We had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was fantastic. I bought lumpia separately during my checkout and all the staff were polite & helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives to the ALTS🤩The rooftop swimming pool is clean and the view was 👍🏼 Near for karaoke 🎤 and Near for food hunting😋

Le personnel de sécurité est aimable et le réceptionniste très humble. La chambre disposait d'eau en quantité suffisante et, jusqu'à présent, la chambre était très propre et en parfait état.

The hotel is new and clean and is located very close to the airport. The help me with the shuttle two times and also it was great the possibility that it was possible to have breakfast very early in the morning due to Ramadan at 4 am I had early flight. Otherwise, no negatives the room is big and everything is great.

Location strategic. Room is on smaller side and they don't provide babycrib. Cleanliness needs to be improved. But their breakfast was superb. Pool and kid playground also small. The highlight was only the breakfast

It was my first time staying in Wyndam hotel in Palembang. Breakfast is poor.should improve on the general menu for breakfast.quite dissapointing. Shower pressure was not strong enough.

Ok, l'hôtel est assez propre, mais il devrait y avoir quelques réparations, comme le faucet de baignade, puis le savon si avec le shampooing, peut être écrit savon + shampooing, puis ... , si le petit déjeuner il y a une poudre comme une nourriture spéciale à Palembang, Et aussi la télévision encore il y avait un problème quand je suis venu

The spacious rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Food lovers will be delighted—the dining options here are delicious, offering a mix of local and international flavors.
While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely choose Novotel again on my next trip to Palembang!

AArifinHotel room entrance had a bad smell (i.e. body odour) which though being treated still not solving the issue.
Another things related to ammenities: in one of the day, they do not supply the cotton buds. No shaving kits all the time. In one of the day during my stay, they do not supply enough bottle water which supposed to be 2 bottles per day but at that day they just give one considering there was one bottle left from the other day.

YYL Chin ACAAryaduta is to me a old hotel. The bed is worn out...room is quite small for 2 single bedded. But its ok... Their wide choice of buffet breakfast is their saving grace. Really nice and delicious food. Front desk to concierge is nice and friendly. My biggest DISLIKE ? Their limited lift or elevator service... There was a wedding being held there. Their lifts are constantly full...after 30min waiting...8-9 times lift doors open and close as it is full...I used the staircase. Not good....inconvenient.... Would I recommend it ? For that price, there are better choices out there... It would be a choice if my favorite hotel is fully booked.

PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.
