Charming little hotel in the heart of the Ancient City. Despite the age of the building the facilities are pretty modern and comprehensive. The owner Li Hua is ever so helpful and will do her utmost to make sure you have an enjoyable stress free stay!! Thank you for a pleasant stay and would definitely stay again next time I’m in this neck of the wood.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité de la vieille ville de Kashgar, ce qui facilite grandement sa découverte. De nombreux stands de nourriture se trouvent juste en bas, créant une ambiance animée et conviviale. La chambre est propre et hygiénique, avec tout le confort nécessaire, et le propriétaire est très accueillant. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

This was our first stop during our time in China and we were very happy with our choice. Really easy to find through Didi, 20 minutes from the airport. Easy check in, the room was a good size with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. There is some noise from neighbours but only really when they are in the hallway. Located right next to a coffee shop, taproom and supermarket around the corner. What really made our stay was the lovely staff; Sophia could speak English very well and was extremely helpful and the other members of staff were always welcoming and warm. Of course there is also beautiful Han Han the cat. There is a drinking water fountain which was amazing and saved buying lots of bottles. Our room did smell quite smoky despite it being a non-smoking hotel but that would be our only real negative. Amazing value for money. We would happily stay again and recommend it to others! 😊

Le rapport coût-efficacité global est super élevé, vivre confortablement et en sécurité, fortement recommandé!

The homestay owner, Chen Fang sister is an absolutely lively character. She is warm and welcoming! As soon as we reached the entry point to Baihaba village, she picked us up from the car park at the entry point. She is very sociable and made us feel extremely comfortable. In that 10 mins ride, she managed to gave us an overview of the village and recommended places that we can visit including the horse ride to the peak. This is a must-try! The sunset view is absolutely amazing! Do try this. Her sister is also very caring. The room was a little cold at night and when we informed her, she came over herself to help adjust the temperature. Needless to say, we slept very well that night. The room was clean and beddings were very comfortable. The only improvement would be to offer towels, instead of the disposable ones. Everything else was great! No breakfast is provided with the homestay (or at least we didn't book it). There are many eateries and shops around us within walking distance so the location is perfect. For the horse ride, she arranged for the horse riding company to send a car to pick us up to the riding location. And of course, dropped us back to the homestay afterwards. This was one of the most memorable day throughout our Kanas holiday! Thank you sisters for your warm welcome! Highly recommended!

I booked the room with a private sauna in the room and that was amazing! Coming back to the room every day after skiing and sitting in the sauna felt good! Such good value for money. The room is very big with a long balcony and a view of the mountains. The only thing lacking was the breakfast - it only started at 9.30am, which is a bit late for me if I want to start skiing at 10am when the first chair lift begins. The breakfast spread was also quite small, I would have appreciated for soy milk to be included as I do not drink dairy milk. The daily housekeeping service was mainly clearing out trash and bringing fresh towels, the floor/table were not cleaned. There was no flexibility to do a slightly later check-out and no free airport drop-off service like some of the other hotels in the similar price range offered. There is free drop-off and pick-up service to the ski field, which is about 5-min drive from the hotel. The best part of my stay is the reception staff who were friendly, kind and helpful! I needed help navigating the Chinese apps to retrieve a parcel and couldn't do it on my phone, so he helped me do the booking on his phone, liaised with the courier and paid first for it, sorting out the logistics for me, and I transferred him the money after. Very grateful for that because it helped me saved me a lot of time and hassle! Upon check-out, I had left my mobile phone charging in the reception area when I left for the airport and they drove over to meet me somewhere around the city while I waited in the taxi, to give my phone back to me, so that the driver didn't have to spend time going back - so that I can catch my flight in time. Super grateful for their kindness and support, going above and beyond.

L'hôtel est logé sur la route antique de Xinjiang Long Road, l'hôtel est bon et la position est bonne. Le patron est très satisfait de l'actualisation de la grande suite. Installations : ensemble complet Santé: nettoyage Environnement : Elegance et tranquillité Service : Attention. Parking gratuit, petit déjeuner gratuit. Chef enthousiaste, envoyez aussi quelques œufs de mer. Le cœur est plein. 👍👍🙏🙏

Pour résumer : absolument excellent ! Arrivé aux petites heures, il y avait quelqu'un à la réception, très aimable. La chambre était grande et spacieuse, la salle de bain et les toilettes étaient séparées (sec/humide), et les rideaux occultants très efficaces. Les parties communes offrent des boissons et des divertissements. Il y a une laverie automatique, et même un chat résident, distant mais de bonne humeur. Les restaurants et les services de livraison à proximité sont pratiques, et la gare est à seulement dix minutes en voiture. Sérieusement, une fois installé, on n'a plus envie de partir.

L'auberge est située à 5 - 7 minutes de la station de métro du Centre Sports, qui est à environ 25+ minutes de l'aéroport. L'entrée de l'auberge est à côté du magasin Tesla, et vous devez appuyer sur le bouton, pour que le garde de sécurité ouvre la porte pour vous. Après avoir écrit votre nom dans le livre des clients, vous allez au 10ème étage dans l'ascenseur. (Vérifiez les autres commentaires ici, pour une photo de la porte/porte à l'immeuble) Les staff ne parlent pas anglais, mais ils sont très utiles. Ils essayeront de résoudre vos problèmes, aussi longtemps que vous êtes patient avec le logiciel de traduction. Il est également difficile pour le personnel de vous rencontrer si vous n'avez pas de numéro de contact ou de contact Alipay/Wechat. (C'est une exigence du Gouverneur CN) Les chambres sont de base et vous pouvez voir la ville. Il n'y a pas de cortines de confidentialité et il n'y a pas d'air-con, dans mon. Le personnel de l'auberge peut fournir des fans, mais nous n'avons pas besoin de tout, car il était encore cool à la nuit. Les lits sont OK. Il y a une salle de bains dans la chambre, mais il n'y avait presque aucune vie privée pour la salle de bain, car il y avait une lacune entre la porte pour les autres à voir et vous pouvez voir par le verre gelé dans la salle de bains aussi! L'auberge est relativement propre, calme et bien située, sauf qu'il y ait d'autres clients locaux, qui sont louds et parfois fumeurs dans les autres chambres. A côté de l'auberge est un bon centre commercial et avec beaucoup de choses à manger, dans la cour alimentaire au 3ème étage.

This hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.
