Great hotel, modern and large rooms. King studio suite has fully stocked amenities to prepare food if desired. Modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Great pool and hot tub area. Breakfast was good with helpful staff. We booked through a 3rd party booking site, trips.com as they offered the best rate, so we thought. They failed to mention the hotel has a daily resort fee not included in their prepaid fee. Credit card was needed to hold as an $50 incidental which was listed on the site and reimbursed if no incidents. Loved the hotel just wish it was noted on booking site extra frees required as we prepaid and was surprised upon arrival.

IInvitéOur stay was actually nice. The only frustrating part is we had to come a day early for our stay due to bad weather coming Saturday night where we live & we had to be sure we could get home by Sunday. I spoke with the Trip.com gentleman and with me on the line he called the Delta hotel because I wanted to switch Saturday night to Thursday night due to bad weather coming. We were there to meet our new born granddaughter. After he spoke with Crystal, a customer service representative at Delta, he said everything will be fine, but I will need to make Thursday’s reservation directly with Delta reservations so he transferred me. Before he transferred me, I asked him if Saturday will be canceled and we will not have to pay. He said Delta Customerservice will take care of that so as I spoke to Crystal about it, she said you need to talk to Trip.com to get that taken care of because Trip.com does not refund, I told her I did talk to Trip.com and they told me that Delta will take care of it. And she said she would look into it so she transferred me to the reservation line and I made the reservation for Thursday, March 12. As we checked in, I brought this situation up and the gentleman at the front desk said to ask about it Friday morning because I had to check out then check back in. So Friday morning I went to the desk to discuss the situation and to check in again because this booking was through Trip.com. The manager was there and she explained to me that they don’t give a refund, but I explained to her that I talked to Trip.com and Crystal, from Delta and she said she would take care of it. To me taking care of it was canceling, and we would not have to pay for that extra day so the manager stated she would look into it. Saturday morning, as I checked out, Crystal was at the front desk and I went through the hole discussion again, and she did have something written down that she looked at, and she said we need to cancel through Trip.com the third-party reservation and that Delta will not refund us for Saturday night. I do understand the rules, but also as customer service from both Trip.com and Delta I would think because we’ve stayed Thursday night that we should not have to pay for Saturday night being that it was the same amount of nights. In the end we paid for a night that we did not stay therefore I feel either Delta or Trip.com got paid twice for that night cause I’m sure that room was taken by another customer, my hope is that we can be refunded for the Saturday night we were charged for and did not stay on top of this. We ended up paying more which I was fine to do being that we had to book through Delta for Thursday night, which I will always book directly with a hotel, and no longer a third-party since they do not consider blizzard weather a reason to get home. Please consider a refund for Saturday night. Thank you, Mindy Kottke.

TTaylorMy husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

IInvitéGreat location downtown across from the Baird Center. The bed was comfy which I've come to expect from Marriott and they even had feather pillows - another plus. Nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good with multiple choices. That's where the pluses end! We had a conference to attend at 3 so we wanted to check in at 2; one hour before 'check in' technically begins. We were told our room was ready and she took our cc information, etc. but then we were told we would be charged $15 for early check in - seriously?! Don't tell me my room is ready and then charge me to use it! They offered to store our luggage but was afraid what that charge would be so we left it in our car. She did not like that we self parked right across the street either- in the same parking facility the valet uses. When we returned from our conference at 7:00 pm, our reserved king suite was no longer available and we would have to settle for 2 queen beds. In addition, the information the front desk person had taken earlier was no where to be found. Now the gentleman had trouble completing the reservation and had to start over several times. He finally gave us a queen suite which was the weirdest configuration I've ever seen. And there was no alarm clock, no lotion, and the TV resolution was terrible. I was told Marriott was tired of people leaving alarms set for the next people occupying the room so they no longer put them in rooms. (Really! The first thing I do in a hotel is check the alarm clock to make sure it isn't set!) Lotion is available but you have to ask for it at the front desk - but they don't tell you that until you check out! We will not be staying at this Springhill Suites again when in Milwaukee.

