Il y a des cafards dans la chambre. Installations un peu vétustes, mégots de cigarettes dans le couloir. L'emplacement est bon, près de la vieille rue Qilou.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet appart'hôtel avec mes parents et mon enfant avant de rentrer, et quel dommage de ne pas être restés ! Nous avions choisi cet appart'hôtel pour notre dernière étape car l'agencement des appartements était idéal pour les voyages en famille. La configuration avec deux chambres et un salon permettait à la personne âgée et à nous d'avoir chacun notre propre espace, ce qui nous assurait de ne pas nous déranger tout en pouvant veiller les uns sur les autres. La table à manger du salon était assez grande pour que toute la famille puisse s'y réunir pour le petit-déjeuner, dans une ambiance très conviviale. Le balcon était également très pratique pour faire sécher le linge des enfants, ce qui était bien plus confortable que de se serrer dans une chambre d'hôtel classique. Il y avait des restaurants à environ 1,5 km, ce qui était très pratique pour toute la famille. Nous choisirons sans hésiter ce type d'appart'hôtel pour notre prochain voyage en famille !

The place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area. We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point. There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views. From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day. You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful. This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

Il a passé 6 nuits ensuite, le directeur est venu au sous-sol pour recevoir les bagages, puis il est très intime de passer au sous-sol. En tant que poète, les installations intérieures peuvent être, la taille moyenne et la chambre moyenne sont deux chambres comme à la maison, la télévision est une projection qui peut être écrasée, la fenêtre est le bord de la plage, la vue de 270° est très ouverte, pas affectée le sommeil la nuit, il n'y a pas de petits insectes au niveau supérieur, pas de poignées! C'est super!! Le transport est très pratique, sortir en bas est l'entrée de la petite zone, la verdissement est très bon dans la petite zone! Il y a beaucoup d'hôtels rouges en dehors de la petite zone! La petite zone est une route qui est la plage, le vent de mer est super pour courir le matin! La partie arrière de la petite zone est un marché de nuit et de noir frais, les fruits sont super nombreux! Il est également possible de revenir à tous les points d'attrait, il est très pratique de retourner à la maison, les parents sont très satisfaits. L'unique regret est que j'ai vécu cette semaine dans le noir et dans le ciel bleu (ambiance)

Cyrus Meiji est vraiment le choix des trésors de Sanya vacances. L'expérience de séjour est pleine! Après avoir commandé, le responsable a contacté l'initiative, envoyé des lignes très détaillées et des approches environnantes, puis a aidé à emballer les bagages et le service intimement dans les os. La chambre est plus étonnante que les photos, la décoration est simple et de qualité, la maison est incolore, le sol est complètement tranquille, les lits sont doux et super-peaux, le lit est en train de monter et de se coucher le long du voyage, la nuit est bonne et le jour. La balcon avec lave-vaisselle, vous pouvez aussi laver facilement pendant plusieurs jours de voyage. Les outils de cuisine sont complètement nouveaux. Le marché des plats est en bas, acheter des fruits de mer pour vous rendre super pratique. L'environnement de la petite zone est superbe, il y a une piscine gratuite, la qualité de l'eau est propre, un vent de bain est trop confortable pour nager le soir, pas loin de la ville exempte de taxes et du village de posthai, le voyage est super convenable, le rapport coût-efficacité est super, la prochaine fois que Sanya sera réintégré!

Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. Les lits et les serviettes sont parfaitement propres. Sur la rue est parfait silence, les oiseaux chantent. Ils ont rencontré quelques burunduk, les lizards. A proximité de la mer, à 10 minutes à pied. Si nous allons à Yalong Bay, nous allons certainement vivre dans ces appartements.

