Il y a des cafards dans la chambre. Installations un peu vétustes, mégots de cigarettes dans le couloir. L'emplacement est bon, près de la vieille rue Qilou.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet appart'hôtel avec mes parents et mon enfant avant de rentrer, et quel dommage de ne pas être restés ! Nous avions choisi cet appart'hôtel pour notre dernière étape car l'agencement des appartements était idéal pour les voyages en famille. La configuration avec deux chambres et un salon permettait à la personne âgée et à nous d'avoir chacun notre propre espace, ce qui nous assurait de ne pas nous déranger tout en pouvant veiller les uns sur les autres. La table à manger du salon était assez grande pour que toute la famille puisse s'y réunir pour le petit-déjeuner, dans une ambiance très conviviale. Le balcon était également très pratique pour faire sécher le linge des enfants, ce qui était bien plus confortable que de se serrer dans une chambre d'hôtel classique. Il y avait des restaurants à environ 1,5 km, ce qui était très pratique pour toute la famille. Nous choisirons sans hésiter ce type d'appart'hôtel pour notre prochain voyage en famille !

The place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area. We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point. There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views. From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day. You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful. This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

Il a passé 6 nuits ensuite, le directeur est venu au sous-sol pour recevoir les bagages, puis il est très intime de passer au sous-sol. En tant que poète, les installations intérieures peuvent être, la taille moyenne et la chambre moyenne sont deux chambres comme à la maison, la télévision est une projection qui peut être écrasée, la fenêtre est le bord de la plage, la vue de 270° est très ouverte, pas affectée le sommeil la nuit, il n'y a pas de petits insectes au niveau supérieur, pas de poignées! C'est super!! Le transport est très pratique, sortir en bas est l'entrée de la petite zone, la verdissement est très bon dans la petite zone! Il y a beaucoup d'hôtels rouges en dehors de la petite zone! La petite zone est une route qui est la plage, le vent de mer est super pour courir le matin! La partie arrière de la petite zone est un marché de nuit et de noir frais, les fruits sont super nombreux! Il est également possible de revenir à tous les points d'attrait, il est très pratique de retourner à la maison, les parents sont très satisfaits. L'unique regret est que j'ai vécu cette semaine dans le noir et dans le ciel bleu (ambiance)

L'expérience globale de l'hôtel est superbe! Le personnel de la réception est enthousiaste et poli et gère son séjour très rapidement. La chambre est propre et propre, les lits sont doux et confortables, l'effet d'isolement est très bon, il n'est pas complètement entendu par le bruit du corridor. Les accessoires de la toilette sont complets et l'eau chaude est suffisante. Les voyages en bas sont confortables, les rues sont confortables à manger et à manger autour. Le service de la garde est intime et la demande est répondue en temps utile. Le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé, la prochaine fois que vous voyagez, vous choisissez cette maison, fortement recommandée!

The hotel has an excellent location — it’s close to the beach, tourist infrastructure, and places for walking, but at the same time not in the very center, so the hotel grounds are quiet and peaceful. The room itself is a spacious apartment with a large living room-kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms (each with a shower and toilet). It was very convenient to have two showers in the room (actually, there are two showers and one bathtub, but we didn’t use the tub). Because of the hot tropical climate (it stays warm even at night) and the salty sea, everyone wants to take a shower one or two times a day. Having two showers meant no one had to wait. Hot water was provided by boilers with a sufficient reserve, so we never had to save water or wait for it to heat up. It was also very convenient to have a personal washing machine and a place to dry clothes in the room, since in this climate you need to wash things more often. All doorways have screened doors with latches, which allow constant ventilation without letting mosquitoes in. There is also a built-in air conditioning system, but we preferred to ventilate with fresh air. The beds in the rooms are comfortable and of good quality. There is plenty of storage space for clothes, as well as bedside tables. There are enough surfaces in the room where you can set up a laptop and work if needed. The room has universal sockets that work with both Chinese plugs and European plugs, and the Wi-Fi, as far as I could tell, provides access to the global internet without a VPN. The kitchen has a large refrigerator — very convenient for storing fruits, coconuts, and food, especially when planning a long day trip to attractions the next day. There is also a gas stove in case you want to cook something familiar. Although the local cuisine is very tasty, sometimes you crave more familiar food. The kitchen has a large table and the basic necessary dishes and utensils. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped and make for a pleasant short walk if you wake up earlier than the others. I would especially like to thank the staff. In particular, a very attentive and responsive woman. There were no issues at all with late check-in. She was always very kind and friendly, always available, and ready to help with any questions.

