Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety served 8.00-10.00. No shampoo or conditioner as well as no robes or in room safe as per description. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Close to the Bazaar and just a short walk from the main hustle of the city. Staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable. Amazing mountain view in the distance.

Отдыхаем здесь уже не первый раз, руководство отеля молодцы уровень сервиса и качество отеля повышают и делают наш отдых приятным) видно что отель не стоит на месте а развивается. Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

Extended my stay for an extra two nights and the staff has fixed the issue of the bidet not working the night before. The hostel staff were extremely kind and helpful qnd did not hesitate to assist or advice with any questions. Thank you for the wonderful service and I truly enjoyed my stay here!

L'hôtel est apparemment nouveau. Il est aux extrémités de la ville. Certains chinois, très fumés. Pour cela, je ne pouvais pas me reposer normalement le premier jour. Tout le temps, ma tête était malade à cause de l'odeur de cigarettes, pour une personne non fumant c'est la torture. Après, le tabagisme est devenu moins, je ne sais pas si mes plaintes ont été affectées ou arrêtées. Les petits-déjeuners sont délicieux 👍 pour ceux qui aiment la cuisine chinoise, vous le souhaiterez.

Il est très bon pour vous, vous avez été très bien accueilli. Le bureau de front était absolument utile, essayant le meilleur qu'ils puissent. le petit déjeuner était de base, mais pas un problème. De nombreuses autres choix autour de la zone et les supermarts étaient aussi abondantes. Voulez-vous choisir de nouveau. Easy to get yandex everywhere.

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and returning each evening felt like coming home. It was the perfect base for my long weekend, offering both relaxation and convenience.
