This is my second stay at this property. I really enjoyed my first stay and though this could be somewhere that I could book for longer than a week. I booked a double room last time and enjoyed my stay this time I booked a single room but would not return. The single room is a lot smaller than the double and I paid the same price as last time so value for money for this was not so great. View is great, amenities good, no AC and it gets hot in the room. Decent breakfast and friendly staff. The big issue for me on the last 2 nights was a club down the street playing music so loud that I could feel the bass 10 floors up and this went on until 4am. This was Monday and Tuesday night! So hot room as can’t open the window with the music, fan on full, white noise from tv at full volume and ear plugs is not what I’m looking for. I could not return if the bar continues like that. Previous stay no issues, first 5 nights no issues, but this is a big problem for me. I am so thankful I didn’t book the month I was contemplating and left after a week. A double room without the noise at the right price I would return.

The hotel looks fresh and modern, almost like it was recently build. The gym is pretty small but good enough if you just need a quick workout, and the pool is nice for this type of hotel — although it can get very busy at times, so don’t expect a quiet swim. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment for me. It’s quite minimal, more like a 3-star standard, but of course that depends on what you’re used to — just don’t expect too much. Other than that, there isn’t much more to mention. Overall, it’s okay, but there are definitely better hotels in Medellín for a similar price

L'emplacement est bon, l'hôtel est propre, l'anglais à la réception est très bon et le petit déjeuner est assez riche. Le seul problème est que l'hôtel ne fournit pas d'eau tous les jours.

Firstly , the staff are great. Really friendly and helpful with anything you may need. I arrived really early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for me. The facilities are great, calm shared space downstairs, well equipped gym and free laundry. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Le personnel était amiable et utile. La chambre était confortable et avait une cortina pour la vie privée. Les zones communes étaient propres. L'auberge était dans une grande localisation, surtout si vous avez réservé des tours, car le point de rencontre est souvent à El Poblado.

L'hôtel était super et très sûr, avec un petit supermarché juste en bas, très pratique pour acheter de l'eau. Par contre, la chambre la moins chère où j'ai séjourné avait un éclairage tamisé et le streaming sur Bilibili était un peu saccadé.

The hotel was cute and very efficient. The food is great. I like it there. Will come back again if given a chance.

I recently stayed in this hotel and overall had a good experience, but there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the city. However, I did run into some problems during my stay. The hot water was inconsistent, which made showers uncomfortable at times. In addition, housekeeping was not up to standard, as the room was not properly cleaned or tidied during my stay. Overall, it was an okay experience with some positives, but the issues with hot water and room cleanliness definitely affected the comfort level. With a bit more attention to maintenance and housekeeping, this hotel could be much better.

Nous avons eu une compétition internationale au stade qui reste à 5 minutes à pied, donc la position était parfaite pour ce tournoi. Les chambres étaient petites mais propres et le lit était superbe, car il est ferme, et très bon pour le dos. Le petit déjeuner était malheureusement très répété et il manquait plus souvent de fruits.

Emplacement pratique, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner délicieux, dans l'ensemble recommandé.
