Room is great and clean, staff members are very nice and helpful with all questions we had. Also they offer free shuttle to the airport. But the toilet's water tank was leaking water, doesn't affect using it but kind of frustrating and it need to be fixed. Other than that everything is perfect! It's my second stay in here and I recommend for travelers looking for airport accommodations! :)

Il se trouve à environ 500 mètres de la station Boardway City Hall du Skytrain. Il y a également des arrêts de bus à proximité pour se rendre à l'UBC, ce qui rend le transport pratique. Si vous réservez une chambre standard et choisissez la priorité aux lits jumeaux et que la réception vous propose finalement un lit double, vous pouvez demander à la réception de le vérifier dans le système. Le petit déjeuner est moyen, mais la variété est assez complète. Le prix est acceptable.

L'hôtel était propre, mais plein, le personnel n'est pas le plus ami, mais le service était OK, la piscine était petite et le tube chaud était rempli de personnes.

Review hotel We recently stayed at the Century Plaza Hotel in Vancouver and had a great experience. The hotel's location is very convenient, situated right in the downtown Vancouver. It made exploring the city and accessing public transportation very easy. Our room was spacious, big space, clean, and well-appointed with a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and tea. The staff at Century Plaza were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with any requests, which enhanced our stay even further. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant C|Prime, which served delicious Italian meals with a good variety of options. Overall, our stay at Century Plaza Hotel was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to the city!

Really enjoyed the Hotel Zen Victoria!! it had a very laid back feel to it. Took us back in time to the 70s and 80s. Those were the good old days!! Very nostalgic! Highly recommended!!!! Service was fantastic!! Restaurant was very good and the service was terrific!!

Nice hotel, clean and good size rooms. A bit out of the way in comparison to town. We were traveling with a large group and some hotel staff were accusing us of poor behavior even though we specifically told them we weren't part of the group they thought we were. Didn't matter though, the hotel staff in the hallways treated our children poorly, threatening them and were yelling at them for walking down the hallway to another room, even though the gentleman at the front desk didn't even know the kids were walking past when they did, we asked him. We made sure kids were in their rooms before 11 and we were on the 1st floor. Amenities were nice and Ricky's restaurant next door was convenient. However because of the poor treatment, we will not be back.

Really like the hotel …room, facility key very well … the only  unfortunate part was due to the fact of very noisy guests who party late into the night. Definitely like the hotel and we will be back.

L'hôtel est très confortable, à quelques pas des attractions majeures. Les clients doivent récupérer de l'eau placée sur le plancher, ce qui peut être inconvenant, surtout si vous avez besoin d'eau fréquemment. Si les installations et les services de l'hôtel sont autrement satisfaisants, cette question de l'accessibilité de l'eau est un inconvénient frustrant qui déduit d'une autre expérience positive de l'invité. La fourniture d'options d'eau dans les locaux améliorerait considérablement le séjour global.

À la fin merci pour l'hospitalité!
