Хозяйка Азиза очень приветливая, помогла купить билеты на паром до острова и обратно, чего я сам сделать не мог. Завтраки скромные, но достаточно сытные. Также можно при отеле обедать и ужинать. Мы всегда брали морепродукты. Готовят очень вкусно!
Прямо перед отелем проходит коралловый риф, где с маской и трубкой можно увидеть множество рыбок. Справа и слева расположены дайвклубы, где можете обучиться и уже погрузиться к подводному миру на следующий день, если учение пройдет хорошо. Я ходил направо, если смотреть со стороны моря, там всё организует интересная семья японцев.
Отель рекомендую, но не для притяжательных туристов, у которых комфорт на первом месте!

Absolutely beautiful unit that's well interior decorated and has plenty of space for a family or group of friends.
Multiple televisions, one in each room and 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom is beautiful and the make up of the unit in general is amazing, gave my ideas for my own apartment. Easy self check in/ out service and host was on call when needed.
Parking - unfortunately theres no free parking. We paid on average RM22.50 a day for parking which is kind of insane. Wish there could be reduced parking at least.
Location is a bit tricky as its great to go up to genting by car. Only a 5 minute drive to the attractions, but to come back to the apartment by car you need to drive down and mountain and come back up at Chin Swee temple whichll take about 15 - 20 minutes. There is the direct link bridge that'll take about 20 minutes by foot to walk to Skyworld which is great.
Restaurants and stores are slowly opening up downstairs which is good for necessity or a coffee.
We were unlucky as it was raining the entire 4 days we were there and couldn't enjoy the views at all. The whole time it was foggy and we had a wall of white fog. Extremely windy if we opened up the windows to the point we had to close the doors.
Sheets are not the highest threat count abd can be a little scratchy, but hopefully, as it washed more, it softens up. Some dust around the area and lint but may be because the unit hadn't been rented out for sometime.
Overall the stay was super pleasant. Took advantage of the washing machine and enjoyed the unit. Bmafter 2 days in genting we spent the other 2 chilling in the unit and enjoying the space.

This hotel took a bit longer to check in even though there were not many guests to entertain. I arrived around 7.00pm but they said my room is ”not ready” yet (but she said housekeeping was done earlier). Check-in counter is at Jade tower (tower 2)..but we need to park at Tower 7 and stay at Tower 1. What?? To me this is so ridiculous.. and then, when I'm about to enter my room, I found the card is not functioning..I REPEAT, I CANNOT ENTER MY ROOM AND I NEED TO WAIT AROUND ONE HOUR WITH THE KIDS IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. But after someone came, he used his master card to open my door and asked me to update my own card ”when I'm free” at Tower 2. Why do I need to go through this hassle and make it so complicated?? I feel very disappointed and tired to entertain all this nonsense. However, luckily this room is well maintained & clean..

During our trip to Kuala Gandah, we decided to book this hotel to spend a night at Mentakab. Overall the location of the hotel was easy to find. Rooms are nice and clean, however the walls are abit on the thinner side as noise from outside you are able to hear. Sound insulation is not the best, but for a quick 1 night stay it's okay. Staff are friendly and accommodating no issue with that. What's best is that you are able to choose 3 level of firmness for your room pillows. It's a first time for me, interesting concept.
There's a chinese restaurant seafood right at your doorstep, didn't went there but we went to 烧鱼海鲜饭店（Roast Fish & Seafood Restaurant) and it was very good! Highly recommended for those that wants to taste fresh seafood.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour ici à l'hôtel U Design. Il est situé dans la ville de Kuala Lipis, à proximité de KFC, Watsons, DIY et Tealive. Il y a également de nombreux restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique pour les voyageurs qui voyagent seuls ou en famille. Je réserverais certainement à nouveau cet hôtel si jamais je reviens à Kuala Lipis à l'avenir.

Que vous ayez envie de réserver cet hôtel ou non, n'hésitez pas ! Le personnel est très sympathique, il vous expliquera tout et vous montrera tout. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux, dignes d'un buffet. L'océan est à une minute à pied. La jetée est accessible à pied. Pour faire de la plongée avec tuba, dirigez-vous vers les rochers à gauche et explorez le monde sous-marin. Les propriétaires ont proposé un kayak à un prix très attractif pour la journée. Les maisons sont confortables et climatisées. Le lit est confortable. Cependant, les fenêtres sont dépourvues de vitres. Seuls des volets en bois sont présents. De ce fait, impossible de les ouvrir avec la climatisation, sans laquelle il fait très chaud. Préparez-vous à vivre avec les lumières allumées en permanence. Il y avait aussi un arbre au-dessus de la maison, d'où quelque chose tombait parfois avec fracas sur le toit. C'était rare. Sinon, j'ai beaucoup aimé !

