The location is perfect, right next to the train station and it's very easy to spot the entrance. The cleanliness is definitely a work in progress. The key areas were very clean, such as the bed, the wardrobe etc. However there was dust on small things like the towel holders, behind the cupboards etc. (The only reason I checked was because my allergies were acting up but only in the room). A few cobwebs in the room that you only really notice when you're just relaxing. The bathroom was clean but in the grouting there was mould in there, so it needs sorting. The beds are uncomfortable, they're really hard on your back and both me and my partner have left with sore backs after staying, I booked a double bed and it's two single beds pushed together which would be fine if the mattresses weren't so firm. The reception staff both over the weekend and weekdays were so lovely, very friendly and welcoming and i can't fault them whatsoever. The team that refreshes the room were also lovely, very accommodating and friendly, they topped everything up in the room fast without asking and were also great. The night porter unfortunately needs an attitude adjustment, his tone and the way he speaks to you just isn't okay. Having a lovely day and coming back to the night porter being rude wasn't pleasant. All in all a lovely stay with only a few minor complaints.

Les équipements sanitaires sont également très bons. La salle de bain est trop petite! Le Wi-Fi est très accessible

Reste ici avec sa fille pour le début de la marche de la route Cumbria.Arrivée par train et il est littéralement à l'extérieur de la gare entrée.top marques pour localisation Deux chambres. Chambres de bains avec baignoire. Certains peuvent dire que la chambre est date. Pour un prix excellent . Pousses météorologiques pour nourriture autour de l'angle - moins d'une marche de 10 ms Le personnel aimable a rempli nos bouteilles d'eau avant de nous débarrasser pour notre marche. Tout en tout, nous avons satisfait à nos exigences. Pour l'information, c'est aussi un chien ami. Pour 50 £ par nuit (déaler si vous réservez un billet de train via trip.com a reçu un rabais sur les hôtels.

Had read dome negative reviews but actually had a great experience. Room was spacious bathroom lovely. Fresh and beautifully clean. Loved the decor. Excellent staff, especially as I arrived 1am! Bargain at £41 as well! Will definitely use as a stopover fir Scotland fron now on!

L'hôtel est relativement isolé, mais l'environnement est surprenant, les chambres sont propres, la pelouse du jardin est très confortable et les enfants s'amusent. Il n'y a pas d'endroit pour manger à proximité, seulement le dîner à l'hôtel. On estime qu'habituellement seuls les locaux s'y rendront. La capacité de service est limitée. Le dîner ne peut être servi qu'à une heure précise, mais les plats sont plus délicats.

Two single beds spaced together instead of a double bed as advertised. Apart from that everything was expected.

Traditional city centre hotel, great location, excellent value (low season?). The young lady on reception duty, spotted my request for a quiet room , well done - stayed at a 4 star in Liverpool the night before and they didn't! Young chap also on reception gave me a bit of the history of the place - thank you . Room was fine, old building so high ceiling, nothing flash but it had some character. The lounge is beautiful with original features.

Le petit déjeuner est excellent et les chambres sont sans spot, le personnel est excellent, rien n'est un problème.