I recently stayed here as a Belgian Chinese traveler, and even though my Chinese isn’t very strong, I was welcomed with so much warmth. This hostel is a true hidden gem, tucked away from the typical tourist trails in a quiet part of the village. It’s the perfect location: right by the fields and some very trendy coffee shops, yet only a 5-minute scooter ride from the main bay and the best surf spots. The owners, Shuiku (水库) and Xiaoxiao (笑笑), really made my trip. Shuiku immediately helped me sort out a scooter and personally showed me where to find the best waves, while Xiaoxiao’s English is quite good, which made everything so much easier. They also pointed me toward some local restaurants that were all absolutely delicious. The vibe of the place is just great. It’s incredibly clean because the cleaning lady and Shuiku himself clean the place several times a day. I loved the design of the indoor chill-out area, though sitting outside to enjoy the tropical weather was just as good. There’s a washing machine which is super handy, and you can rent surfboards for a very fair, cheap price. Because the owners' friends drop by almost daily, there’s always a lively, authentic atmosphere. I met a great mix of foreign tourists and Chinese solo travelers trekking around the island by bike or motorcycle. Many Chinese couples and families where staying too, it is very kid-friendly too. I even ended up meeting a French girl there, and we spent a whole week surfing together. Nous avons été accueillis et escortés dans les appartements qui étaient à l'entrée immédiate de l'ascenseur. La vue de la chambre est étonnante. L'hygiène était bonne, toutes les installations sanitaires étaient disponibles. Le lit était parfait. Parmi les défauts que nous n'avions pas un petit toilet, il n'y avait pas de toile au sol pour l'âme, et aussi le toilet ne change pas quotidiennement. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les cuisines, mais quand nous avons besoin des tasses pour boire, ils ne se sont pas écoutés. La machine de lavage a été utilisée une fois. Appartements très confortables pour les loisirs, près d'une grande piscine. Il y a aussi une banque et un grand autel. Sur la plage, il a pris un taxi. En général, nous sommes restés heureux et prêts à revenir.

La location est excellente, près de la vieille ville, arrêt de bus n° 38 de la gare de chemin de fer derrière le coin. La chambre est grande et propre avec service de chambre quotidienne. Le plus grand plus est un petit déjeuner parfait avec une large sélection!

I kept cancelling room stay at Sanya Hua'erxi previously as I am afraid of encountering typhoons. My original plan was to stay at this hotel on 23 August 2025 but I cancelled the room stay because the typhoon shut Sanya down on 24 August 2025 and the high-speed train company informed me that there is no train service between Sanya and Haikou on 24 August. So, two days before I checked-in on 20 September 2025, I decided to re-book the fourth level room at Sanya Hua'erxi after knowing another typhoon will not hit Sanya and Hainan on 21 September 2025. I thank receptionist Xiao Fang for arranging the room that faces Sanya Phoenix Airport runway. The airport is beautiful at night and during sunrise. The bed is comfortable. The toiletries are sufficient although there is no razor. I am very happy that I manage to spot planes on the rooftop and in the room. There are no dog barks and cock crows after the typhoon. The plane noise is bearable although ear bugs are available in the room. I was the only guest to eat complimentary breakfast, a bowl of noodles without any fruit. The place to eat appears to be smaller that what is depicted on Trip.com. There are only two rows of tables and the drinks dispenser machine after the hotel entrance. Sanya Hua'erxi (华尔汐酒店), formerly known as Hua'erxi Beauty Inn (华尔汐美宿), is of ten minutes' taxi ride from Sanya Phoenix Airport. It is located very near to Hinze Hotel. One-way taxi fare from the airport to this hotel costs 24.90 RMB. The hotel does not have its own shuttle van for return airport transfers. The transfers are by private car. Late check-out until 2 pm is not allowed but the guest can still go up to the roof for plane-spotting until 4 pm after storing the luggage at the reception desk. The rooftop is only open when the guest requests Xiao Fang and other receptionist to open the rooftop. There are no official opening hours of the rooftop. There are no lamp posts along Fenghuang Road. It is advisable to only walk outside the hotel after 6 am when the sun rises.
