在酒店前台辦理入住手續就等了好久，前台工作人員顯然不熟悉業務，要讓我刷房費，事實上我已經在攜程把所有的房費都交清了！然後又説要我250刀作為按金，其他相同的酒店都要20刀！我覺得也是因為他明顯不熟悉業務造成的！ 房間總體還行，但是設備有幾項都有問題：有一個床頭燈不亮、書桌上的接線板管用、衞生間沒有浴液、也沒有香皂！ 早餐有點簡單，唯一值得點讚的是鮮榨橙汁還不錯！ 總體的入住體驗一般般很一般

La chambre de l'hôtel est propre et confortable. Le matin est tard, le petit-déjeuner est passé, le personnel de l'hôtel prendra des fruits de façon spéciale. La prochaine fois, il choisira de rester.

1. Price was very affordable. I wasn’t expecting too much, but it went well above my expectations for this price. Yes, it’s an old hotel so the furniture seems a bit old with scratches and dents, but the room was kept clean overall. It did have a distinct smell that bothered me when I entered the room, but after a few minutes I got used to it. If you’re hesitating because the price is too cheap, I honestly think it’s only because of its age. 2. Location was not far from the COS airport. Local buses were during ozone season, but if you want to go far you would need to get an uber. The neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful, but I did hear sirens going off three times during my two nights of stay. 3. The building is a condominium with a few rooms they rent out as hotel rooms. Its residents were primarily retired people who were friendly and chill. 4. The guy at the reception was super friendly. We chatted about our times in the army. I noticed a lot of retired service members in the building throughout my stay which made me feel very safe. 5. Breakfast was not a buffet, but was made freshly per order. Eggs, pancakes, and potatoes were served for free, and I was able to add two strips of bacon for a dollar fifty. Tina, the waitress, was very nice, and Jimmy, the cook, was also friendly. Food was delicious. Jimmy was so excited for me to try his “space cake”, which was also amazing. The outdoor seating has a great view of the mountains, so I recommend sitting outside.

Ce que j'aime : (1) Le thé/café disponible 24 heures, le petit déjeuner est simple mais suffisant de choix, œufs, sauces, waffles, pain, farine d'orange, jus, café, fruits de thé (2) Le personnel est professionnel, expliquez bien les choses. (3) Les meubles sont légèrement plus récents que l'autre Hampton que je reste. Quels sont les moyens d'améliorer: (1) J'ai attendu à l'île 3 (Porte 512) de 745pm à 830pm et j'ai appelé deux fois pour assurer le service de navette. J'ai vu d'autres shuttles d'hôtel déjà tomber par 4-5 fois dans ces mins et même les autres shuttles d'hôtels, comme Cambria tomber par 30 minutes. Je comprends qu'il soit peut-être horaire de service habituel, mais je me demande si ils peuvent faire un service d'entreprise avec d'autres marques d'hôtels afin que les clients puissent être précédemment rassemblés. (2) J'ai été offert la chambre à la fin du couloir mais il y a un bruit d'eau élevé provenant des tuyaux quand quelqu'un utilise le toilette à côté de la porte ou de l'en haut. Je suis très fatigué après les vols long et court et n'avais pas dormi pendant 30 heures, j'ai dormi la nuit comme d'habitude. Je ne l'ai pas signalé parce qu'il s'agissait d'un court séjour. En général, je donne une 4 étoiles en tant que l'attitude du personnel (check-in, check-out et nettoyage) et leur service mérite un grand respect, un standard jusqu'à un petit déjeuner parfait et une chambre propre.

Location within walking distance to several food establishments and a department store. Location is off I-25 on the north side and away from downtown, quiet and restful. The room lacked a microwave and coffeemaker but overall experience was very good.

This was 1 of the nicest stays we have had this trip. Checking in was very quick and warm. We were welcomed as a pet owner which is very important as some places say pet friendly but treat you like they rather you didn’t have a pet. Why do they say pet friendly? This place was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back. The motel is very near the downtown area. This place was excellent.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel et je n'ai pas pu arriver, j'ai parlé pour annuler et même si vous dites que personne ne m'a répondu dans ma langue, j'ai essayé de parler un peu anglais que je voulais annuler la réservation ou changer dans son propre hôtel de Gallup, c'était Impossible de communiquer et m'ont attaché, j'ai fait la procédure d'annulation pour Trip et je n'ai pas eu de réponse, j'ai dû faire une autre réservation à Gallup

I stayed here recently, and unfortunately, the service at check-in was rude and not very friendly or helpful. The overall housekeeping and cleanliness also need improvement. The bed was not the worst I’ve experienced in the past 10 years of traveling, but there was a visible stain on the pillow. Instead of replacing it, housekeeping appeared to simply wipe or clean it, and it still looked dirty. There was also noticeable dust, and the chair had stains on it that made me uncomfortable sitting there. One thing I really liked was the small kitchen area. Having a microwave, refrigerator, sink, and utensils was a nice convenience. However, the utensils were not very clean, and one of the bowls was extremely dirty. There was also no amenities kit provided, which was disappointing. The location is great, and having a casino on-site is definitely a plus. If the management improves the customer service and provides better housekeeping and cleaning training, I think this place could be much better. Overall, the location and facilities have potential, but cleanliness and service need significant improvement.

- Vert à l'extrême- L'hôtel doit avoir 5 étoiles, car ils ont un excellent petit déjeuner, l'établissement est rénové et en bonne forme, le parking est gratuit et les zones communes sont bien entretenues. Le plus grand problème est que leur pratique ”verte”, qui a été prise à un niveau extrême, est que les lumières de la chambre sont complètement éteintes après 30 minutes de mouvement dans la chambre. En travaillant au bureau de ma chambre, j'avais fermé les lumières 5 fois pendant que j'essayais de travailler au bureau (très annoncé). Cela signifie que leur propre montre d'alarme ne fonctionne pas parce qu'elle remonte à 12 AM tous les 30 minutes ......lol .....Pourquoi est-elle même dans la chambre? L'être vert est une chose, le pincement est une autre chose. Si elles voulaient vraiment sauver l'environnement, elles n'auront pas un tube chaud et une piscine ( croyez-le ou non, chauffage de ces putains 24-7 coûte beaucoup plus que fermer les lumières et les décharges LED de haute efficacité de la visiteur. Ils auront cinq étoiles.

To stay here is great deal with reasonable price to visit Boulder.We asked to clean up our room during our going out but cleaning wasn't completed at all because less staffs to clean up. My husband changed sheets and towels by himself after giving up cleaning by staffs. Breakfast is not good quality but it's normal American style. (Juices, toast, oatmeal, apple, scrambled egg and waffles etc.) Building is not new but renovated room was inside to become clean well enough. To pay $5 for parking a car isn't comfortable to stay here for 2 nights.
