La chambre est spacieuse, la salle de bains est moderne, la salle se débrouille jusqu'à la piscine avec une vue magnifique sur la plage ! Le restaurant de Jade caché est un bijoux caché nous étions heureux avec ce que nous avons commandé, il se sentait un peu coûteux mais nous étions satisfaits, donc je l'aurais toujours donné un 10. Il y a aussi un gym et une salle de jeu!

A little bit disappointed kasi pagpasok mo palang ng room incomplete siya. Wala man lang naka steady na cups , water, sabon, toothpaste, etc. Hindi refreshing ang amoy and the toilet and bathroom is not clean. And medyo napuyat kasi till 12am ata yung music at may kasama pang bata. They did not even consider yung blanket na hndi kasya yun sa isang tao lang so pinabayaran payung extra blanket well infact dapat tig isa naman dapat yun kasi bayad naman yung room as 6 . But the positive side is mabavait yung staff nila at the location of the resort is maganda dahil malalapit siya sa mga tourist spots sa bolinao.

sobrang happy kami ng friend ko since nakuha ng hotel yung expectations namin sa kwarto kasi ganon mismo sya sa pic. una nag ddoubt kami kasi baka hindi ganon yung itsura or baka scam lang ganon, hindi pala legit sya view namin ang dagat highly recommended!!💗💗

Advantages: Many people have written about them, and I'll mention two more. The outdoor server was very polite, and the hairdryer had a strong wind speed. Drawbacks 1. Breakfast options are limited 4/4 breakfast at 6:10 AM, with many dishes missing. 4/5 Breakfast Everything is fine 2. The bathroom has very little water, with hot water alternating between cold and hot. 3. Check out at 9:55 AM and let me stand for 30 minutes. There is only one counter attendant. The hotel and room looks clean in a glance - until you spend hours in it. I found some cheese crumbs under our bed when we didn't eat inside our room. There are also flies and mosquitoes in the room. Other than that, the casa is clean in general. The location is excellent - walking distance to almost any points in the city center. Service is good. The staffs are friendly. Breakfast is superb. It would have been the best hotel if not for some of these lapses. TV reception isn't great. WiFi in the room is sometimes weak. The hinge of the cabinet in the room is loose already that it creates a creaking sound every time we open it. The bathroom floor in the PWD room is slippery. Although there were guest kits and towels provided, it would have been nice if there was a dedicated bathroom slippers. The ceiling has mildew and mark that paint is being removed. Other than that, the AC is nice, the bed and blanket are comfy. There are lots of electric sockets in the room. The room is on the first floor and pretty quiet at night. You can only hear the voices of people walking along the hallways which is pretty normal. Despite all these observations, I would still want to book here in the future. The experience is still good.

We enjoyed our stay and loved that the resort isn’t crowded — perfect if you want a quiet and relaxing beach. The food was surprisingly good for the price and they provide free drinking water so you can just refill your tumblers. There are also nearby restaurants and tourist spots, and they can arrange a tricycle driver if you don’t have a car. The staff were very kind and even assisted us with an early checkout before their official opening time. A few downsides: there was a bad smell in the bathroom when we arrived, no amenities were provided, and we had to request blankets. The restaurant area is also not very visible yet and seems like it’s still being improved. Still, we had a great stay overall and would definitely return. Thank you!

L'hôtel est très bien, mais il est très difficile de trouver à l'origine, mais certains ne savent pas ce qu'il est tout à fait nouveau, mais nous l'avons trouvé, nous avons vu le signe de rue Calle Jacinto. La chambre est propre avec toile de bain, savon liquide, brosse dentaire, eau bouteilleuse. Paulo est très agréable quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel. Il y a quelques peintures décoratives autour de la zone de la salle de séjour au deuxième étage. Bien que vous puissiez sentir l'odeur de la peinture fraîche, mais puisque je l'aime, je m'en fiche 😁. Nous avons marqué et regardé la célèbre fontaine de danse la nuit et nous n'avons pas de difficultés à retourner à l'hôtel depuis qu'il est juste près. Le seul problème que nous avons rencontré dans notre chambre est que la cuillère de toilette a un problème, mais nous avons parlé à Mme Meg leur superviseur et ils vont certainement réparer cette assaison. Le restaurant est un restaurant très confortable et très confortable.

The staff were incredibly nice and polite throughout our stay. The floors and surroundings were very clean and well-maintained, which made the place feel even more comfortable. And the sunset view? Absolutely magical such a beautiful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended! However, I was very disappointed with the Trip.com booking and refund process. I originally booked two rooms, but one of the rooms was suddenly cancelled by the hotel and trip.com. It has already been 7 days, and I still haven’t received any update regarding my refund and its hard to contact them . What made it more frustrating is that the cancellation was not on my end — they were the ones who cancelled the booking, yet the refund process is taking far too long. Because of this issue, I had to urgently look for another hotel and make another payment to cover our stay. I hope Trip.com and the hotel improve their room availability updates and customer service to avoid this kind of hassle for future guests.
