Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

Arrived at the hotel late, i found my room ready! The room is clean, the staff are friendly and I loved the room design. Good choice for families.

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

I stayed for two nights at Nova Rotana Hotel in Riyadh, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The King room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very professional and fast, and they kindly gave us the room earlier than the official check-in time. The location is outstanding — in the quiet and convenient Al Olaya area. Services like cleanliness, internet, and hospitality were excellent. Breakfast was good and standard. A couple of minor notes: the A/C was a bit loud even at the lowest fan setting, and the gym/spa/pool hours for women were limited (morning 8–10 AM, and evening 8–10 PM). A bit more flexibility would be appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for its great value and prime location.

The hotel is great, loved the size of the room, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort is on point for the price. The reception and check in process is smooth, bilingual support can be an additional point but the communication is still 👌. The room service and house keeping is also great. However what can become a nuisance quite easily is that the hotel claims to have a parking but it stays full so you have to park around the hotel and it is a busy area hence it gets a bit difficult. Moreover, for now the paid parking meters are here but they are not charging yet, once they do .. it will be more difficult to park outside the premises of the hotel. The other downturn for me personally is the size of the commode in the bathroom. Room for improvement here as not only the commode sprays water everywhere while flushing but the bidet makes alot of noise. Over all, I may come back to the hotel for the peace And quiet in the room, lobbies, and the size of the room but the parking can be a down turn for me.

L'hôtel est impeccable : les chambres sont modernes, élégantes et d'une propreté exceptionnelle, offrant une oasis de tranquillité en plein cœur de la ville. Ce que j'ai aimé : Service : Le personnel était professionnel et s'est mis en quatre pour faciliter mon arrivée et me garantir un séjour confortable. Installations : La piscine sur le toit et la salle de sport sont les atouts majeurs de l'établissement, offrant une vue imprenable et un cadre idéal pour se détendre. Ambiance : L'hôtel dégage une atmosphère chic et dynamique, parfaite pour les voyageurs d'affaires comme pour les couples. Le seul bémol : Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de commerces ou de supérettes à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel. Si vous avez besoin d'en-cas, de médicaments ou d'un petit achat, il vous faudra probablement prendre un Uber ou la voiture pour vous rendre dans l'un des centres commerciaux ou zones commerçantes avoisinantes. Verdict : Malgré l'absence de commerces à proximité immédiate, la qualité de l'hôtel et du service justifie pleinement mon séjour (5 étoiles). J'y retournerais sans hésiter, en prévoyant simplement un peu plus mes affaires personnelles !

L'hôtel est en centre-ville et bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement. Les équipements des chambres sont relativement neufs. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent pour Riyad, mais la chambre est très petite et le prix est élevé.

Excellent staff — very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We arrived well before check-in, and the team kindly arranged an early room, which was greatly appreciated. I can’t thank the staff at check-in, the restaurant, and room service enough for their hospitality, kindness, and respect. The room was large, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable king bed, plenty of power outlets, quiet and efficient air-conditioning, and good amenities. The buffet breakfast was very good, with daily variety, fresh juices, an omelette station cooked to order, a good bread selection, and decent machine coffee. Location as with 15 to 20 minutes from all attractions and malls. Ubers and Bolt was ready available. Sky bridge was walkable during cold but would be a challenge during the hot season. Down points: • Premium room was expected to be on a higher floor, but the room faced the roof line with no view. • Shower head would not stay in position and kept sliding down. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, with only minor room issues.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—it’s just a short walk from both the metro and bus station, making it very convenient to get around the city. There’s also a mall and a supermarket right across the road, along with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The hotel was very clean, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The staff maintained the room well throughout my stay, making it a relaxing place to come back to after a long day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and spacious rooms. I would definitely stay here again.
