This resort is too far to walk from the river walk/walking street, but we had rented a car and it's a very short drive. The trade-off is worth it - this is an extremely nice resort, the best we've stayed at in the north outside of any big city. The room was spacious with balcony and great river view. They provided a cot for our baby. The grounds are very well kept with lots of interesting things to look at (it's a selfie paradise!) Good breakfast buffet, everyone very friendly. Not worth dropping a star for, but I think the restaurant could open a bit later (the kitchen closes at 7pm but no rush to finish eating). Also be careful with the shower, it takes a while but the water can then get scalding hot and high pressure. With care though, it was good to have a nice warm shower with good pressure - yes, a contradiction, it's too much of a good thing and you need to be careful. Anyway it really felt like we were on holiday, it's a fabulous place to relax and honestly the staff were exceptionally friendly (it turns out that people here love babies, but they were always helpful anyway). If you have a car then it's easily the best choice, if not then consider it anyway but I can't comment on any transport arrangements to the walking street.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, dans la rue piétonne de Chiang Khan, la propreté est bonne, la vue à l'arrière est une vue sur la rivière, l'intérieur manque de sèche-cheveux, et la salle de bain est étroite et pas très pratique, les sanitaires est encore à l'ancienne. Si les sanitaires de la chambre sont changés, cela sera pris en compte. C'est bien d'avoir beaucoup d'espaces communs pour s'asseoir. Dans l'ensemble, c'est considéré comme bien, mais le prix est un peu élevé.

Highly recommend especially for solo traveler. Owner is super nice and always recommended me what to do and eat like a local. No air-con but really private space with valuable price. Location is closed to walking street and there are free bicycles to use for cycling around. Thank you P’Pok again for good accommodating me during my stay and I will totally come back again for sure.
