Just right for us visiting family while in Japan. Most staff can speak English & help in any way they can to make your stay more comfortable. Cleaners are exceptional in their attention to detail in every respect. Front desk staff are efficient & friendly. Convenient to Bullet train & local trains. A delightful experience overall. We are return customers with several stays over the years, will happily stay again on further trips.

Emplacement - Je suis arrivé à la gare Nagoya de la gare de Tokyo par le train de balle 1h 50mibs et je suis passé à l'étage à la gare Inuyama 40 minutes par le train de première classe express. De là, il a pris un taxi à l'hôtel à environ 12 minutes de marche 25-30mins #2. Cet hôtel est très bon emplacement 2 minutes du lac , 5 minutes du château d'Inuyama, si vous profitez de la tranquillité de la porte, c'est BEST PICK #3. Arrivée Experience- Très rapide et facile de sortie, j'étais surpris que l'hôtel n'ait demandé aucun dépôt ou garantie de carte de crédit J'étais affecté chambre 426 au 4e étage #4 Size of room: Super spacious room ( larger than Conrad's Tokyo room )- Big King size bed, mattress, pillos&blankets are very comfortable and soft and I had very good sleep until 9am- 10am every morning Il dispose d'une douche, d'une piscine, d'un toilette et de la plus proche, ce qui est vraiment agréable pour un couple (privé) ou un solo. #5. Ils ont très joli grand intérieur/extérieur ”Onsen” chaud le printemps que je jouis chaque nuit est gratuit #6. Onsen est fourni dans la chambre

Biggest hotel room I've stayed in, in Japan. However, do note that there is no onsen and pool access. Pool and a 'hot tub' will be at a fee of 3300 yen/day. Nevertheless, room was very comfortable and the room ammenities was plenty good. I felt that the gym access was decent. Location was ultra convenient, minutes away from the JR station.

Simple request, if possible to change 2 single beds to 1 double bed in the same room type upon check in and was told the change will cost 100,000 YEN PER PERSON. Total will be 200,000 yen for just changing the bed arrangements. I think the charges are ridiculous, most hotels will do it for free if there's availability. Make sure to book the correct bed arrangements as changes are outrageously expensive. Even though it's not fully booked, staff are not willing to make a change out of goodwill. It shows about their service.

Location is near to bus stop and subway as well as shopping area. Loved the level 6 library lobby which provide free drinks and snacks

Good location, walking distance to Nagoya JR Station and other attractions like the Nagoya Castle and various shopping districts! Small quirk of the room design being the lack of an area to put clothes while showering, and the kettle for some reason doesn't stop after it has boiled? But at least the staff were friendly and quick to resolve issues

Although it’s a three-star hotel, it is a great hotel for one to three people to stay in. The hotel is nice and quiet, most rooms come with free breakfast buffet coupons (which are limited but still nice enough) and the beds are quite big. The wifi works quite well and the rooms are big enough for three. I’m not sure if there are conjoining rooms, but it they will be recommended for families of four and above. There aren’t many guests in the hotel, and most of them are businessmen. The hotel is also at a convenient location—there is Lawson in front of it, a 7-11 behind it and a Family Mart northeast of it(across the street). It is a short walk of 3min away from JR Nagoya Stn. Some bad things about the hotel are that the TV’s programs are all in Japanese, and even the CNN is translated into Japanese, so I recommend you use your phones or tablets to watch the shows you like. There also isn’t a window and the aircon is quite weak, so it gets stuffy sometimes. However, apart from that, it is quite an enjoyable stay!!

located in Sakae area, with a lot of mall and resto and station within walking distance (5-10mins) the breakfast is great, you can have standard buffet breakfast (but with Nagoya famous food; chicken wing and pork katsu with miso sauce) or Japanese ala carte breakfast. The hotel is old but the the maintenance is good. The room is spacious. We sent our luggage from Tokyo to here, and when we arrived, the luggage was already in our room. Thank you Nagoya Tokyu Hotel.

Very conveniently located at the Nagoya station so it makes travelling very easy esp with a toddler! Also it’s above the JR gate tower and there’s so many things to shop and eat. We could easily head down to Uniqlo, GU, BIC camera etc. Service was excellent. I had amazon packages delivered to the hotel on the day i was checking in, and the staff alr placed the packages inside my hotel room beforehand! Also hotel guests enjoy special offers at the restaurants on Level 12 and 13 which included the v popular Sushi no Midori! We had our best meal in Nagoya there… super fresh and affordable sushi. The only thing to note is that the rooms facing the train station can hear them coming in and out so if you’re a light sleeper it might disrupt your sleep. We were fine with it though. I would definitely stay here again!
