Hôtels 3 étoiles à Utah, États-Unis

Nous sommes un voyage en famille, cet hôtel est très bien, le personnel de la réception est très chaleureux, le petit déjeuner est très copieux, la chambre est très propre, le parking est très pratique, adapté pour voyager avec des enfants.

Great Breakfast and Friendly Staff, but Poor Communication on Facilities I have mixed feelings about my 3-night stay. While there were some high points, the handling of basic facilities and staff communication led me to give a 3-star rating. The stay started strong with Jill at check-in, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the free daily breakfast. it was delicious, and having a machine for freshly ground and brewed coffee was a major plus. The room itself was comfortable, though I did have some technical trouble trying to cast from my phone to the TV. My main issue was the laundry situation. Upon arrival, I was told the machines were out of order and directed to a local laundromat (a 5-minute drive). Unfortunately, that laundromat was constantly full and a total waste of time. What frustrated me most was seeing other guests using the hotel’s ”broken” machines. When I called to clarify, the staff member was quite dismissive, insisting there was an ”out of order” sign on the door. I was staying literally next door to the laundry room and can confirm there was no sign there for three days. A handwritten note only appeared the next morning after my complaint. Being told I was wrong when the evidence was right in front of me was very disappointing. I also noticed that access to the breakfast area seemed uncontrolled. It felt like anyone could walk in off the street and eat, which raised some questions about guest-only security and value. Overall: A decent place to sleep with a good breakfast, but the management needs to work on honest communication and facility maintenance.

The check in was appalling. The receptionist must’ve taken classes in ‘couldn’t care’. Shame we interrupted whatever it was that was more important than providing a civil welcome to a couple of guests. In contrast the breakfast and room cleaning staff were on a different level - brilliant service and friendly. Sadly it’s the first impression that lasts - and being made to feel as though you’re a total inconvenience when you arrive is utterly crap.

When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

L'hôtel parche gratuitement. Si vous rentrez, vous pouvez retourner à l'aéroport. Je suis allé à l'aéroport pour appeler la réception après avoir retourné l'auto d'Avis. Le transbordeur aéroportuaire de l'hôtel m'a pris de l'aéroport quelques minutes plus tard. C'est une bonne chose à apprécier dans les États-Unis. La chambre est très pressante, l'hôtel a également une salle de sport et une petite piscine, il y a des. Si vous avez une nuit de repos, le lendemain, vous pouvez partir. Recommandé!

雖然是温德姆 但是就是個兩層的汽車旅館 這裏距離錫安公園半小時車程 比sringdale 小鎮價格划算太多了 雖然要是溯溪租衣服的話衹能去springdale 無非是早點起罷了 反正也要經過 印度人管理 雖然入住有點小麻煩但是解決了 房間挺好的 熱風給力 就是廁所有點冷 早餐雖然簡單到潦草 但是這個價格 看看滿滿的住客 大院子裏車都滿了 還要什麼自行車

La chambre était très chaude et confortable. Les chambres étaient très confortables. Le petit déjeuner était hors de ce monde, le meilleur que j'aie vu depuis longtemps, avec sa grande variété d'articles sur son menu pour s'adapter au goût de quelqu'un. Quand nous avons vérifié, la dame m'a inscrit au programme IGG, et nous a recommandé un parc à proximité pour visiter, et nous avons aimé passer le matin là. J'ai été très heureux de ma visite à cet hôtel et nous envisagerons certainement de rester ici pour une visite à Salt Lake City. Je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel à tout le monde qui visite Salt Lake City pour son emplacement, un prix raisonnable, et un excellent service clientèle jusqu'au plus petit détail !

Le Bumbleberry Inn est très confortablement situé à Springdale (la ville principale d'accès au parc national de Sion), et dispose d'une fermeture de bus proprement dite pour les services de bus gratuits à Springdale et à l'entrée du parc national de Sion. Il est également à quelques minutes de Sol Foods (le seul supermarché de la ville). La chambre est nouvelle et est très propre. Le restaurant est situé à l'extérieur du Bumbleberry Inn et les Porters ont une bonne sélection de nourriture pour son menu de petit déjeuner. N'oubliez pas d'essayer aussi la Pie de Bumbleberry (Legendary Sion's Pie) du café à côté des Porters. Il y a aussi un mini zoo caché avec des animaux comme la Turquie, le poulet, le boeuf, la chèvre et le poney que vous pouvez visiter pendant votre séjour. Globalement, je recommanderais certainement ce Inn à tous ceux qui visitent Zion !

The pool was very cold, not heated, never have I stayed at a hotel that had an indoor pool that was that cold. We chose your location because we were including our grandchildren for a vacation which part was to swim with them. It was too cold. This was also noticed by all of the guests that we talked to who only could use the jacuzzi since it was heated. I had told the staff through text when they asked how my stay was and they said that is standard, and they only heat to a certain level. I later asked if they could get approval for us to swim at one of their sister hotels and they said that was not possible unless we were staying at their hotel. I was in the hotel business for 5 years with Quality International so I am used to situations like this. Since we were staying multiple days I was asked if I wanted my room made up each day and I said yes, 1st day it was not done, and I had to ask and it was not done until 5pm.
