est un bar, c'est très pratique pour ceux qui peuvent boire dans des magasins populaires. Il y a un café près de lui, qui commence à 6 heures du matin, le pain est très délicieux. L'hôtel est à l'autre côté d'un magasin japonais.

Great location, clean and cozy I forgot to submit the ID for the check in progress but they are very helpful and help me to process although it was late (flight delay coz us reached at midnight) Really appreciate it.

Lovely staff who warmly welcome us. Convenient location with restaurants and IgA nearby. A nice coastal view with balcony. Very comfy beds and clean linen. Good price value and will recommend for family for short stay.

What you'd expect for a budget motel - small, includes fridge and microwave. Quiet despite the walls being thin. The bed was uncomfortable, but overall good value for money. I just wish there was the option of a do not disturb sign as we got woken up by housekeeping in the mornings.
