The booking thru trip.com was super convenient… I booked this place just for a quick transit and because it is sooooo cheap. Won’t complaint much as I could have a good sleep and wake up fresh the next morning. Hotel provided basic amenities - one mineral water and a soap (small size for traveller). But what I appreciate much is there is someone who opened the door as I arrived around 12:30am after midnight (following the ETS arrival time). Getting the grab to and from this hotel was also easy. Amazing Stay — Definitely Worth It! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel and honestly, everything was better than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience felt comfortable, smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is definitely one of the biggest highlights. It was very convenient to get around, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and places to visit nearby. I didn’t have to spend too much time travelling around, which made the whole trip much easier, especially when I had a packed itinerary. As for the room, I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. The room was spacious enough for me to move around comfortably, and everything was well arranged. The bed was also really comfortable, which was honestly important after a long day of travelling and walking around. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I really appreciated how clean the bathroom and sleeping area were. I also have to mention the cleanliness because this was one of the things I noticed immediately. The room felt fresh and properly maintained when I arrived. Towels, bedsheets and the bathroom were all clean, and the overall environment felt very comfortable. It’s always nice when you can come back to your hotel after a tiring day and just relax without worrying about anything. The staff were another highlight of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were happy to help. The service felt professional but still warm, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was also really nice. It felt comfortable and relaxing without being too formal. Whether you’re travelling alone, with friends, as a couple or with family, I think this hotel would be a great choice. It’s the kind of place where you can actually look forward to coming back and resting after a long day outside. For the price, I honestly think the hotel offers great value for money. You get a comfortable room, good service, a convenient location and a pleasant overall experience. Of course, every hotel may have small things that could be improved, but personally, nothing during my stay affected my overall experience. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay here and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay without spending too much. Definitely one of the hotels I’d happily come back to! 9/10 ⭐️

Je sais pas quoi penser de cet hôtel. Il y a tout le nécessaire (fontaine d'eau, table pour repasser, seche cheveux) mais la chambre est très peu insonorisé on entend quasiment tout des fenêtres, pas d'ascenseur il y a environ 10 marches + marches pour rentrer dans l'hôtel (avec des valises et sacs c’est compliqué), dans les parties communes il fait extrêmement chaud, pas de bagagerie (mais c’est préciser dans l’annonce, nous lavons pas vu). En points positifs, son emplacement, check-in rapide. Merc

If u solo or single this place is good to stay, either short or long period. For families, not gonna recommend. Too many stuff inside the building also. No receptionist, all things deal via whatsapp. Toilet is quit small. some area like desk or bed side is dusty. We get ground floor room, the floor is dirty. But the stay is good for us as we need to catch early morning flight

Cet hôtel est situé à proximité de tout. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la gare routière si vous avez besoin de prendre un bus. Little India et Art Street étaient à seulement 7 à 10 minutes. Il y avait une épicerie à côté de ce bâtiment où vous pouvez acheter des collations et de la bière. Cependant, dans la chambre qu'on m'a donnée, il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur ni de sèche-cheveux. Je ne suis pas sûr des autres chambres, nous avons donc dû emprunter un sèche-cheveux à la réception. Il y avait un petit restaurant et d'après ma mère dès 05h00 elle entendait de nombreuses motos passer ou s'arrêter à cet endroit ce qui perturbait le sommeil en semaine. Je dirais que dans l'ensemble, j'ai été satisfait de cet hébergement à un prix raisonnable.

Pour les voyageurs arrivant en train, l'emplacement est idéal, la gare étant accessible à pied. Pourquoi marcher quand on peut facilement prendre un Grab ? Pour digérer tous les bons repas ! L'hôtel est également à quelques pas du terminal des ferries (Penang Sentral). Si vous arrivez en ferry depuis Georgetown, aucun souci ! J'ai moi-même marché jusqu'au terminal pour prendre le ferry pour Georgetown ! De plus, un supermarché et une laverie automatique se trouvent à proximité de l'hôtel. L'hôtel dispose d'un ascenseur, ce qui est pratique si vous avez une chambre en étage élevé. Plus besoin de porter vos bagages jusqu'à votre chambre. Dommage, car cela ne vous permettra pas de faire un peu d'exercice. Mais je ne m'en plains pas ! La réception est ouverte 24h/24. J'ai dû partir très tôt car j'avais un train à prendre, mais j'ai pu récupérer ma caution de 50 RM. Ah oui, 2 RM ont été prélevés lors de l'enregistrement. Trip.com m'en avait informé au moment de la réservation, ce n'était donc pas une surprise. Ma chambre était spacieuse. La salle de bain est bien agencée. Douche d'un côté, toilettes de l'autre et lavabo au milieu. Du gel douche était fourni. Le shampoing, en revanche, était absent, probablement parce que le distributeur était cassé. J'avais réservé une chambre sans fenêtre. Mais comme elle était spacieuse, l'absence de fenêtre ne m'a pas dérangée. J'ai payé plus cher que prévu, et je ne comprends pas pourquoi le prix affiché sur ma facture était bien inférieur. En résumé, je reviendrais volontiers dans cet hôtel si je retournais à Butterworth. Nearby Penang airport , convenient stay during midnight flight. Check in and check out process very fast.

La chambre est très propre et agréable, et surtout au calme. Il y a un point d'eau potable froide et chaud ainsi qu'un frigo dans les espaces communs. Peut être trop peu de douches/toilettes pour le nombre de chambres mais nous n'avons pas été à l'étroit

Had a nice stay at the hotel. I was in transit so only needed the hotel for a few hours to catch a nap and shower. The place is new, you can smell the new shower. You get a nice large space with 2 ceiling fans and an AC that works really well. It seems like a home converted into a hotel where you leave shoes off and kept in a locker before you enter the property. They have cold, warm and hot water machine. My only issue is that throughout the night there were some machine noises going on. So be aware if you are sensitive to sound whilst sleeping. Oh, although they have no lift, the front desk kindly offered to carry my bags to the 2nd floor which was a pleasant touch to my experience.
