Hi. In the web it is mentioned that 3 persons can sleep in the king size bed. But we got queen size bed so we-haven't slept properly because of less space. They haven't provided drinking water, complimentary breafast. As the amount per day for stay is 2100. Not worth for this money

L'hôtel est très bon emplacement. La chambre est très propre et propre. Le lit est confortable et a bien dormi. La toilette était très propre et bien entretenue. L'eau chaude était toujours disponible. L'air était très bien fonctionnant. L'hôtel est sécurisé. Le petit déjeuner est simple et adorable. Le personnel est ami et utile. Le parking a été donné dans les environs de l'hôtel. Très bon hôtel si vous allez pour Darshan à Tirupati. Dans la rue, utilisez donc des cartes Google pour trouver.

Considering the absence of branded properties in a small city such as Nellore, Minerva Grand does well to fill the gap via warm service, spacious rooms & a convenient location. The professional touch & finesse is lacking though - the wi-fi & the safe deposit locker didn’t work.

One of the best and luxurious property. Entire property is very neat and clean. There is every comfort in the room . Entire team of staff is very polite and courteous to help you. Specifically Mr. Naresh takes care for your stay is comfortable. Finally located at very good location just below the Tirumalla hills. Loved the place and recommend this place to everyone.

This is a 20 year old property undergoing the process of renovation. Might have carried a great legacy, but currently not in the best shape. I must admire the staff for their willingness to help fix all the issue, but there are too many issues that a guest might not want to be bothered with. To list a few important irritated issues: - Room wasn't cleaned properly in spite of an hour's notice. - Renovated work is incomplete in the three rooms we tried shifting to. - We had to request for new bed rolls and sheets as the ones already placed were soiled. - Tap wasn't functional, plumber had to come and fix it during the stay. - Too many mosquitoes, can't expect that in a star hotel. - Doors had missing latches. - Ambience isn't reflecting the stars that the hotel claims. - Hotel claims to provide Wifi, but that doesn't work. - The cupboard designed for refrigerator was not holding any refrigerator. - Plates in which food was served by Room Service were disgusting, may be not replaced in the last 20 years. The only good aspects of this hotel are: - Location - Service of the staff

Ravindra anna restaurant incharge just ordered Russian salad, the name it's self sound different which made me to try. Ravindra anna served me the salad and said me that you have ordered the perfect starter, which made me more temtation to taste it. I Starter tasting it, I felt it's the perfect salad which is more hygein and good for health, by seeing me both of friends also ordered the salad. We were looking for decent hotel arrangements for our 32 Pax ( 11 Jun 23) group stay. while searching on a confused note, I clicked on the Kalyan Residency Hotels Contact number with the requirements of my group in mind. Till Then I did not know our struggle for a professional and economically priced hotel in Tirupathi is going to end. With the Immediate and Inviting response from the hotel's GM Mr. Sriniwasa, we sensed that we are landing safely on a perfect planet. The Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner buffet offered by the hotel restaurant was tasty and economically priced, Our booked 12 Rooms had descent amenities like 24 Hr Hot water, Perfectly working AC-coping with 42 deg outside heat in Tirupati, enough parking place for the coach, and hospitable staff around, Mr. Prakash -Hotel MD's Personal inquiry about our group well being at the hotel showed the top management's courteous approach. Staying at Sree Parthi Hotels at Puttaparthi is a very delightful experience. The service and care given by the Hotel Owner and all the staff has always been exemplary. The food at the restaurant is definitely of the highest quality. The cooks would even prepare items as per your specific requirement and request even though they are not in the menu. The property is well maintained with excellent clean rooms and a vast car parking area. The Hotel is ideal for a family who want to have quality time. Absolutely a great place and is at a short distance from the Gopuram gate.( less than 3 minutes of walk)
