The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Urban Bishkek il y a quelques mois et nous avons eu une expérience merveilleuse. L'hôtel lui-même était exactement comme décrit, propre, agréable, confortable et bien entretenu. Tout était simple et agréable dès notre arrivée. Il semblait vraiment que nous avions plus que ce que nous avons payé. Le service de petit déjeuner a été organisé par le personnel de l'équipe, qui a été chargé de la restauration de la maison. Nous avons demandé si nous pouvions avoir quelque chose de petits paquets pour nous prendre. Ils ont offert de demander au chef de commencer à préparer le petit déjeuner juste pour nous, afin que nous puissions descendre et profiter d'un bon petit déjeuner avant de partir. Le personnel de l'hôtel Urban Bishkek a été très reconnaissant pour leur bonté et leur hospitalité.

I absolutely loved this hotel! I just wanted a clean, quiet place to stay that was convenient to various attractions. This place was very clean, the staff was great and I found the room cozy adn the bed comfortable. I work remotely and the wifi was great. For breakfast, you need to go to the first floor/reception to order it, and then go up to the third floor where it is served. I would have loved a buffet breakfast, but the breakfast was still appreciated. There are three breakfast sets to choose from. The room remains open after, so you can use the microwave and eat a meal. There are lots of bookshelves and seating places if you are feeling sociable. As an introvert, I liked that I wasn't bothered about room service and had my privacy. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. They also have a laundry service available, where they can wash and dry your clothes. The main sights of the town are maybe a 20 minute walk. I walked to Osh Bazaar on the other side of the city and it was about an hour walk. Overall, a wonderful hotel and one I would definitely return to.

Extended my stay for an extra two nights and the staff has fixed the issue of the bidet not working the night before. The hostel staff were extremely kind and helpful qnd did not hesitate to assist or advice with any questions. Thank you for the wonderful service and I truly enjoyed my stay here!

Cependant, mon expérience avec l'hôtel devrait être notée par les voyageurs et le propriétaire de l'hôtel. À l'arrivée, j'avais reçu une clé pour une chambre. Lorsque j'avais ouvert la chambre, un autre client dormiait à l'intérieur de la chambre. J'étais choqué. Puis je suis retourné à la réception et j'ai reçu une autre chambre. Cette fois la chambre n'était pas bien préparée. La chambre est propre et propre, le patron est très enthousiaste, la nourriture est très rentable, il a résolu le problème de la nourriture.

Really like this hotel that we chose back the same hotel when we return to bishkek after going out and about. Room is big, clean and comfortable. Aircon was working great. shower water pressure is powerful. Front desk was absolutely helpful, trying the best they can. breakfast was basic, but not an issue. Many other choices around the area and supermarts were plenty as well. Will choose there again. Easy to get yandex everywhere.

Avant-hier soir, il y a eu une panne de courant et la chambre est restée plongée dans le noir complet pendant deux heures. Hier, il y a eu une autre panne de courant et un petit incendie, j'ai donc dû quitter l'hôtel précipitamment en pleine nuit. Cet hôtel est parfait pour ceux qui recherchent des sensations fortes, mais j'en ai assez.
