I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavitor Hotel, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience that I would gladly recommend to other travelers. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and attentive service set a positive tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Additionally, the common areas were well-kept and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast was another positive aspect of my stay. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety served 8.00-10.00. No shampoo or conditioner as well as no robes or in room safe as per description. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Close to the Bazaar and just a short walk from the main hustle of the city. Staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable. Amazing mountain view in the distance.

We stayed at Urban Hotel Bishkek a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was exactly as described, clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was straightforward and pleasant from the moment we arrived. It really felt like we got more than what we paid for. What truly stood out, however, was the team’s exceptional commitment to customer service. On our departure day, we had to leave about an hour before breakfast service normally began. We asked if it might be possible to have something small packed to take away with us. Instead of simply agreeing to that request, the staff went far beyond our expectations. They kindly offered to ask the cook to start preparing breakfast earlier just for us so that we could come down and enjoy a proper breakfast before leaving. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after. A huge thank you to the team at Urban Hotel Bishkek for their kindness and hospitality. It left a lasting impression on us and was a wonderful reflection of the warmth we experienced throughout this amazing country.

Отдыхаем здесь уже не первый раз, руководство отеля молодцы уровень сервиса и качество отеля повышают и делают наш отдых приятным) видно что отель не стоит на месте а развивается. Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

Overall, room was spacious and as described. Toilet flush was getting stuck a lot. Location is near the Osh Bazaar and as per the locals, the area is a bit unsafe at night. Location is further away from Ala-Too Square and those areas. The kitchen was useful. The courtyard is large and spacious and good for resting if you don't want to go out to sightsee when it's hot. The front desk could look into better restaurant recommendations. The ones they recommended were soso. Overall, good value for price. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located in between the Alatoo square and the Osh bazaar so it’s not too bad. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. However my experience with the hotel should be noted by travelers and the hotel owner. Upon arrival, I was given a key to a room. When I opened the room, another guest was sleeping inside the room. I was shocked. Then I went back to the reception and was assigned another room. This time the room was not properly prepared. A vacuum cleaner was still inside the room and the bed was not made. My concern with security (as in anyone can easily enter your room with a key while you are sleeping) made the whole stay unpleasant.

Hotel appears new with clean and comfortable room. It’s located in town within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful though communication in English wasn’t the easiest. Overall a good stay in Bishkek.

La location de l'hôtel est magnifique, avec de nombreux cafés et restaurants à pied, qui ont fait explorer la zone très confortable. Le service était décevant. Nous avons également demandé de l'eau bouteille pour la chambre, mais elle n'a jamais été livrée. En général, si l'emplacement est un point fort, je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel si un bon service et une hospitalité sont importants pour vous.

the host could has updated their videos of the location etc, i was having such a hard time trying to search for the location, instead of the videos they should have give the landmark close to the building, bc the videos was outdated, the stucture that was outside of the building is no longer there causing me so much issue. but the location wise it was convenient, theres mini market in there, close to eateries etc, the amenities also complete and i really appreciate the amenities but host was slighlty not to my liking.

Плюсы: - удобное расположение до парка Ала-Арча, пешком около 10 минут; - из окна видны лошади, пасущиеся на склонах , снежные вершины гор, слышен умиротворяющий шум реки Ала-Арча; - персонал приветливый и свободно разговаривает на русском, английском языках; - завтраки разнообразные, огромное количество мясных продуктов, вкусные местные фрукты; - в номере есть чайник, телевизор, множество розеток,Wi-Fi, хорошо проветривается; - просторная душевая; - халаты, полотенца, тапочки, мыло, зубные щётки в номере; - в коридоре можно взять гладильную доску с утюгом, чтобы привести вещи в порядок; - сауна и бассейн входит в стоимость проживания; - настольный теннис и настольный футбол доступны для постояльцев отеля. Минусы: - маленькая площадь комнаты, комфортно вдвоём с небольшими рюкзаками; - оборудование уборной выглядит ”уставшим”, ржавчина, подтёки, разводы; - разложить вещи особо некуда, нет шкафчиков, мало крючков ,вешалок.
