الاستقبال مميز تسجيل الدخول سريع ايضا إمكانية تاخير المغادرة إلى الساعة 3 الغرفه واسعة ونظيفة ولكن يمكن سماع الأصوات في الغرفة المجاورة المواقف متوافرة ولكن المواقف في البيسمنت عددها محدود الموقع ممتاز ولا يوجد ازدحام وقريب من الكورنيش والخدمات

في قمة النظافة والإهتمام والموظفين متعاونيين والرائحة دائماً جميلة

For a first-time visitor to Dammam, Saudi Arabia and for the amount that I have paid for, staying at Boudl Al Shatea was, to me, a great decision. Everything that I needed in a hotel for a relatively short 3-night stay was present specially in terms of the room amenities and available facilities at the hotel (e.g. swimming pool). I also appreciated the Reception officer offering to guests Saudi coffee and dates while they do their check-in/check-out procedures. This apparently simple but kind gesture gave me a very nice impression about Saudi culture and hospitality. The room I was assigned was spacious, clean and smelling nice, and fully furnished. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of my room and this was true for the rest of the hotel's premises. In terms of location, the hotel is a short taxi/Uber/Careem ride away from the Dammam Main Bus Station (if you are coming from King Fahd International Airport via the Eastern Region Bus). There is also a not-so-vibrant mall next to the hotel (called Al Shatea Mall), which thankfully had a Carrefour Hypermarket giving me easy access to whatever I had in mind to eat (like breads/pastries, fruits and Saudi treats/snacks). Restaurants and fast food chains are also aplenty and are short walking distance away from the hotel. However, if you would need to explore the more known tourist areas/attractions in Dammam, walking is not an option as these are a bit far off and would require booking a taxi/Uber/Careem. But given another opportunity to visit Dammam in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at Boudl Al Shatea again.

Every thing in hotel is great it is very clean and the food is very delicious with good variety The room space is good and they provide stove and microwave which is very helpful for family that stay multiple days The only comment is about the mattress it is very stiff actually not very comfortable and the swimming pool is very small and i think it should be at least covered from sun heat

Boudl Gardenia Resort is an excellent hotel with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff is exceptionally hospitable, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for guests. The resort is impeccably clean, with a well-maintained environment that enhances its ambiance. Overall, it provides excellent value for money and is highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

Отель простой, красивый холл. Обслуживание хорошее, персонал приветливый. Есть возможность приобрести завтраки. Сама комната и мебель в ней старые. При этом постельное белье чистое. Предоставляется гель для душа, мыло, шампунь и тапочки.

Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel. Il est propre. Le personnel est amiable. La nourriture est très délicieuse, et vous avez une variété dans elle. L'hôtel est proche de tout, où vous pouvez atteindre la corniche en marchant seulement 5 minutes.

Самое лучшее воспоминание о Даммаме - это наш отель. Мы прилетели поздно ночью, заселили нас буквально за минуту, угостив после этого чаем с финиками. С утра нас ждал отличнейший завтрак, приготовленный умелыми поварами и сервированный мега дружелюбными официантами. Номера чистые, просторные, сервис отличный. Также очень понравился спортзал.