Overall the hotel has good location and services. Our 3 nights stay were unpleasant due to the beds hv unknown bug/small insects biting us at night causing us hv skin itching and were not able to sleep well. Hotel owner acknowledged and apologised, they agreed to look into further improvements.

Type de chambre: Quadraple room for 2 adults 2 children. Aucun petit déjeuner ya ... ne peut sortir pour manger ou peut ”tapaw” près et santai2 makan en dehors de la zone de lobby. Vous pouvez descendre et faire du thé @ café gratuitement. Vous avez une bonne heure 11pm-7am. Cependant, vous pouvez aller où vous voulez. Donnée la clé de la porte d'entrée si vous reviendrez tard la nuit.

I had high hopes for this hotel based on its unique room concept, but after experiencing it, I can confidently say I won't be booking again. The idea of a mini house sounded charming, but the reality was less than ideal.
The biggest issue was the noise and vibration. Every time someone passed by my room during the night, I could hear and feel it. It's not something you'd expect when you're trying to sleep, and it definitely disrupted my rest. The mattress didn’t help much either, as I felt every movement like it was amplified.
Then, come sunrise, the room became like a sauna. I understand that the weather in Cameron Highlands can be warm, but the mini house design trapped heat so effectively that it was uncomfortable in the morning. There was no escape from the warmth, and it made it tough to enjoy the start of the day.
The only redeeming factor for this hotel was its location. It's within walking distance to the famous Pasar Pagi and the bustling market, which was convenient for grabbing fresh produce and local treats. But unfortunately, the experience wasn’t enough to make me want to return.
In short, the concept seemed promising, but the execution fell short in terms of comfort and practicality. Wouldn’t recommend it for a restful stay.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel près du cœur de Kuantan. L'emplacement est idéal, avec un accès facile aux cafés, centres commerciaux et autres attractions à proximité. La chambre était propre, bien rangée et bien entretenue, ce qui a rendu l'expérience agréable.
J'ai emmené ma famille pour un séjour d'une nuit, et c'était très pratique. Le parking était facile d'accès et ma mère a pu monter à l'étage sans problème. En résumé, c'est un excellent choix pour les familles ou pour toute personne recherchant un hébergement confortable et pratique à Kuantan. Je le recommande vivement !

With the amazing sea view and breeze, and very laid back vibes, it's really hard not to. No need to spend time in the room.

We got the air con room and did not get mosquitoes. Yes, walls are thin, so no hanky panky.. ;p Yes, there was loud music from an open bar at the other end of the chalet. We managed to sleep through the night regardless. The loud waves drowned most of the sound.
Will defo come back here if we're heading this area again.
Some tips:
1. Do bring bathroom slippers/flip flops for comfort
2. Do bring a hanging toiletries case as there is no place to put your toiletries
3. While I ended up not needing them, I still brought mosquito coils with me

BBeck_This place is a really mixed bag. I stayed in the female dorm and the room itself was ok. There was a super uncomfortable sofa in there but it was ok. The problem was the bathroom. There was one toilet with a shower in it. This was for the boys and the girls dorm to share as well as the staff using it, so if you needed to use the loo desperately you were out of luck. The shower was also not enclosed so the toilet seat and floor was soaking wet about 1/3 of the time and there was no hot water for the 3 days I was there. The guy who worked at reception was also very loud and practically yelled when he answered the phone or talked to someone at night. The outside area was lovely with lots of seats and free tea and coffee was nice.
I'm sure it would be nice (if a bit loud)if you were booking a room with an ensuite but if you plan to stay in a dorm, the bathroom situation is awful and I wouldn't stay again.

IInvitéThe location of this home stay is excellent, less than 5km driving distance to Raub Town, which makes it very convenient.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. 1. The homestay does not provide basic toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste, so we need to go to buy a new one as we forgot to bring it.
2. The bedsheet had small holes and should be replaced to maintain comfort and cleanliness.
3. Noticed a lingering smell of cigarette smoke - it would be much better if the place could be made a non-smoking accommodation to ensure a fresher environment for all guests.
4. Noticed the sugar or creamer provided were already expired, which raised concerns about attention to detail and quality control.
Overall, the stay was convenient because of the location, but with better upkeep, fresher supplies, and stricter rules on smoking, the experience could be much more pleasant.
