I booked the suite and the room was beautiful with a good view of the city. Amenities were great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location is good as it it next to the train station, really accessible. I enjoyed my stay.

La chambre offre une vue sur un pont et une rivière, avec des passants animés. C'est un havre de paix éphémère au cœur de l'agitation et de la prospérité. Idéal pour les familles qui cherchent à la fois l'animation et la commodité. Des fruits, de l'eau minérale et des petites collations sont offerts gratuitement à la réception. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable, comme de bons voisins. En bref, un excellent hôtel de caractère.

Nous avons réservé la chambre familiale avec 2 chambres à coucher pour notre voyage en Nanjing et l'hôtel n'est pas vraiment décevant. L'hôtel est très propre et proche des attractions de Laomendong. Toutes sont à pied. Les attractions proches sont également très nombreuses et facilement accessibles à courte distance. La nourriture et le restaurant ne sont pas un problème. La chambre dispose de toutes les installations et, surtout, de lave-linge gratuite, ce qui est important pour mon voyage familial pendant de longues journées, car nous n'avons pas besoin de porter beaucoup de vêtements. Le propriétaire est amiable et a donné des suggestions à nos lieux de visite aussi. Le petit déjeuner est inclus. Même si simple, assez bon pour commencer pour la journée sans avoir à chercher de la nourriture avant de sortir. En général, une bonne et agréable expérience avec notre séjour.

La qualité générale de l'hôtel est constante, la décoration est simple, confortable et de bon goût. La chambre est très spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangements, et les articles de toilette sont complets. L'eau chaude est disponible à tout moment, la climatisation fonctionne bien (chaud et froid), et le personnel est courtois et enthousiaste. Le séjour a été particulièrement agréable.

L'hôtel est très nouveau, l'atmosphère de luxe décorée, le café est au-dessous, il est très approprié pour les voyages commerciaux. La chambre est également grande. L'espace intelligent est ouvert pour tous. Vous choisisserez de rester la prochaine fois.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Indigo Suzhou Jinji Lake, la troisième ouverture de la marque Indigo à Suzhou, située au bord du lac Jinji. C'est comme si l'on traversait la grande roue du 'Œil de Suzhou' pour, tel un explorateur, plonger instantanément dans un havre de paix. La conception générale de l'hôtel est exquise, chaque pas révélant une nouvelle scène, intégrant des éléments de jardins paysagers dans l'atrium et les diverses zones de l'hôtel, offrant une fusion parfaite avec l'habitat moderne. Que ce soit pour une promenade matinale au bord du lac Jinji, juste en face, ou pour prendre le thé dans la chambre, tout est extrêmement agréable, rafraîchissant et totalement relaxant.Au-delà des équipements, la meilleure expérience a été le service de conciergerie. Scott du service client est disponible toute la journée, et on voit qu'il travaille très dur. Il est en ligne en permanence, du matin 9h à environ 23h, toute l'année, pour répondre à toutes les questions, qu'elles concernent l'hôtel ou non, et il les résout rapidement. Ses réponses sont pleines d'humour et d'esprit, et son intelligence émotionnelle est toujours au rendez-vous, ce qui est très divertissant.En conclusion, je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel, et c'est grâce à Scott Sun que je reviendrai et que je le recommanderai à mes amis pour qu'ils vivent une expérience aussi agréable ~ Bien sûr, à condition que Scott soit toujours là, héhé !

L'hôtel se trouve sur Ping Jiang Road, juste à côté de la rivière, ce qui permet d'accéder facilement au quartier commerçant. Vous trouverez également des restaurants à quelques pas. Notez qu'étant situé au bord de la rivière, là où les voitures ne peuvent généralement pas accéder, vous devrez probablement descendre sur la route principale et marcher environ 5 minutes jusqu'à l'hôtel. Cet hôtel peut ne pas convenir aux groupes avec de jeunes enfants, des bagages volumineux ou aux personnes âgées. L'hôtel lui-même est vraiment charmant. Vous serez accueilli par un personnel chaleureux et sympathique, qui se fera un plaisir de vous aider avec vos bagages ou de vous donner des conseils sur la région. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, vous devrez donc porter vos bagages jusqu'aux chambres du 1er ou du 2e étage (le personnel m'a aidé avec les miens). La chambre est très propre et les équipements sont neufs. Les toilettes sont également neuves avec chasse d'eau automatique. Les portes des toilettes et de la salle de bain sont cependant translucides. On ne voit pas ce que fait la personne à l'intérieur, mais la lumière passe au travers ; il n'est donc pas conseillé de partager la chambre avec une autre personne sensible à la lumière, surtout la nuit. Sinon, tout le reste est parfait à cet endroit.

