La photo de la salle d'administration du roi avait un canapé. J'ai payé le prix de cette chambre. La chambre que j'ai reçue n'avait pas un canapé. J'ai essayé de régler avec le bureau de front. Ils ont dit qu'il n'y avait rien qu'ils pouvaient faire sans me charger de l'argent supplémentaire.

Overall, my recent stay at this hotel was a positive experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants in walking distance for dining. Despite being so close to these amenities, the hotel itself remained peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided by the hotel was basic but satisfying, with a decent selection of options to choose from. Airport shuttle and price was the main reasons I chose this hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

Stayed for 3 nights - checked in on a Friday afternoon and out on a Monday morning. Got the ADA room and was mostly okay with it (I never turn down a walk-in shower), but was put off by the fact that there was nowhere to hang clothing and nowhere to place toiletries in the bathroom. Luckily I didn't need to hang anything, but this would have been a problem if I'd brought dress clothes. As for where to put toiletries, I ended up placing the portable shower seat next to the sink and using that surface. Hopefully the seat had been cleaned sometime between someone having their bare butt in it and me using it as a shelf. For the life of me I can't figure out why people design hotel rooms without bothering to know if they'll actually work for staying in. I also wasn't thrilled with the ”breakfast” on offer. Engineered ”omelet” and packaged, processed junk is NOT breakfast. There was absolutely nothing healthy on offer other than fruit - which was the stuff the grocery store didn't want. The good things about the hotel include staff truly striving to satisfy the customer, a clean room (including the carpet), a location within walking distance of many of Quincy's major attractions, and plenty of parking. But the parking lot itself badly needs repaving (it poured one afternoon and my feet and shoes were soaked because of the rivers running through the parking lot). In any event, there are some improvements that could be made, but I enjoyed my stay overall and would put the hotel on my list of places to stay should I return to the area in the future.

J'ai apporté des pulvérisateurs de la maison juste en cas de désormais, la chambre n'était pas propre. J'ai dû nettoyer les compteurs, le bureau et baisser le haut. Ils étaient sales et attachés au toucher. Le matin suivant, j'ai allé au bureau de front pour demander ça. Le personnel de la chambre était sur le téléphone portable et j'ai dû m'attirer son attention. Il était gentil et courtois, mais il m'a dit que les chambres étaient nettoyées une fois par semaine. Si je suis un amant de chien avide, les chiens qui sortaient quand j'essayais d'entrer étaient énormes. Il est très important de trouver un accès à la maison pour les personnes qui ont besoin de la main.

Good location within walking distance of Litchfield attractions. I appreciate that the place was fairly clean, although the cigarette burns on the vanity top were a real turn off. I also had a problem with stepping into the bathtub to take a shower - the floor of the tub was so slippery that my foot slid back and the only thing that prevented a bad fall was my other leg slamming against the side of the tub to arrest the fall. I was very nervous the entire time of taking a shower. The hotel needs to do something about this dangerous safety issue. It's basically a bare bone establishment that offers minimal amenities, which I'm normally happy with. But... Sadly, when I checked in with a prepaid reservation, the desk clerk tried to put me in a room that had no refrigerator or microwave. I had just double-checked the reservation that morning to ensure I would have the conveniences I needed, and the clerk informed me that fridges and microwaves were only available with ”Queen Deluxe” rooms. BS. The clerk was at least smart enough to put me into another room that had what I was paying for, but I did not appreciate his attempt to con me.
