Lovely rooms clean and well laid out We had two issues - the hotel has a bar and had a number of wines and sujo on the menu but had none of any. These are essential for tourists at this type of hotel At breakfast we ordered coffee  It was so slow coming that we had to leave before it arrived  Which was very disappointing as I like coffee with my breakfast The breakfast selection was good

Personal muy amable y eficiente, con vocación de servicio y la muy encomiable amabilidad indonesia. De 10. Localización del hotel no muy adecuada para visitar la ciudad pero Grab hace el trabajo por poco dinero. Habitaciones limpias y cambio de sábanas y toallas a diario. Un porche muy adecuado frente a la habitación con dos asientos y una mesita. Lástima de mosquitos que no permiten disfrutar tanto del exterior.

Nice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

Everything is just nice. Breakfast is so delicious! I’m from Malaysia, but I can skip some of my Minang/Padang food hunting because they also provide local dishes, which are really tasty. The location is very close to Jam Gadang—within walking distance. The staff are friendly too. The only thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable was this: I didn’t hang the “I need room cleaning” tag on my door because I was still in the room. A cleaning staff member knocked and said “room cleaning,” but I didn’t respond since I was still inside and hadn’t requested cleaning. Then, the staff used a key card to open the door. I felt a bit violated, though it wasn’t a big issue for me as I was alone and fully dressed. However, it would be better if staff didn’t enter unless there’s a clear request for cleaning—just in case someone is inside and not properly dressed.

L'emplacement est très stratégique, à deux pas de Jam Gadang, à seulement quelques minutes à pied. Le personnel est agréable, sympathique et très serviable. Il n'y a qu'un seul petit ascenseur, et l'attente est interminable car il ne peut accueillir que 5 personnes à la fois. La désinsectisation est à revoir : mon neveu a trouvé un cafard sur sa chemise (sorti de nulle part) alors qu'il marchait. Il faudrait également revoir le désodorisant des chambres (ils utilisent un parfum de café ?).

Quel hôtel parfait pour mon séjour à Padang ! Chambre très confortable, personnel aux petits soins et aux prestations exceptionnelles. Si je reviens à Padang, je ne séjournerai que dans cet hôtel !

Great for riders touring West Sumatra.

Very good hotel but you need to rent a transport if you want to go to the attraction places as the location is quite dar if you want to walk. Breakfast is good and many choices.

Located a few hundred meters from a waterfall. Beautiful scenery around. Friendly and helpful owner. The chalet is basic and rustic which suited me fine. Kettle and tea bags provided. Doesn't have aircon but the air is cool so the fan js the room was sufficient. Towels provided. A number of food stalls nearby. The room has a slight musty smell but its not that bad. Language may be an issue because everyone only speaks Indonesian. The only mode of transportation in and out of the area is a becak which you can ask the owner to call for you. There's a small warung in the resort run by a very nice lady. There's not hot water or shower, you bathe from a tub of water.

Big hotel. Wifi unstable. Breakfast is good. Location a bit away from the main town.
