Nous avons passé une nuit ici en transit entre les Dolomites et Milan. Globalement, l'expérience était moyenne. L'emplacement est proche de la gare, mais les environs ne semblent pas très sûrs. La chambre était mal ventilée et il y avait une odeur. Le matelas était assez sale, ils nous ont donné deux draps et nous étions censés dormir entre les deux, avec la couette par-dessus les draps. Il n'y avait pas de rideaux de lit. La salle de bain était grande, ce qui était un point positif. L'insonorisation était très mauvaise, il y avait des activités dans les espaces communs tous les soirs, donc si vous avez le sommeil léger, ce n'est pas l'idéal. Il n'y avait pas vraiment de service, et la réceptionniste avait l'air un peu blasée. Pour Venise, c'est peut-être un bon rapport qualité-prix. La prochaine fois, je choisirai de transiter directement vers une autre ville pour y séjourner.

La chambre et le lit étaient spacieux. J'ai eu du mal à ouvrir la porte, cela semblait demander une certaine dextérité. J'avais réservé une chambre simple avec salle de bain privée, mais à mon arrivée, on m'a attribué une chambre avec salle de bain partagée. (On m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain privée, mais comme elle m'a été facturée, j'ai des doutes.) L'emplacement était idéal, à proximité de la gare et à quelques pas des principaux sites touristiques. La réceptionniste était très aimable, mais lorsque j'ai demandé de l'eau le soir, il n'y avait que de l'eau chaude. L'hôtel ne fournit pas d'eau, je recommande donc d'en acheter à l'extérieur.

Le tarif est vraiment très abordable : moins de 800 RMB pour une chambre double pour deux nuits. La décoration est luxueuse, digne d'un hôtel quatre étoiles. Les ascenseurs sont modernes, l'accès aux chambres se fait par carte magnétique, la climatisation est présente et le matelas est très confortable. À seulement 5 minutes à pied, un arrêt de bus permet de rejoindre l'île principale en moins de 30 minutes, et le bus 15 pour l'aéroport part du même arrêt. À proximité immédiate, on trouve d'excellents restaurants (italien, nouilles chinoises) ainsi qu'un salon de thé/pâtisserie. Personnellement, je trouve cet hébergement bien plus confortable que les hôtels anciens et onéreux situés sur l'île. Les quelques bémols : l'absence de mini-bar et le ménage qui n'a pas été fait (peut-être parce que nous étions sortis tard, après 11h). Ce n'est pas très grave. Une légère remontée d'odeur des toilettes était parfois perceptible.

Chambre simple mais très propre et fonctionnelle. Quartier très bien situé. Petit déjeuner très bon avec un personnel serviable et souriant. Première fois à Venise et sûrement pas la dernière dans le même hôtel. Pas d'ascenseur donc valise à monter mais ça se fait. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande.

My stay at Hotel bel sito was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it an ideal place to relax after a day of exploring. One of the biggest highlights is the location. It is situated in Peschiera del Garda, which is already a beautiful destination, and the hotel is positioned in a way that makes everything incredibly convenient. A Penny Market is just nearby, which made it easy to grab anything I needed quickly. Even better, the Peschiera del Garda railway station is very close, making travel and day trips simple and stress-free. The hotel is also just a short distance from Lake Garda, which was one of my favorite parts of the stay. Being able to reach the lake so easily added a lot to the overall experience. Everything I needed—shops, transport, and beautiful scenery—was within easy reach. Another standout feature was the breakfast. It was excellent, with a great variety of options and very good quality. I genuinely looked forward to it every morning. Overall, this hotel offered everything I was looking for: comfort, convenience, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Pensione Seguso. The building is full of charm, with a traditional room that felt authentic and suited Venice perfectly. The staff were welcoming throughout my stay, and the location is excellent. It is easy to reach from Venice Santa Lucia station by vaporetto, and from the hotel it is no more than about 20 minutes on foot to most of Venice’s main sights. The only disappointment was the room temperature on arrival. The windows had been left open on a day when the outside temperature was over 30°C, and the room itself was 29.5°C. I closed the windows immediately and turned on the air conditioning, but it still took almost a full day for the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. Opening the windows is not an effective way to cool a room when the outside air is hotter than the desired indoor temperature. I specifically booked a hotel with air conditioning because I do not sleep well in warm rooms, so this was frustrating after a long day of travelling. Overall, I would happily recommend Pensione Seguso for its character, location and friendly service. I would simply suggest ensuring rooms are kept cool with the air conditioning before guests arrive during periods of hot weather.

Pour un court séjour sur l'île principale de Venise, cet hôtel est fortement recommandé pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix. Bien que les toilettes soient communes, il est situé tout près de la gare. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit et la réception était ouverte 24h/24. Il y avait des moustiques dans la chambre, mais cela restait supportable. L'immeuble est un peu ancien, mais le petit-déjeuner est inclus et l'emplacement est extrêmement pratique.

From the outside, the hostel looks very charming — it’s a beautiful villa surrounded by flowers. Inside, however, it feels like a fairly standard hostel. The room was extremely hot, and there was only one fan available, which went to whoever claimed it first. The upper bunk had no safety rail, so there is a real risk of falling out during the night. Instead of a proper power outlet by the bed, there was only an extension adapter located below, meaning you have to leave your phone or other valuable devices out of sight while charging. There is only one toilet per room, and it seemed that most guests were assigned to the same dorm. As a result, there was always a queue for our bathroom while the bathrooms in other rooms remained unused. Finally, the “breakfast included” option was quite misleading. It consisted of coffee and a couple of dry biscuits. Had I known that this was the breakfast offered, I would have preferred to book a different hostel without breakfast included.
