Il était merveilleux de passer du temps ici, mais pas pendant longtemps. Les personnes sont amicales, prêtes à aider et à résoudre les problèmes. Mon mari et moi avons été très agréablement surpris. La chambre est propre, il n'y a pas d'odeur étrangère, pour nous, c'est important. L'asile et le lit sont propres. Les lits et les coussins confortables sont importants pour un bon sommeil et un bon état d'esprit. Il est fourni gel pour douche et shampooing. Paste dentaire et brosses, scies. Couler avec de l'eau froide et chaude, vous pouvez faire du thé/café à tout moment. A proximité des boutiques et restaurants, un parc à pied. Hôtel très confortable. Merci beaucoup. Recommandé 100%

We stayed at Urban Hotel Bishkek a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was exactly as described, clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was straightforward and pleasant from the moment we arrived. It really felt like we got more than what we paid for. What truly stood out, however, was the team’s exceptional commitment to customer service. On our departure day, we had to leave about an hour before breakfast service normally began. We asked if it might be possible to have something small packed to take away with us. Instead of simply agreeing to that request, the staff went far beyond our expectations. They kindly offered to ask the cook to start preparing breakfast earlier just for us so that we could come down and enjoy a proper breakfast before leaving. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after. A huge thank you to the team at Urban Hotel Bishkek for their kindness and hospitality. It left a lasting impression on us and was a wonderful reflection of the warmth we experienced throughout this amazing country.

I stayed in this hotel 7 days in total. I spent 3 days and 2 nights just before heading to Almaty. Once my Kazakhstan trip was over, I returned to Bishkek and booked this hostel few more days. The location is in city center and is near to bus station. Staff are friendly and helpful, more importantly they can speak English. The room is clean and it has our own huge locker. Perfect !!

Очень милый отель с прекрасными сотрудниками . В комнатах было достаточно тихо , в отеле так же есть прачечная и другие услуги что делает пребывание в отеле только комфортнее

지어진지 얼마되진 않았는데 방도 깔끔하고 넓고 한국방송 KBS WORLD도 나와서 좋고, 알라토 광장에 10분정도 걸어가는 공원 숲이 있어 위치도 좋습니다. 하지만 아쉬운건 TV화면이 중간에 끊기고, 마지막날 조식을 먹었을때 음료 먹을 컵이 부족한게 아쉬웠습니다. 조식때 먹을 컵 많이 확보했으면 좋겠고, TV 점검도 했으면 더 나은 숙소로 재방문할 마음이 있을거 같아요.. 개인적으로 재방문 할 의향이 있어요 리셉션 직원분들 친절합니다~!

We love the hotel as it is right in the citycentre. Therr is a mini market and fastfood restaurant just next to the hotel. There is free water refill both cold and hot. And there is free flow of coffee and tea. The receptionist is very helpful. She arranged for our private car transfer from Bishkek direct to our hotel in Almaty. Recommended!

I enjoyed the peacefulness of this palace like hotel with its lovely rooftop for sunset viewing. The room was comfortable, reasonably priced, and clean. I appreciated the relaxation of the onsite private spa that was a lovely surprise to my stay. The staff were helpful in providing guidance for city landmarks and attendng to any requests I had. Highly recommend it!

La chambre est propre et propre, le patron est très enthousiaste, la nourriture est très rentable, il a résolu le problème de la nourriture.
