Had a really pleasant stay at Soji Hotel Purwokerto. The hotel has a modern and cozy vibe, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, the bed was great, and I had a good night’s sleep.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever needed. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around the city. Breakfast had a good variety of options and tasted great.

Expérience agréable dans la forêt lusque avec des lourdes attractions et des lieux de marche et d'exploration. Nous avons apprécié la cabine qui était vraiment cool. Nous avons fait le feu de camp avec des marshmallows qui étaient amusants, la cascade est belle et vous pouvez nager dans la réception !
Nous n'aimions pas non plus que, comme les étrangers nous devrions payer une augmentation de 120 kilos pour nous deux entrer dans la zone, elle devait vraiment être incluse dans le coût.

C'est un endroit tranquille dans le quartier résidentiel. La chambre est très grande, le bureau est très grand et très confortable. Vous pouvez également ouvrir et fermer les fenêtres et utiliser des ventilateurs pour changer d'air. Pas de réfrigérateur, c'est un ventilateur.

Very basic hotel that you will find when you visit third tier city. Location is close to Alun Alun. A 10-15 minutes walk. When I booked on trip.com, i got info that this hotel does not allow children but there is some children playing at the staircase so I guess they did allow children. I don't try the breakfast.

This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does.
Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. DDr. OngNice Stay with Great Location and Local Vibes
I stayed at Surya Boutique Hotel Semarang and overall had a pretty good experience. The location is great — super close to both Poncol and Tawang train stations, so it's really convenient if you're catching a train. There's also an Indomaret and Alfamart nearby, plus tons of street food at night. The nasi goreng and bakmi Jawa around the area were seriously good!
Not far from the hotel, there's an old mosque built in 1802 is really beautiful and full of history. It’s a reminder that Semarang used to be an important port city, visited by Arab and Chinese traders. Worth a quick visit if you're into cultural spots.
The only downside was the receptionist during check-in , she didn’t smile and wasn’t very welcoming, which was a bit disappointing. But later in the day and the next morning, a different receptionist was on duty and she was really lovely and friendly, which made up for it.
Breakfast was okay for a 2-star hotel , simple but enough. Just a heads-up: there’s no hot water kettle in the room, so if you need hot water, you might need to ask the front desk.
All in all, it’s a good place if you’re looking for a convenient and affordable stay in Semarang with some nice local flavor. Hope they keep improving!

TTW2024Booked this IXO Hotel as I like new hotels. A short easy walk from Semarang Poncol Train Station. I like their colorful decorations a lot. Good hot water to shower. The small face basin is not a concern, but they have a small shelf above it, under the mirror, to place the 2 toothpaste sets, and it is hard to brush my teeth. Hard to aim my mouth above the shelf and not to splash water onto the shelf. Great staff. Modern decoration. They have snacks and instant foods to sell at Lobby. Guests can get boiling water and cold water from the machine there. Very clean floor in room 105 but the shower room needs a brush with cleaning liquid. Old towels. Good bed linen. My room is a few steps from Reception so I didn’t use the elevator. Room has 2 bottles of water, 2 toothbrush sets and wall mounted shower gel bottle. Can borrow cups from Reception to make our own tea. They don’t give tea nor coffee in room. Only 2 outlets to charge the phones: bed head shelf and under the clothes hanging hook. They manage to have a tv and mirror in room in a very well appointed place. Good design to make use of every corner in a tiny room. Windows can be opened.

Mais où est le personnage? La distinctivité? Il offre un refuge, un endroit pour se reposer. Mais laisse-t-il une impression? Il offre une expérience au-delà de la pure fonctionnalité? Il semble être une solution, une base pratique. Il ticque les boîtes de disponibilité et de localisation. Mais il enclenche un sens... inoubliable d'hospitalité? Il semble... adéquat. Rien d'extravagant, rien d'inspiration spéciale. Il sert son objectif.