I was originally planning to stay at Roots for just two weeks, but I fell in love with the place and ended up staying almost a month. I surfed nearly every day, thanks to the longboard I rented from Shuiku and Xiaoxiao, the owners of Roots, at a very affordable price. They also gave me invaluable advice on the best surf spots along the coast, which I could easily explore thanks to the scooter equipped with surf racks that they helped me rent. We even surfed together several times, which made the experience even more special. The hostel itself is beautiful, spotless, and peaceful, perfectly located in the village. It’s just a few minutes from charming cafés set among the rice fields, great local restaurants, and only a five-minute scooter ride to the beach. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the atmosphere: relaxed, warm, and incredibly welcoming. Sueco and XiaoXiao treated me like part of their family. They invited me to share meals with them (a special mention for the delicious coconut chicken hotpot!) and to join them for drinks at some nice bars with their friends. We even celebrated Chinese New Year together! I met wonderful people there, both Chinese and international travelers passing through, with whom I shared memorable dinners, countless surf sessions, unforgettable evenings, and truly meaningful conversations. If you are still hesitating about staying at Roots, don’t. You won’t regret it :)

La décoration et le design sont de très bon goût, avec un aménagement intérieur raffiné et agréable à l'œil. La chambre est spacieuse et ne donne pas de sensation d'étouffement. La salle de bain est bien agencée avec une séparation sèche/humide, et l'eau chaude est disponible 24h/24 avec une pression stable. La propreté est impeccable, tout est astiqué. La literie est douce et agréable au toucher. Tous les appareils électroniques fonctionnent parfaitement et le WiFi est stable, idéal pour regarder des séries ou naviguer sur internet sans problème.

We stayed at Sanya Yalong Bay Dream Tours Bay Resort Pool Villa for 5 nights and ended up extending our stay for another 8 nights—which probably says more than anything else about how much we enjoyed it. We originally booked only a few nights to make sure the accommodation met our expectations, and it definitely did. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very spacious. It has two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which was perfect for our family. Our two kids had plenty of room to play indoors, making it feel much more like a home than a hotel room. The swimming pool was another highlight. It is large, clean, and great for both adults and children. The only minor issue is that some of the tiles on the pool stairs could use renovation, as the edges can scratch your legs if you're not careful. The management deserves special praise. They create a WeChat group upon arrival, making communication incredibly easy. Any questions or requests were answered almost immediately. Housekeeping came every day, cleaned the apartment thoroughly, replaced all towels, and even provided extra ones when needed. One thing worth mentioning is the location. The map on Trip.com shows the location of the resort's villas, not the apartment buildings where we stayed. This was a surprise at first, but the apartments are actually located next to Yalong Bay Outlets and the Bank of China Yalong Bay Branch. Yalong Bay Beach is not within comfortable walking distance, but a DiDi taxi takes only about 5 minutes and is very inexpensive, so it was never an issue. The only other minor inconvenience was that the elevator key card occasionally didn't work smoothly, but it was a small issue and didn't affect our stay. This is an excellent choice for families looking for a clean, quiet, and spacious place to stay. If you're planning to eat out frequently, keep in mind that Yalong Bay has relatively limited dining options. We often took a taxi to the Dadonghai area, where there is a much wider selection of restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Sanya.

La location est excellente, près de la vieille ville, arrêt de bus n° 38 de la gare de chemin de fer derrière le coin. La chambre est grande et propre avec service de chambre quotidienne. Le plus grand plus est un petit déjeuner parfait avec une large sélection!
