Aux environs de la plage de Padang, la location est très proche de la plage de Padang,entourée de nombreux restaurants.Bon séjour.

Grand Gallery Hotel Bukit Tinggi – Séjour confortable et emplacement idéal ⭐⭐⭐⭐ J'ai séjourné au Grand Gallery Hotel Bukit Tinggi et j'ai passé un agréable séjour. L'hôtel est propre, confortable et bien entretenu, ce qui en fait un lieu idéal pour se reposer après avoir exploré la ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et conviennent parfaitement aux familles. Son emplacement est un atout majeur : à proximité des attractions de Bukit Tinggi, il est facile de se déplacer. Le quartier est animé, mais l'hôtel lui-même offre une atmosphère calme et reposante. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, avec des plats locaux, et le personnel était aimable et serviable, toujours prêt à répondre à nos demandes ou à nous indiquer le chemin. En résumé, un hôtel offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix à Bukit Tinggi, surtout si vous recherchez un séjour confortable et bien situé. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Personal muy amable y eficiente, con vocación de servicio y la muy encomiable amabilidad indonesia. De 10. Localización del hotel no muy adecuada para visitar la ciudad pero Grab hace el trabajo por poco dinero. Habitaciones limpias y cambio de sábanas y toallas a diario. Un porche muy adecuado frente a la habitación con dos asientos y una mesita. Lástima de mosquitos que no permiten disfrutar tanto del exterior.

Il n'y a pas de table de ferraille dans la chambre.C'est très important pour les femmes.Il faut une barbe de ferraille, etc.Cher hôtel Mngt, s'il vous plaît envisagez de le fournir à la demande du client. D'autres OK.

Big room with balcony. Great staff. 24hrs room service. Only is the toilet is not clean. Theres a mold. & look old. But the room is nice. The bed is soft. Sleep well. U can ask the reception to book for a body massage at all times. The breakfast was great with full of local food. Night time they have a live band which u can sing along or just request any songs. The restaurant served delicious food. Its not expensive. Location only 5mins walk to Ramayana & Jam Gadang.

Really like the ambiance, location, fluffy bed including the additional bed thick and fluffy bed. I will come back here because the convenience and comfortable. Maybe hotel need to upgrade the curtain, wash the sofa a bit and maintenance the wall. The small improvement need to do the rest all excellent for me.

Great for riders touring West Sumatra.

I was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room

Located a few hundred meters from a waterfall. Beautiful scenery around. Friendly and helpful owner. The chalet is basic and rustic which suited me fine. Kettle and tea bags provided. Doesn't have aircon but the air is cool so the fan js the room was sufficient. Towels provided. A number of food stalls nearby. The room has a slight musty smell but its not that bad. Language may be an issue because everyone only speaks Indonesian. The only mode of transportation in and out of the area is a becak which you can ask the owner to call for you. There's a small warung in the resort run by a very nice lady. There's not hot water or shower, you bathe from a tub of water.
