L'expérience était vraiment bonne. La chambre est calme, donc je dors bien chaque jour. Il y a des espaces communs pour socialiser et travailler. Les gens sont très aimables et agréables. C'est pourquoi j'aime ce type d'hébergement quand il s'agit de voyager seul. À la journée de check-out, le personnel du comptable m'a même donné un déssert indien 🥹🥰✨

A comfortable stay with quality sleep. The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful. Its location is very convenient. Only drawback is that it doesn’t have a restaurant and only a coffee shop. This results in a very restricted menu. The food however is tasty and with reasonable prices.

We booked AC delux Room which was cozy and cute. It was clean. Had Water, Towel and Toiletries. Good Wifi. Polite Staff. Have a restaurant down for easy food access.

”we had an exceptional stay at the president hotel in bangalore! from the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our every need. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we required. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including the restaurant, which served delicious food. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast spread, which had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. What really made our stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. La chambre est très économique, l'espace est suffisant, le tramway est visible au bord de la route, il y a un supermarché près de l'hôtel et vous pouvez vous promener. Dans l'ensemble, le prix est correct.

IInvitéI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

房間就在前台旁邊，這也是挺神奇，感覺像員工休息改建的，內部裝修雖已比較現代，但隔音不好，熱水需請前台開啟，門口是沒電鈴...等大小問題可以再改善的

IInvitéAthulia Residence is a modern hotel with a good location. It looked clean, my room was nice and spacious. One thing that I particularly liked was the mattress, I slept like a baby, and you can see that someone has invested a lot of money so that the hotel looks like a tip-top. However, the staff are pure disappointment, I don't know if this is their first job, but zero stars. First, when I arrived, I was presented with an A4 form that I had to fill out. Usually at any hotel they take a copy of your passport and fill it out. Second, because I liked the hotel, I decided to stay another night, The staff chased me to pay the bill without even looking at the fact that I paid the bill online. Third, when I checked out, instead of helping me with luggage, taxi, etc. they told me to ”stay here” so he could check my room. It's obvious that they never worked at the hotel. Fourth, I don't know how it happened, but last night there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Maybe it was just one hour, I don't know, but for 370 yuans, it's just not worth it. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money.

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service by Sameer, he accomodated our requests.
Even their security guard Zaheerul was so polite and helpful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Hubby loved the shower and their toiletteries. Kiddo the kitchenette. Their chicken sandwich was tasty and fresh.
Only wish they had a bigger size bed. Rest everything was perfect, spacious cupboards and we don't travel light.
Being a relatively new hotel there was worth it as it has access to all the amazing locations within walking distance. Thoms bakery, Stella Studios, K.C. Das. Icecream parlors and eating joints ahead.
Down side no views from our room balconette. But in a space starved city that can be overlooked😃 Also if their signboard could state Hotel, that would be great. Out of towners like us might not be aware.

IInvitéMany things need improvement during the stay. The AC is not working properly, making the room uncomfortable. The flush in the bathroom is also not functioning well, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the breakfast menu is very limited with hardly any variety, which is disappointing for guests expecting a better start to the day. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations due to these issues. Immediate attention is needed to fix these problems and enhance guest comfort. Improving basic facilities and offering a more diverse breakfast menu would greatly improve the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

KKrish4444Overall I’m happy with the service except for few snags ***** the way. They are as follows:
1) The room we received wasn’t cleaned or serviced by the cleaning staff. And they blamed the communication on each other. Required me to go back to reception and immediatey got another room.
2)Room service was good but I specifically asked for non spicy fried rice for my 3 yr old. 40 mins later the staff walked in with an extremely spicy dish and asked us to taste it and suggested if it’s too spicy he will make another dish. Since it was a long wait time We ended up feeding our son the bread as he dint want to wait any longer
