Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Johor, Malaisie

L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

This is the 3rd time we are staying there. This time was a studio. It’s like a big hotel room. The water pressure was good. It also have in house Netflix. The remote control for the tv was out of order. After contacting Fuju customer service. One of their staff came quite quickly to change a new remote control for us. This will not be the last time to be here.

Enjoy this staycation. However, the management need to improve their cleanliness of the amenities provided. The service so far sastified as the staff are friendly and the food is variety and taste good. The view from our room also nice. Please wipe the window as well. Thank you.

Hassle-free, fuss-free check-in. Love the huge premium suite room. The toilet is the same size as my bedroom in a HDB flat. My 2nd time booking a suite room and my 3rd stay here. Previously stayed in a superior room. Only thing though, tv wasnt working in room 1201. Previous suite i stayed in, room 1424, had a smart tv. Would be good if all rooms had a smart tv. Also, love the complimentary coke, sprite, 100plus n minute maid in the minibar. Would be good if there evening cocktails included. 1 thing though, there were alot of ants on both tables. But despite that, i will still rate my stay as pretty good for a hotel this old. I’m already planning my next stay here.

Service and facilities were good enough for a short one-night stay. Quite value for money as breakfast was included. Breakfast was a simple Malaysia breakfast buffet and tasted good. However, a point to caution future guests, I was asked to hand over my card to pay a deposit fee, which I thought the staff would simply scan/ tap the card on the card reader machine (like the previous hotels I have stayed in). But to my horror, the staff started taking down my card details, including my CVV number. Immediately, I felt extremely insecure and knew that it is too late to ask them to delete it as I could not be certain that they would truly delete the details. Hence, I immediately proceeded to lock my card and inform my bank about this. In the end, I had to pay for a replacement card for ease of mind. I felt that the staff should have provided an option to place the deposit in cash and also informed beforehand that such card details would be taken down. If I had known that my card number and CVV number had to be recorded for deposit purposes, I would have requested to pay the deposit in cash.

I’m giving this hotel 3 stars because it delivers exactly that — a textbook 3-star experience. If you’re walking from JB CIQ, take a moment to pray for your luggage wheels. The cobblestone pavement on the way is a certified durability test for any suitcase. The reception staff, to their credit, were professional and efficient, setting the stay off on a positive note. There’s no air-conditioning in the corridors on the way from the lobby to the rooms, which makes sense once you feel the lobby itself — it’s cooled to near polar conditions, possibly at the expense of the upper floors. The lobby even has a convenience stall with tables and chairs — great for a quick snack or late-night instant noodle run. The fact that they sell noodles complete with disposable bowls almost makes it feel planned. I stayed on the 19th floor in a room that could politely be described as functional. It came with two sockets, a few hangers in an open closet, and no mini-fridge, so don’t bring anything perishable unless you plan to eat it immediately. The vinyl flooring showed signs of wear, and a quick look under the bed revealed a generous collection of dust. The AC was the old-school fan coil type, and thankfully, it worked perfectly fine. The bathroom, however, turned into an adventure of its own. The shower head was fixed in place, the glass partition far too short, and the result was a small-scale water park after every shower — fun only if you enjoy slipping hazards. The toilet needed a two-flush routine, and the bidet hose leaked enough to make using it a careful balancing act. Then there was the Great Towel Shortage. Despite two guests, we received one face towel. There was no hand soap either — only the all-purpose shampoo dispenser in the shower. When housekeeping came, they simply rehung the used towels instead of replacing them. The lone face towel, which I’d pressed into service to mop up the flooded floor, was removed and never replaced. We ended up with just two towels for our second night. I was too tired to argue. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise — the buffet was reasonably priced and had a good range of options. Overall, this hotel is best suited for travelers who can adapt and aren’t thrown off by a few inconveniences. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys finding creative solutions when things don’t go perfectly, you might even appreciate it here. But if you’re after consistent comfort, you’ll probably want to look elsewhere. Staying here is a bit like driving a reliable car with no seat cushions — it gets you where you need to go, but the ride won’t be entirely comfortable.

J'ai fait un acte de foi et j'ai réservé cette chambre d'hôtel malgré quelques commentaires négatifs d'autres voyageurs à propos de cet hôtel sur diverses plateformes. J'ai été surclassé dans la chambre de luxe par l'aimable réceptionniste Ikmal. Merci beaucoup! Voici mon avis honnête sur la pièce. Première impression, la chambre de luxe était extrêmement spacieuse. La chambre était également très propre. Le drap sent le frais. Il y avait quelques petites taches sur le drap mais ce n’était pas grave. L'hôtel a fourni 2 paires de chaussons et 2 bouteilles d'eau. Je n'ai pas utilisé la bouilloire. Toutes les commodités de base dans les toilettes étaient également disponibles. La climatisation a mis du temps à fonctionner, mais il faisait plus froid à mesure que la nuit approchait. L'isolation phonique de la chambre était plutôt mauvaise car je pouvais entendre les bruits de l'extérieur de l'hôtel même si j'étais au 8ème étage. Malgré les bruits, j'ai pu relativement bien dormir grâce aux oreillers moelleux fournis. Une chose que j'ai trouvée ennuyeuse, c'est que la porte de la salle de bain ne peut pas être complètement fermée. En conséquence, une partie de l'air frais de la climatisation s'est échappée dans la salle de bain. Veuillez noter que si vous conduisez vers JB, je ne pense pas que cet hôtel dispose de parking. Veuillez confirmer avant de réserver. Dans l'ensemble, je réserverais à nouveau cet hôtel car les avantages (proche des douanes et des restaurants, chambre propre et bon rapport qualité-prix) l'emportent sur les inconvénients et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un hôtel décent pour séjourner sans se ruiner. la Banque. Le prix était considéré comme avantageux pour une suite (chambre avec salon). Un bus Causeway Link dessert cet hôtel. Le jour de notre arrivée, un marché nocturne se tenait juste devant l'hôtel, le long de la promenade, et l'on pouvait apercevoir des bateaux amarrés au port de plaisance.

Always a joy to return to Sunway Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, sweet, and genuinely customer-oriented. We came back to celebrate our anniversary and were delighted when ms. Tharsh personally hand-delivered a cake to us. It was so wonderful to see her again, as we’ve always had great experiences with her — such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture. This time, we were traveling with our kids, and they were equally impressed by the outstanding hospitality. Everyone made us feel truly welcome. A special mention to Duty manager, Mr Syahmi who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He shared many useful tips on places to visit and instantly made us feel comfortable, even after a long and tiring drive. Sunway Hotel continues to impress us with its exceptional service and warm hospitality. We always look forward to coming back!

Love how theres a water cooler in the room! May make random noises at night but you can switch it off. Room was clean and spacious. Although we encountered some issues such as leaking window and faulty soap dispenser, service was prompt in addressing it. Nice amenities such as gym and pool