Satisfaction générale, avec un accent particulier sur le service et l'environnement ! Bien que l'hôtel soit proche du métro et facile à trouver, si vous venez en métro, vous devrez traîner vos bagages sur plusieurs centaines de mètres, ce qui est assez fatigant ! Je vous conseille de prendre un taxi. Le voiturier devant l'hôtel a même aidé à ouvrir la portière et à porter les bagages, il était très aimable !!! 👍 Après avoir fait le check-in, j'ai traversé le couloir et j'ai trouvé l'environnement de l'hôtel vraiment agréable. 👍 Une fois dans la chambre, j'ai remarqué que la fenêtre donnait sur un parking, et non sur la vue sur jardin que j'avais imaginée, ce qui a été une petite déception. Je vous suggère de demander à la réception quelle est la vue depuis la fenêtre de votre chambre à l'avance pour une meilleure expérience. Les toilettes étaient luxueuses, mais la couette était un peu dure, tandis que mon compagnon a trouvé le lit un peu mou. Le matin, en partant en taxi, le voiturier nous a de nouveau ouvert la portière, et le chauffeur a même commenté la qualité du service de l'hôtel ! L'après-midi, il a plu, alors nous avons visité le jardin de Panmen, juste à côté de l'hôtel, c'était très pratique. On pouvait y accéder directement depuis l'entrée de l'hôtel à pied, et c'était gratuit ! 👍 En basse saison, il y a moins de monde et les jardins sont magnifiques ! Il y a aussi beaucoup de petits animaux !! 🐱 Avant de partir, nous avons laissé nos bagages à la consigne, le personnel était très aimable ! J'approuve 👍 Je recommande cet hôtel, c'est une très bonne affaire ! Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, je suggère de prendre une chambre entre 500 et 700 yuans ! De préférence une chambre intérieure au 2ème étage ! Je vous souhaite un agréable séjour à Suzhou 🥳 une ville belle et chaleureuse 🌆

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

What I liked: the location of the hotel was almost ideal, the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff was quite nice and tried to solve problems as efficiently as possible within their power and the late checkout is wonderful. I do tend to ask a lot of questions, and they were very patient and communicated well through WeChat. They also allowed me to check in early. The property is beautiful and modern. It’s an Instagrammers dream. Hotel toiletries are nice. All aesthetics inside the room are excellent. Easy walk to the Suzhou MoCA/Suzhou Eye, Times Square and many malls and restaurants. There’s also a complementary mini bar with beverages. The indoor refrigerator is cold. The robes are a high-quality and so are the slippers. Hansgrohe and Kohler. Voss water. Good toothbrushes with Colgate toothpaste. What needs to be addressed: before booking the room, I went to the hotel, asking in broken Chinese and English if breakfast was included because the listing says “Brunch & Diptyque bath amenities” for a room with a Lakeview. I was told yes. So I booked the room on the spot. The staff was nice and took me to my room. When we entered, it was beautiful, but it was a sauna. They turned the air on, but unfortunately, there is no temperature adjustment. I had to use the fan that I brought with me for 30 minutes before I decided to go outside because it was cooler out there. It cooled down when I came back later that night so that wasn’t a problem. I was later informed that brunch was not included, but that they would happily comp it for me for free pending a good review. I skipped brunch. Furthermore, there is technically a view of the lake, but the windows on the first floor, basically faced the very busy sidewalk. I saw a guy peeing 3 meters away from me when I opened the curtains. Drunk people at 2 o’clock in the morning walking by laughing. If you book the Lakeview room make sure it is not on the first floor.I could not keep my curtains open. There’s literally always people outside before 3 AM and after around 7AM. I did not receive the promised upgraded Diptyque bath amenities listed either. No shower shoes. No international language TV options, pay per view only. Not completely soundproof, but not too bad. There’s also no in room information about the hotel offerings, and they pay all of this money to have hotel information connected with their television, it is not utilized. A few issues could be avoided if they would just update the listing on this website with correct information. Be careful when choosing this room type. You might as well pick a room that is 200 RMB cheaper. “Lakeview” is it a lie, but it’s definitely stretching the truth. “Walkway view with the lake in the background” is more accurate. All of this said, I will probably come back to this hotel. I will just stay in a cheaper room. Overall, I was quite satisfied with their resolutions with any problems that did arise. They did offer complementary bread at checkout.
