I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavitor Hotel, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience that I would gladly recommend to other travelers. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and attentive service set a positive tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety served 8.00-10.00. No shampoo or conditioner as well as no robes or in room safe as per description. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Close to the Bazaar and just a short walk from the main hustle of the city. Staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable. Amazing mountain view in the distance.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Urban Hotel Bishkek. The location is incredibly strategic, right in the center of Bishkek, making it very convenient to get around the city. The rooms are highly comfortable and cozy, offering great value for money with their affordable rates. A big highlight for me was the breakfast. The menu is quite varied and provides the perfect, hearty fuel needed for a full day of physical activities. Special thanks to the receptionist, Абина! She was immensely helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. It was truly a pleasure meeting and chatting with her. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek!

Отдыхаем здесь уже не первый раз, руководство отеля молодцы уровень сервиса и качество отеля повышают и делают наш отдых приятным) видно что отель не стоит на месте а развивается. Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

Overall experience was good. Location is strategic Room is spacious. Good restaurants are all within walking distance. We checked out at 7am, Didn’t manage to take our breakfast but the hotel was very thoughtful in preparing a breakfast pack for us to take away.

Extended my stay for an extra two nights and the staff has fixed the issue of the bidet not working the night before. The hostel staff were extremely kind and helpful qnd did not hesitate to assist or advice with any questions. Thank you for the wonderful service and I truly enjoyed my stay here!

The hotel is located in between the Alatoo square and the Osh bazaar so it’s not too bad. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. However my experience with the hotel should be noted by travelers and the hotel owner. Upon arrival, I was given a key to a room. When I opened the room, another guest was sleeping inside the room. I was shocked. Then I went back to the reception and was assigned another room. This time the room was not properly prepared. A vacuum cleaner was still inside the room and the bed was not made. My concern with security (as in anyone can easily enter your room with a key while you are sleeping) made the whole stay unpleasant.

Le propriétaire de l'hôtel est chinois, très enthousiaste et peut aider à résoudre de nombreux problèmes pour les gens qui voyagent à courte distance à Bishkek. Le siège de l'hôtel est également un standard national, une nouvelle décoration et une hygiène propre. L'hôtel offre également un repas chinois dans la salle de repas, très aimable pour ceux qui ne s'adaptent pas à la restauration chinoise.

Tout s'est bien passé. Le seul problème était que les draps n'ont pas été changés lors du ménage. Pas une seule fois en cinq jours. La chambre était propre et disposait de tout le confort nécessaire.

My three-night visit was absolutely delightful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was consistently clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and returning each evening felt like coming home. It was the perfect base for my long weekend, offering both relaxation and convenience. I will definitely be returning.
