IInvitéHotel is in a perfect location for easy access to Cheltenham racecourse ( short drive or taxi) The bar and lounge areas were warm and welcoming. Check in and checkout simple. Loads of car parking at £7 for 24 hours.

IInvitéHave stayed here several times and usually have a good experience, except for the breakfast arrangements at the beefeater next door.
On this occasion, we arrived with relatives in their 80s to find the rooms that had been refurbished and only completed that day, had no electricity. There was only one person on the desk, and it was a busy day in mid Dec. The poor girl fried frantically to get the electric working in both rooms, for over an hour, eventually
moving us to other rooms on another floor, but again, no electric. We we're beginning to give up hope. Already feeling low as we were attending a younger relatives' funeral the next day. But after 90 minutes, she finally succeeded by using 2 key cards in the lighting slot, giving us light. Needless to say we were all tired and weary. To her credit she offered a refund for the cost of breakfast to compensate, and on feeding our experience back to Premier Inn, they also discounted the cost of the rooms. So we were happy with that, and generally we would stay here again.
Our only other gripe is with the arrangement for breakfast in the beefeater accross the carpark. Having booked full English breakfast, that is what you expect. But being asked on arrival have you paid or not is poor practice, and would expect the booking in and restaurant services to be linked, so that question becomes mute. Then to go through each item in the English breakfast menu to be asked how many of each item is required is really unacceptable. I do hope they seriously explore a better way to greet and serve their customers. Most hotels would usually just ask your room number, which tells them if you have paid for breakfast or not, and then serve you the item as listed on the menu.

IInvitéStayed here for a weekend at the Cotswolds. Great location as base for visiting surrounding villages. Nice short drive into Cheltenham city. Clean rooms, great reception and restaurant service. The same breakfast selection every day but it was good and covered the basics of an English breakfast. They were also very on it when refilling stations. Didn’t get to try any amenities this time though.

We spent a wonderful weekend at The Bear of Rodborough, staying on Friday and Saturday night, and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The hotel itself is full of charm, with a beautiful setting and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Breakfast was included both mornings and was a real highlight. It was such a refreshing change to have a cooked‑to‑order breakfast rather than a full buffet, while still being able to help ourselves to fruit, yoghurt, and pastries. Everything was fresh and delicious.
We chose to dine at the hotel restaurant on both evenings, and the food was exceptional. The style is very much modern, refined cuisine, and both the duck and the stone bass were beautifully cooked and full of flavour. It felt special without being pretentious.
The hotel also has a pub, which has a great atmosphere and adds to the overall charm of the place. Whether you want a relaxed drink or a cosy corner to unwind in, it’s a lovely space.
Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to make sure everything was perfect. Their warmth really added to the experience.
All in all, we had a truly lovely stay and would happily recommend The Bear of Rodborough to anyone visiting the Cotswolds. We’d love to return.

IInvitéLe Mousetrap Inn s'est avéré un excellent choix pour notre récente piste. La location est absolument parfaite – juste une promenade agréable à la ville principale, nous donnant facilement accès aux attractions locales, aux magasins et aux restaurants tout en profitant de l'environnement pacifique.
Le personnel de l'équipe était très aimable, et tout le personnel était accueillant et utile, et nous avons tout besoin. Leur connaissance et leurs recommandations locales ont amélioré notre visite dans son ensemble.
Le petit déjeuner inclus était une vraie valeur éminente et exceptionnelle. Les options fraîches, bien préparées avec beaucoup de variété nous ont satisfait chaque matin avant d'explorer. Il est rare de trouver un petit déjeuner complimentaire qui dépasse en fait les attentes.
Le centre-ville est un hôtel de qualité confortable et confortable, qui se trouve dans une zone de confort et de confort.
Recommandé pour un service amiable, une grande valeur et un emplacement idéal.

IInvitéDisappointed at first off when I found out I had to pay a further £5 for parking my car. First appearance was it seemed very dated. The room was ok, bed clean and comfortable, tea, coffee making facilities. TV was a limited on stations, but absolutely no WiFi or if there was it wasn’t available in my room. Noise from the next door room, and from upstairs in particular was unbearable, I think they must have been real heavyweights as every step across their room was vibrating down through my ceiling, and at one point sounded like they were jumping off the bed it was so loud, I actually thought they would be coming through. The bathroom had really seen better days, felt grubby, mould on the ceiling, plugs in both the bath and the sink were old and broken, and the bath itself had seen better days, but on a positive note the towels were clean. All in all I didn’t feel it was worth the £72 plus parking fees and wouldn’t recommend, unless you could get it for less than £40 Max.

IInvitéNous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel magnifique pour mon 60e anniversaire. Avec ma fille. Les vues sont incroyables et l'hôtel lui-même. Grand emplacement le personnel est très bienvenu et courtois.
Il y a beaucoup de parking , malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu la possibilité d'utiliser les installations spa.
Notre seule chose négative était notre chambre bien que le tapis avait quelques tiges sur elle et nos fenêtres n' étaient pas faciles à ouvrir , et la salle d' entrée à notre chambre était très sale qu' on avait été donné une chambre dans les terrains en dehors de l' hôtel et pour le coût . de notre séjour nous avons été très déçus de voir cette élégance, avec l'hôtel principal et le lobby, etc. Nous avions également reçu une chambre avec une salle de bain qui était plus adaptée à quelqu' un qui avait besoin d' un soutien plus important et bien qu' il n' y ait rien de mal à cela , il serait bon d' avoir un choix de bain aussi et nous avons pensé que quelqu' un autre pourrait avoir Les personnes qui ont bénéficié de cette mise en place sur leur séjour ont été plus aisément perçues.

JJWLe parking gratuit est un bon prix, et l'emplacement est proche de la marche de la Severn Way, pour se promener à Deerhurst et au-delà.
Le service et l'attention de tous les membres du personnel nous ont fait sentir très bienvenus.
Le petit déjeuner était si précieux, et des portions énormes aussi! L'hôtel « pub chain » vous semble parfois être assez méchant et corporative, mais les chefs ici savent ce qu'ils font.
Un ou deux petits grumbles peuvent être le bruit de la circulation, car notre chambre était sur la route ( si porté des oreilles et fine) et le lit très doux, mais bien, c'était vraiment bien.
Nous resterions plus que probablement encore si nous avions passé par cette voie à l'avenir.
