L'apparence de l'hôtel est très moderne. L'intérieur est très réancien. L'attitude du petit frère de cheveux long sur la réception est très bonne. La fourniture de la catégorie du petit déjeuner est incomplète dans trois jours. L'ensemble est toujours très bon. La prochaine fois, vous continuerez à séjourner.

Dans l'ensemble, le personnel était sympathique et la chambre était propre et confortable. Les couloirs et l'aspect général de l'hôtel étaient très datés et j'avais l'impression d'entrer dans un couloir de prison. Il y aurait un peu de travail à faire pour le rendre plus accueillant.
Au lieu d'apporter des commodités dans la chambre, le personnel a simplement dit qu'il n'avait personne pour le faire - mais trois personnes se tenaient simplement à la réception en train de discuter. Ne vous attendez pas à grand-chose, mais à une bonne chambre pour une nuit de sommeil tranquille près de l'aéroport.

Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk

Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening.
Conflicted if I would ever stay here again.
Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Parce que j'allais à l'usine Boeing, j'ai réservé un hôtel ici, et la ville de Boeing est à près d'une demi-heure. L'hôtel est petit, il y a un parking gratuit, il y a un petit parc à côté, les enfants peuvent jouer. Il y a un restaurant japonais teppanyaki, si l'utilisateur de l'hôtel obtient un coupon de réduction, vous pouvez obtenir 10% de réduction. Le hall de l'hôtel est prêt à prendre. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est relativement simple, avec une très petite salle de sport. au premier étage. Le lit est le même que les autres lits nord-américains.

Such a great experience with Executive Hotel Pacific, they have a convenient and beautiful location in downtown Seattle since it is close to all attractions in Seattle. The receptionist is very nice and helpful, the room is very clean and sufficient, and it also has nice view through the window. I’ll be staying here again next time.

Très bonne expérience d'enregistrement, très proche de l'aéroport, navette gratuite, très pratique.
Pour venir chercher l'aéroport, vous devez vous rendre à la zone de prise en charge de l'hôtel située au 3ème étage en face du terminal passagers. Il n'y a pas de parking lorsque vous sortez de l'aéroport. Les positions sont clairement indiquées, 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D.
L'attitude de service du personnel est très bonne.
La chambre était propre et bien rangée et le système de climatisation fonctionnait très bien.
Le petit déjeuner est simple, j'aime bien, à l'américaine, et le café est bon.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. One of the best things was the convenient parking – for just around $55, you get all-day access with in-and-out privileges, which made it super easy to explore the area without worrying about parking.
They also gave us a complimentary recyclable water bottle and a couple of drink vouchers that could be redeemed for anything, which was a nice touch and made our stay feel even more special. The mattress was really comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place. Great service, thoughtful amenities, and a really comfortable stay.

IInvitéDiscovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

SStephen_SLocation is convenient for South Tacoma. Public areas and rooms clean. Not that it is a located in commercial urban area with theft, I saw a van window was broke in to and tools were stolen. If you stay anywhere, park away from the fence in well lighted area and do not leave any valuable in your vehicles. ***** and theft are problem all over many states, so must protect yourself.

Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

IInvitéThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

L'EP est plutôt bien : l'ascenseur est sécurisé, il faut une carte à puce pour monter, tandis que le Motif permet à chacun d'y monter. 2 bouteilles d'eau gratuites, accès Wi-Fi facile. Tenez compte des prix, l'EP est bien. Et c'est propre.

IInvitéLe personnel est très bon. Super amical et hébergement. Le Check-in a été un breeze jeudi après-midi. L'hôtel lui-même a une très jolie petite zone frontale lobby/maison. C'est la seule zone qui semble être mise à jour et gardée super propre. Nous étions restés ici il y a des années et je pense que les choses ont lentement dégradé depuis notre dernière visite.
La première nuit, nous avons séjourné dans une chambre de reine standard. Les principales halles et chambres commencent vraiment à montrer leur âge. Ils sont superficiellement propres mais quand vous regardez un peu plus près, les tiges et les bleus commencent à montrer. Le lit était incroyablement difficile, presque comme dormir sur une boîte de printemps. Après une mauvaise nuit essayant de dormir dans cette chambre, nous avons demandé une autre chambre et amélioré à une suite royale. Les chambres sont beaucoup plus grandes avec une chambre séparée et un canapé de tir. Ils ont été très bien placés pour être en mesure de se poser sur le chauffage. Les cabinets qui tenaient la micro-ondes semblaient être en pli sous le plomb et nous n'oserons pas les toucher car il semblait qu'ils allaient tomber dehors du mur.
La location est un peu difficile la première fois que vous essayez de localiser le lieu, il est embouti de la route latérale par la autoroute. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un hôtel de mi-range avec un prix décent. Je voudrais voir quelques mises à jour faites avant de revenir à elle.

UUtilisateur anonymeThere were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention.
When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air.
This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events:
I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm.
I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button.
I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation.
I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night.
The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima.
I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.
