Hôtels 3 étoiles à Bolívar, Colombie

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

Cet endroit est tout simplement étonnant. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite africaine - la chambre était propre, magnifiquement décorée et avait tant de charme. Le lit était confortable et toutes les installations étaient aussi annoncées. Nous sommes arrivés tard et même avant notre arrivée, le propriétaire Marcus nous avait répondu rapidement avec des informations sur le check-in. Quand nous y sommes arrivés - Franc (François) nous attendait et nous a donné un tour rapide et réfléchi de la BnB et était si gentil et informative avec toute question que nous avions. Il a fait le voyage pour nous. Un être humain si merveilleux. Le matin suivant, nous avons eu un petit déjeuner étonnant qui a été préparé pour la perfection et a été salué par leur torture résidente dans les locaux - un type de lyr, comme un joli gars, ainsi que Marcus, qui était aussi bien accueillant et gentil qu'il était au téléphone. Le rôde de la ville est un rôde de la ville. Je reviendrai la prochaine fois que je reviendrai à Cartagena - et à tout moment après cela.

Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'un jardin central, qui est gentil mais pas pratique, car les gens traversent toujours la fenêtre, vous ne pouvez pas laisser ouverte la fenêtre, car vous n'obtenez pas de confidentialité. La chambre est sur le sol, où est le restaurant. Il peut être mieux sur les autres étages. Alors juste la lumière artificielle. Il n'y a pas de bureau dans la chambre, sinon la chambre est décente et propre. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon avec des cafés, du jus de fruits et une omélette. L'endroit est sûr et la réception doit être ouverte pour vous d'entrer et de sortir. Vérifiez strictement à 15 h même si la chambre est disponible 😅

My stay at Ithia was very enjoyable. First time in Spain. The hotel is about 25 mins away from El Dorado Airport and check in was very smooth. My spanish is very basic but the staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. It is conveniently located right next to Museo National and within walking 15-20 mins walking

Si je pouvais vous donner plus de 5 étoiles, vous les donneriez. La vérité, excellent hôtel en général. Le service impecable, la nourriture délicieuse, les installations sont belles et propres, la chambre dispose de toutes les comodités et est située dans un très bon secteur. La seule chose qui pourrait améliorer est la couverture du WiFi, mais c'est un détail minimal.

Globalement solide, mais un peu rudimentaire. Pas de pantoufles, ni de peignoir, ni d'eau dans la chambre. On avait l'impression d'avoir juste deux télécommandes de télévision et un réfrigérateur vide. Les fournitures de salle de bain sont également basiques. L'emplacement est pratique pour l'aéroport et pour se rendre à des endroits, mais pas grand-chose autour de l'hôtel lui-même. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais la scène était mouvementée. Les choses manquaient constamment, la file d'attente pour les omelettes était lente et les tables étaient pour la plupart sales et sans couverts. Cela peut sembler mauvais, mais c'était assez satisfaisant

The old historic centre of Cartagena de las Indias, is very expensive thus this was an affordable option. Uber and taxis are also affordable. The breakfeast was very good. The personnel is nice and does not want to cheat you. Airconditioning is working well in this town where temperatures are around 32 degrees. Nice view from rooftop. An Arentinian friendly place in Colombia

Good location in South Bocagrande. Plenty of places to eat and a small mall across the road. Check in and out was smooth. Room was a good size with plenty of pillows and a comfortable bed. Has a minibar fridge and safety box. Bathroom was clean with a good shower. Breakfast was tasty with a decent variety. Pool area is well maintained and shaded. Would recommend.

L'hôtel est à environ 30 mètres de la mer et il faut traverser une route qui a beaucoup de véhicules. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel peut répondre aux besoins fondamentaux. Il n'y a pas d'eau en bois dans la chambre et il y a un supermarché à 50 mètres à gauche.

Would not recommend depending on what you are looking for during your trip. The hotel is old, eveything is dated. The pool is filthy. That said, the staff is great. So you won't want to spend more time than necessary there but it is well located. The beach is across the street and there are plenty of restaurants. It's a busy area.