LLuvmarleyJ'ai un service de service qui est un ASE, que j'avais informé l'hôtel de quand j'ai fait la réservation. J'avais été là le week-end précédent et quand j'ai vérifié, il n'y avait pas de problèmes avec tout le personnel avec mon existence d'une ESA qui y était. L'hôte et le serveur n'avaient pas de problèmes avec le chien qui était là et ils ont commenté qu'elle était plus comportementale que beaucoup de petits enfants qui venaient à manger, la TVA était étonnante. J'ai eu deux fois le chien près de moi aussi dans la piscine tethered pendant que je nageais et pendant que je suis dans le tube chaud et il n'y avait pas de problème avec le personnel alors. La prochaine fois que j'étais là, ils ne me laisseraient pas faire le chien avec moi dans la zone de la piscine. Elle ne peut pas être dans la chambre par elle-même, elle pleure et crie qui perturberait nos voisins. En raison de mon chien ESA-a Pomski de 14 livres, j'ai été expulsé de l'hôtel à 10 h 30 à la nuit, escorté par 3 policiers le samedi, sans aucun endroit pour rester. J'ai dû dormir sur le canapé de mes amis pendant quelques heures, et trouver un autre endroit pour rester le lendemain qui a exclu mon chien ESA sans aucun problème.

IInvitéI wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards. Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues. I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson! Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service by these two men!

IInvitéCame here with my husband to visit my hometown so I know the area very well. Best location to stay and explore and with all the new changes to downtown. However, even though location is good I will never stay again. I wouldn’t call it a hotel but more motel. It was on the better side though (cute) I would say. Definitely the hotel cost way more than is should. There’s an additional $20 that they say is for wifi/renting bikes/24 hr lobby/yoga mats/indoor and outdoor games/live music/gym/parking/discounts at certain stores of downtown in which they don’t even know of or which ones they are. However, I didn’t use any of that so I pretty much used up $20 ok nothing. If it was part of the hotel price itself then ok I understand but a separate charge for these amenities is ridiculous. When you look at the hotel photos you’ll also find that there aren’t photos of the bathrooms and kind of understandable. Bathroom wasn’t too bad but also not in the best condition (definitely could use remodeling).

Seuls les « plaintes » sont - je considère que les hôtels Choice de décor, meubles et pièces de chambre à être dépassés et parce qu'il est une marque Marriott avec le prix Marriott de l'hôtel doit être mis à jour. Ils utilisent un couvercle mince entre la feuille et le couvercle de la duvet.. Le shampooing, le conditionneur et lave-linge qui est attaché au douche était très difficile à pomper et à sortir des produits. Le personnel a été très rapide pour gérer la question.

IInvitéDefinitely a value but don’t expect more. We have stayed here off and on for many years. The building is really showing its age. However, it is as close to the shore as anyone can get. The building must take a beating from Mother Nature over the winter. The sunrise from our room was magnificent. With that view, who cares about weathered paint? The room was clean and mercifully quiet for our dog but nothing special to brag about. The staff was first-rate in every way. The restaurant was as pleasant a setting as ever. One of our meals was excellent, the other clearly reheated with instant potatoes. The free breakfast should be renamed “morning snacks.” We are likely to stay there again for the lake view and shore walk. We aren’t looking for the Ritz Carlton. Q

CChouaThe front desk person was missing, and there weren't any bells to ring for service. we were waiting for over 10 minutes before a housekeeping staff came by and helped us. The check-in process was a pain, I'd pre-paid the 2 rooms online with trips.com, and the receptionist kept insisting that rooms were not paid and my credit card was declined. I had to pull up my emails with paid receipt and booking confirmation. The hotel still insisted that I call trips.com to allocate the funds to the hotel. I'd used trips.com booking the past 2 years traveling to Asia and never had any experience like this. It was an annoying and weird check-in process with Delta Hotel.
