NICE LOCATION, NICE SPACIOUS ROOM, WE LOVED THE HAPPY HOUR AND APPETIZERS AND JUST A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. VERY COMFORTABLE BED (PILLIOSW NOT SO MUCH) SHOWER GOT REALLY HOT WHICH WE REALLY APPROECIATED. ONLY ISSUE FOR US IS THAT WE DID HAVE A PET SMELL THAT WAS UNBEARABLE AT TIMES BUT THEY SAID THEY DONT BELIEVE OUR ROOM HAD A PET IN THERE BEFORE OUR STAY. I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES AND SNEEZED ALL NIGHT LONG

The hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm. Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food. Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.

La question n'a pas été résolue jusqu'à ce que la suite soit ultérieure, à 10 h environ. Environ une heure après cela, le temps de coucher est donc 95% des téléspectateurs, micro-ondes, etc., ont été éliminés. Quand j'ai mis la téléphonie dans Trip,.com il y a quelques mois, je n'ai reçu aucune suite jusqu'à hier soir. L'appelant a demandé une réaction sur ma chambre. J'ai passé tout ce qui avait eu lieu. Elle a également voulu des contributions sur la façon dont ils pouvaient s'améliorer. Il est très simple de se concentrer sur l'étiquette et la satisfaction des clients. Le service / satisfaction du client ne se présente pas .

Nous avons déjà séjourné ici et nous aimerions vraiment cet hôtel! Il est décoré dans un beau design moderne, toujours propre, toujours amiable et utile personnel. Il est très proche des restaurants, magasins de produits alimentaires, etc. Il est très bien situé dans le quartier de la métro, mais il est assez proche de Newport, Covington, Cincinnati, et il est assez rapide pour aller partout dans la région. Cet hôtel est très bon et nous y resterons très probablement à l'avenir.

Nice hotel that presents well. It's not in a ”bad” part of town, per se, but it also felt a little more industrial around it than expected. Doesn't have a distinct ”hotel smell” that's usually tied to chlorine or cleaners. Amenities were nice and the room was clean. Someone had pooped on the side of the pool when we had arrived, although that wasn't any fault of the hotel. It was promptly closed for the night and reopened the next morning. Staff was friendly and we can't say there were any real snags. It was a little strange that we booked a room with a king bed and pull-out sofa bed for 4 people, yet upon arriving to the room, there wasn't any linen or pillows for the pull-out sofa. We had to ask for linen, and it was promptly delivered to our room, it just seemed off that we booked the room clearly for 4 people and didn't have the linen for it.

Petit-déjeuner 3-4 types de pain, pas de légumes, des plats simples comme des œufs cuits à la vapeur, il y a une navette, partant tôt ce matin-là pour partir, trop tard pour le petit-déjeuner, la réception vous préparera un petit-déjeuner simple à apporter de l'eau , fruits, flocons d'avoine, très réfléchi.

Très belle chambre et très bon service. J'ai réservé la mauvaise chambre apparemment, mais le réceptionniste Josh a su ce que je cherchais (car nous avions appelé avant de réserver en ligne) et il leur a laissé une note pour qu'ils gardent cette chambre à notre disposition à notre arrivée. Apprécié l'étape supplémentaire. ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at Staybridge Suites Lexington South. Everything was spotless from the moment we walked in — super clean rooms and common areas. The location was convenient and peaceful, close to everything we needed without being in the middle of chaos. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way, and you could tell they genuinely cared. The amenities were top-notch — the kitchen in the suite was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the free breakfast was actually good (not just filler). We felt right at home, and it was perfect for our family. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through Lexington.
