Small double room, very soft mattress, bathroom was tiny, no surface for your washbag etc, very tatty bathroom suite, sink cracked from top to bottom, shower leaked so badly that the flooring was warped and leaked onto bedroom carpet leaving wet patch after each use.

Complaint about the cleanliness of my room at B&B Hotel I would like to make a complaint regarding the cleanliness and housekeeping standards of my room at your B&B Hotel. After the room had supposedly been cleaned, I noticed that the bed linen had not been changed. There were still visible stains on the bed sheet, and I also found several hairs on the bed. This gave me the clear impression that the bedding had not been replaced before my stay, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene. From what I could see, the only cleaning that had been done was vacuuming the floor, cleaning the sink, and wiping the table. However, the most important part of preparing the room for a new guest – providing clean, freshly changed bed linen – was not done. I have attached photos showing the stains on the bed sheet and the hairs left on the bedding. These clearly demonstrate the poor standard of cleanliness in the room. I am very disappointed with this experience, as it does not meet the level of cleanliness and hygiene that guests should reasonably expect from a hotel. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the bed linen was not changed and would like this matter to be investigated and resolved appropriately. I look forward to your response.

Quite a wacky, quirky hotel- which we love! The main hotel is unique and fab, but the rooms are tired and outdated and could be cleaned to a higher standard. The tap water is not drinkable, so more drinking water also needs to be provided and accessible in double and twin rooms- one bottle for two people is not enough. When phoning reception to request two bottles of water, we were still only given one and the empty bottle we had was also weirdly and awkwardly requested and collected at our door first, before we were allowed more water, which was then bought separately and left outside the room? Just a little odd when they have to provide drinking water. A great location hotel though and we actually love the extravagant, crazy style of the main hotel and have been back 3 times and would stay again when in the area for work. You have to see it to believe it!

Experience a charming stay @Jockey club rooms, Newmarket (near Cambridge, UK) A truly traditional and sophisticated stay at the Jockey Club Rooms. Our deluxe room overlooked the beautifully kept gardens, and the interiors — especially the Colefax & Fowler fabrics — felt timeless and elegant. The bathroom was enormous, almost larger than the bedroom, and the whole property is filled with classic equestrian art and heritage charm. We enjoyed champagne in the private members’ bar, a rare privilege for overnight guests, and breakfast was exceptional — from eggs Benedict to eggs Royal, kippers, pancakes and more, all served in a grand dining room. Easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The atmosphere is old‑world English tradition at surprisingly accessible prices, with free parking and a perfect High Street location. Ideal for visiting Cambridge or Suffolk — and we loved being able to stroll to Thai Kitchen for dinner. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, history, and understated luxury - all for the price of a room in the Premier inn!

The hotel was overall very good value and certainly worth the stay due to its excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and convenient location. However, the main drawback is the parking situation. Parking is limited, with only a small number of spaces available across the road and on the nearby one-way street. This can create unnecessary stress when trying to leave a vehicle safely and securely. While this may not be a concern for all guests, for some it can be a significant issue, particularly when staying for several days. The parking area is also used by non-residents who visit the hotel for drinks or meals, meaning spaces are often occupied by patrons rather than hotel guests. As a result, residents may find themselves repeatedly checking for available spaces when visitors leave, rather than being able to park properly and confidently upon arrival. This uncertainty can detract from an otherwise very positive hotel experience.

J'ai séjourné ici, j'ai aimé ce séjour. J' ai fait cuire le ketrle.and que juste avant de partir . Dr otteker j' ai ajouté comme le cam d' eau est dubiois . la demande pour cette eau est élevée , donc j' ajoute un nettoyeur et j' ai passé l' eau par un filtre de style britannique . C'est bon pour le comlan. Le rhum est froid fpr.me C'est super je dois froid car le chauffage peut être mauvaise nouvelle ? Ainsi, tré électricité a cessé Hmm Il semble que la couche n'était pas sur un circuit de voyage tp syop une fuse noble dans le plug de th ketyel c'était une notmalité d'avoir une couche sur le flux. Je n'ai pas doucement car j'ai trouvé la quantité de router est difficile à.maintenir beaucoup de zones comme cela dans constante supply Je ne dois pas être hydraté si je lave ce qui ne se passe pas .. et je speuve deux.jours readdressi g g cette nécessité .. Arrived late at night & was greeted pleasantly. Walked into my room & very basic, but that’s fine for what I paid. However as I was trying to sleep, all I could hear from the person next door in the bath & noises weren’t very pleasant. After failing to sleep, I then ordered a taxi to stay with a friend locally. When I handed the keys back, the staff asked me why I was leaving in the early hours & I explained my experience & said that they would contact me re a potential refund, but still haven’t heard from them to date. I wouldn’t fault cleansers or reception staff but my room needs a much needed upgrade & would recommend management to spend a night in a room, so they can experience it for themselves & realise that they are loosing business due to its present state.

I really enjoyed my stay at the premiere inn. I was hesitant at first but it was only one of a few places in bury that offered twin beds. Location was great, backed on to the Abby gardens, and a short walk into town.  Checkin was fine, you could do it yourself digitally or a real Person could help!! The staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about products and procedures, ie dinner, there were lots of desks and choices.  We hadn’t planned to eat there but the menu looks extensive and had some great new healthy options. Do we had dinner and happy hour wines.  Breakfast was immense too.  Shower was hot, pillows were plump, room was clean.  I did wonder why we did t have a fridge or bottled water but it was no biggy.  Overall I’d stay again.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel tout en travaillant dans notre maison.Nous aimerions l'hôtel comme nous pouvons prendre le chien avec nous. La chambre que nous avons ait est dans un jardin, de sorte le niveau du terrain. Une bonne chambre de taille pour 2 et un chien. Nous n'avons pas utilisé trop d'installations d'hôtel comme nous essayions de garder le prix bas. Nous avons utilisé un restaurant et un bar avant. Amusez-vous à manger. Voir ci-dessous pour un dîner à toast avait sur la visite précédente. Le thé après-midi était vraiment joli. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Il faut examiner les choses.
