Hôtels 3 étoiles à Samarcande, Ouzbékistan

Ce séjour a été fantastique ! J'ai fait une erreur lors de ma réservation, mais l'hôtel a résolu le problème avec patience et efficacité. Le personnel était incroyablement aimable et serviable, notamment pour mes bagages. Le service était exceptionnel. L'hôtel était très propre et confortable. Nous nous sommes réveillés tard et craignions de rater le petit-déjeuner, mais l'hôtel proposait un petit-déjeuner à la carte de style occidental et du café fraîchement moulu, délicieux. Le service était très attentionné. L'emplacement est également très pratique, tout près de la gare, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car nous ne souhaitions pas loger près du cimetière. Il se situe à environ 5 kilomètres du site, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement en taxi. Tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons été touchés par la chaleur et la gentillesse du peuple ouzbek. Un séjour parfait, que je recommande vivement. Je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain voyage !

This place feels more like a small guesthouse than a regular hotel. There is no hotel sign yet, and the building itself is still partially unfinished, so arriving for the first time can be a little confusing. But the location is already properly listed on both Yandex Maps and Google Maps, making it still quite easy to find. It is also only around 1.2 km from Registan Square, so walking there is very manageable. The staff were extremely kind and responsive throughout the stay. They spoke English well and were easy to contact, which was especially helpful since I arrived around midnight. Despite the late arrival, the check-in process was smooth and stress-free. I booked a double room, which did not have a private bathroom and instead used a shared one. The room itself was spacious and clean, although the bed was a bit firm. The hotel also has a shared kitchen, which was very useful during the stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with very kind staff, especially for travelers looking for a more budget-friendly option.

I’m sorry I really wanted to give you guys a good rating. The hosts are very friendly and nice, location is good BUT. 1. You advertise yourself as Free WiFi zone in your signage but your WiFi doesn’t work. You said you will fix it but you didn’t. 2. Because of this I used up all my data and at 4am in the morning I had to go to the lobby to get an emergency eSIM. 3. The shower is ridiculously tiny and the angle is so high only a person who is 1.8m or higher can shower properly. The hot water is so sensitive it is either cold or scalding hot. 4. In the morning there was a dripping sound on top of my room that woke me up. It sounded like someone knocking from 4am for 3 hours straight. 5. My room did not have toilet tissues and I had to request for it. It’s a great location and the lobby looks nice. But it’s the whole experience people need for a good stay. It will take a lot of work and investment but this hotel can be a great hotel if the owners are willing to properly fix it up. Not just cosmetically. Good luck

・アクセス 鉄道のSamarkand駅からはタクシーで15-20分ほどです。トラムの駅も近くにあるため、安く済ませたい場合はそちらもおすすめです。 主要な観光地であるBibi-Khanym MosqueやRegistan Squareにも徒歩で簡単に訪れることができます。 ・部屋 部屋はとても清潔で、スーツケースを広げるための十分なスペースがありました。 シャンプーやボディーウォッシュ、歯ブラシなど備え付けられています。また、冷蔵庫やドライヤー、湯沸かしポットといった設備も充実しています。 ・サービス フロントでは英語が通じ、税金などはクレジットカードで支払うことができます。 対応はとても丁寧でした。エレベーターがないため、荷物を持ち上げる必要がありますが、快く運んでいただきました。 ・朝食 ウズベキスタンのホテルの一般的な朝食です。ピザや葉物のサラダなど、少し珍しいものもありました。 ・レートチェックアウト 予定の都合上レートチェックアウトを利用しました。18時までの延長で300,000スム程度でした。

La chambre était propre et bien rangée, avec tout le confort nécessaire, et j'y ai passé un séjour très agréable. L'hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville, à proximité des principaux sites touristiques, ce qui facilite grandement les visites. Les propriétaires sont une famille du coin, et cela se voit qu'ils prennent grand soin de l'entretien et de la gestion de l'établissement.

Очень хороший сервис парни на ресепшен молодцы локации отличный еще если на электромашины кто останется в этот отель здесь можно зарядит мошину. Ну класс чистота на и выше . И завтрак стоит того вкусно и седобна.

Avec un petit-déjeuner aussi copieux, des chats aussi mignons et un prix aussi abordable, il n'y a aucune raison de ne pas séjourner ici. Une très bonne expérience d'hébergement. Tout est excellent et l'accueil est chaleureux.

L'hôtel se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du bazar Siab. C'est un petit hôtel agréable avec une chambre confortable et propre, dotée de tout le nécessaire, même s'il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur (je sais que c'est important pour certains). Les petits déjeuners sont bons et tout le nécessaire est fourni. Le seul petit bémol est le bruit de la rue, qui peut être assez gênant par moments. Le personnel est incroyablement attentionné et réactif, un atout majeur pour cet hôtel. Malgré ces petits inconvénients, nous avons été globalement très satisfaits !
