My experience there was really good it was calm and the room was clean without any disturbance i had a good time

L'hôtel est situé dans une zone tranquille et magnifique, avec un parking gratuit et une très chaleureuse bienvenue, l'hôtel pourrait faire face à une petite attention de l'offre, puisque des parties de l'hôtel étaient désintegrées et en mauvaise réparation. Les cadres de fenêtre, qui se déroulent malheureusement, ainsi que les toits de toit enroulés et cassés en raison d'un manque d'entretien. Nous étions un peu déçus que nous ne pouvions pas commander notre délicieux repas indien du restaurant sur place à manger dans notre chambre après un long jour de départ et à propos, et au lieu de cela, nous devions manger dans le restaurant mal éclairé, si beaucoup que je ne pouvais pas lire le Le menu avec les petites couleurs de la scène et les couleurs de la conception, je ne resterais pas encore, car ce qui a été décrit comme une chambre double standard au deuxième étage était dans un étage converti à mi-temps sans vue sur les fenêtres de toit. La suite était adéquate, avec une bonne douche; les serviettes, le savon et le lavage de corps étaient inclus, mais seulement un couple de pantalons.

The hotel itself was very nice. The room was large and comfortable (maybe too warm at times). The room facilities and freebies and bathroom was very nice and felt quite luxury. The hotel is in a natural and beautiful area where you can go hiking around it on trail, and there is a pub next door. The breakfast was lovely with varied choice. The restaurant for dinner was expensive but served great food. Parking wasnt much of an issue which made things easier. All in all a great experience, and the value for money was brilliant. My only downside was that its difficult to travel anywhere without a car from the hotel. No complaints otherwise.

Just by the train station so very handy, city centre just a short walk away,making it great for city breaks and having all you need near you. In the room my bed was so comfortable and spacious with a nice big bath. Room was clean and had a fridge and tv, kettle, again everything you need. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had the deluxe room and for the money I paid I got a great bargain. I will definitely book again in the future.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were very impressed by the staff — they were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable, which made a positive difference. However, the interior of the rooms did not quite match the photos provided online. Our group stayed in three different rooms, and unfortunately, none of the thermal meters were functioning properly. The rooms were uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to fall asleep. In my own room, the washbasin was also clogged, which caused further inconvenience.

La chambre (No.3) est excellente dans sa nomination. Cinq étoiles pour la chambre et ses meubles. Cependant... Je suis averti que les week-ends peuvent être « bruyants » Cela la met en douceur. Je suis resté pour vendredi soir et samedi soir. La chambre se trouve sur la route principale occupée. En équité, j'ai été averti par le propriétaire. Peut-être dimanche soir et midi soirs sont mieux. J'aurais donné 5 étoiles tout au long de la journée, mais j'ai marqué la position et les équipements pour refléter le bruit.

Explorers Retreat Matlock Bath was a unique and fun experience! As a solo traveler, I loved the quirky cabins and the adventurous atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great tips on local activities. The cabin was clean and cozy, perfect for a solo retreat. The location was stunning, with easy access to beautiful walks and the charming town of Matlock Bath. While the facilities were basic, the overall experience was fantastic. It's a great choice for anyone seeking a bit of adventure and a taste of nature.

Very convenient location for work which was at Cubo, Pride Park.  The room was clean, though there was a musty, stale water smell in the toilet. The food was average with a fairly limited selection, so only ate in the hotel restaurant on the first night.

I often considered booking this hotel when coming home to visit but after these last 3 days I will definitely use it more, previously I had always booked premier inn hotel never again, this hotel has AC which during the last few days has been a godsend and the added bonus of a walk in shower that was actually quite powerful, compare that to the premier inn asking for £300 for 3 nights with no AC and a shower over a bath that is totally useless, this cost £179 for 3 nights absolute bargain.

This Holiday Inn Express is a good example. The staff were great, the building is well maintained, the air con worked in extreme weather conditions too. It's close to Pride Park so that's ideal for anyone wanting/needing to go there.
