Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Johor, Malaisie

L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

Specially want to thank Fuju customer service representative, Jia En for being very attentive to my request. I would say we had one of the best view in town for fireworks. Absolutely stunning. Plus the room is very clean and tidy, really gave us a very home feeling. Will still come back again. Appreciate for the effort. Thank you.

For the price paid, which includes breakfast, the room rate is fair. However, the cleanliness of the room needs significant improvement. I was fully aware that this is an old hotel with outdated facilities before making the booking, but even an old hotel should still maintain basic cleanliness standards. I found hair on the bedsheets and in the bathtub. Although there is a bathtub, there was no stopper, so soaking was not possible. That said, even with a stopper, we likely would not have used it as the tub appeared dirty and stained. The same issue applies to the basin, there was no stopper, and my small toothpaste nearly fell into the drain. As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is very noisy at night, with loud music from the 6F nightclub continuing past 2am, even though we stayed on the 15F That said, the hotel staff were excellent, from the front desk to the porters and restaurant staff, everyone was genuinely helpful and polite. Within a 5 minute walk, there are many kopitiams offering great Malay food. Most patrons are locals, so English communication may be limited. Swimming pool at 7F with a small garden which is nice!

Fuss free, great location, spacious room, clean hotel. Enjoyed the stay here. Nice buffet breakfast, international spread. Only traffic outside was bad during certain hours. Otherwise, we had a great lovely stay here. Managed to visit the monday pasar malam nearby.

The room was as described, clean and equipped with the basic amenities. It wasn't very spacious but comfortable enough for a short stay. Overall, the facilities were acceptable and matched the information provided 😊

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons au Fives car nous avons eu une excellente expérience lors de notre premier séjour ! La suite familiale est tellement spacieuse ! Le nombre maximum de personnes pouvant séjourner est de 4. Nous pensions au départ qu'il n'y aurait qu'une seule salle de bain et une seule climatisation. Mais l'agencement ressemble davantage à une chambre double et une chambre king-size combinées. Bien qu'il n'y ait qu'un seul téléviseur, cela ne nous dérange pas. Le personnel est toujours sympathique et le parking est gratuit !

La pièce est un peu plus ancienne que la photo témoin. La propreté est dans des limites acceptables mais n'est pas considérée comme propre. Le prix en vaut largement la peine. Si quelqu'un veut un endroit où séjourner près du centre-ville de JB, cet hôtel est la solution. La chambre n'est pas très insonorisée. S'il y a des feux d'artifice ou de la musique à l'extérieur, cela peut être entendu très clairement.

The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient and easy to access. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again

This was a return trip for us to Sunway Big Box Hotel. We booked the family suite for three guests and requested a large bed in a quiet room, as some rooms face the side with the live band at night. The staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Since we arrived very early, we left our luggage with the concierge. The hotel later sent us a WhatsApp message to inform us that our room was ready. Collecting the keys was quick and easy—just showed the message and we were good to go. The family suite was excellent: spacious, clean, and well-equipped, featuring two restrooms and a separate bar area with a coffee machine and microwave. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sunway Big Box and will definitely return again soon!

Hotel location is excellent, with nearby food places, massage spa and entertainment. Check in was prompt and hassle free. The king room we booked is very spacious and generally clean.There is also alkaline hot and normal water temperature available in the room for guests to utilise! Wish there were more coffee sachets available for guests to enjoy. Breakfast spread has a lot of variety and kids and adults alike will enjoy!
