Hôtels 3 étoiles à Washington, États-Unis

Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

Très propre! Le petit déjeuner est très délicieux! C'est une ville sûre! Vivre ici est très confortable et très confortable! Les employés sont également très gentils! L'espace est grand! La piscine est propre! Je reviens la prochaine fois!

Berkeley localement je pense que les meilleurs hôtels, toutes les chambres sont des suites, l'hôtel est très nouveau, l'environnement est très bon, le salon est très confortable, surtout pour une personne très froide. Le petit déjeuner devrait être très riche au milieu de l'hôtel américain, en particulier de nombreuses espèces de fruits, de produits laitiers, de yoghurt, de lait de lait de lait, etc.

La machine n'a pas fonctionné après que j'ai payé et mis les vêtements et les détergents, puis j'ai appelé le front, puis ils m'ont dit que la machine n'était pas fonctionnelle. Je leur ai demandé pourquoi ils n'avaient pas fait un avis, le bureau de front a dit qu'il l'avait découvert quand je m'appelle. Au début, il m'a demandé d'attendre jusqu'au matin suivant, puis ils peuvent appeler la société de lave-vaisselle pour essayer de me rembourser. En tout cas, ils ne sont pas sûrs si je reçois ou non un remboursement!!! À la fin, retourner et sortir, le bureau de front accepte de me rembourser en espèces et de donner un détergent pour aller à un autre étage pour le lavage. Je suis venu à Seattle à 11 h. Comme je ne quitterai Seattle que quelques heures après avoir vérifié, ils m'ont dit que je ne pouvais pas laisser la voiture dans le garage jusqu'à la fin de l'après-midi parce qu'ils ont besoin de l'espace. J'ai dit que j'avais payé une « taxe journalière », donc en principe je devrais pouvoir garer la voiture jusqu'à la fin de l'après-midi, mais ils m'ont dit que je ne pouvais pas m'en occuper, c'est mon choix de vérifier tard et ils ne peuvent rien faire pour prolonger mon parking jusqu'à la fin de l'après-midi. Je leur ai demandé si c'était le règlement, ils devaient le faire figurer clairement dans la description et informer les invités à l'avance, en particulier ceux qui ont une autre interprétation du « frais journaliers ». À la fin, ils me permettent de parker jusqu'à 14 h, ce qui est trop tôt pour moi et je dois changer mon plan à Seattle en raison de la question du parking. En conclusion, l'attitude générale est qu'ils sont désolés si l'invité a un problème, mais ils ne peuvent pas aider beaucoup!!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, offering assistance whenever needed and making me feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also excellent, with everything thoughtfully provided and well organized. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Le personnel est très bon. Super amical et hébergement. Le Check-in a été un breeze jeudi après-midi. L'hôtel lui-même a une très jolie petite zone frontale lobby/maison. C'est la seule zone qui semble être mise à jour et gardée super propre. Nous étions restés ici il y a des années et je pense que les choses ont lentement dégradé depuis notre dernière visite. La première nuit, nous avons séjourné dans une chambre de reine standard. Les principales halles et chambres commencent vraiment à montrer leur âge. Ils sont superficiellement propres mais quand vous regardez un peu plus près, les tiges et les bleus commencent à montrer. Le lit était incroyablement difficile, presque comme dormir sur une boîte de printemps. Après une mauvaise nuit essayant de dormir dans cette chambre, nous avons demandé une autre chambre et amélioré à une suite royale. Les chambres sont beaucoup plus grandes avec une chambre séparée et un canapé de tir. Ils ont été très bien placés pour être en mesure de se poser sur le chauffage. Les cabinets qui tenaient la micro-ondes semblaient être en pli sous le plomb et nous n'oserons pas les toucher car il semblait qu'ils allaient tomber dehors du mur. La location est un peu difficile la première fois que vous essayez de localiser le lieu, il est embouti de la route latérale par la autoroute. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un hôtel de mi-range avec un prix décent. Je voudrais voir quelques mises à jour faites avant de revenir à elle.

There were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention. When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air. This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events: I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm. I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button. I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation. I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night. The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima. I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.
