Summary of Experience 1.Check-In: The check-in desk was efficient and friendly. 2.Dining Experience: I stayed for 4 nights, enjoying 4 breakfasts, 2 buffet dinners, and 1 dinner at the Italian restaurant on the 20th floor. Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. At breakfast, coffee was not served despite ordering, and during the buffet dinner, I was asked to settle my bill within the first hour due to a crowded restaurant. 3.Room Amenities: The mini-fridge in my room was non-functional, and I chose not to request a replacement. 4.Pest Issues: I encountered mosquitoes in my room. After informing the front desk, anti-mosquito spray was applied. 5.Billing Confusion: My most significant issue occurred during my first meal at the Italian restaurant. After signing the bill with my room number, I received a call asking for credit card payment. Initially, I thought this was standard procedure. I requested the waiter to verify my guest status with the front desk, explaining my stay was registered with my passport. However, five minutes later, the waiter knocked on my door with a payment machine, insisting I settle the bill. This was both embarrassing and confusing, as I had already verified my status. Despite my attempts to clarify, I felt pressured to pay after a long flight and a full day of meetings. When I contacted the front desk for clarity, I was told the issue was due to not providing a deposit, which I was never informed about at check-in. I emailed the hotel manager the following day but did not receive a response. 6. Check-out: I was incorrectly charged for mini-bar expenses, but the front desk ultimately waived the charges.

All over the experience was good. The hotel is nearer to the laboni and sugandha beach. So easily anyone can walk and reach the shore within 10 minutes. All the Burmese shop are 5 minute walking distance and affordable than anywhere else. Most of the known restaurants like al goni, handi, palongki ar nearer and we do not have any trouble to find out a place for dining. We got a buffet breakfast for two morning of our stay and there are varieties in menus for two days so it became enjoyable as there is no significant repeatation. But if Desert item and fruit juice were available, it'be topnotch hospitality. The swimming pool is just amazing and we had fun there. At a time I felt I was drowning in the pool don’t know how, the responsible person was running towards me for my scream and made me relaxed. Thanks to them. We got a room for two bed for four people and everything was quite good. But the thing I mention about the hotel is the cleanliness. As a 5 star hotel the management should be more cautious about cleanliness of room and washroom they serve us. The common washroom in lobby are too odorous that no one can use it. The washroom in the prior room was not so clean. The room bed cover and comforter are not so clean as well. If they look into this, the Hotel Cox Today will be the first choice ever. J'ai récemment séjourné à l'hôtel Sea Pearl et mon expérience a été absolument parfaite ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été agréablement surpris par l'attention et la gentillesse du personnel. Chaque employé est prêt à rendre service et à faire en sorte que mon séjour soit le plus agréable possible. La cuisine de l'hôtel est tout simplement incroyable ! Il y a trois restaurants et un petit café. Un large choix de plats est proposé chaque jour, et j'ai savouré la cuisine locale, ainsi que des spécialités italiennes et indiennes. Je tiens à souligner la fraîcheur des produits et la superbe présentation des plats. J'ai été particulièrement impressionné par le restaurant de poissons avec ses tables au bord de la piscine. Plusieurs bars proposent des boissons alcoolisées. D'ailleurs, j'ai beaucoup apprécié le chocolat belge artisanal, la spécialité de la maison. L'hôtel dispose de deux piscines : une gratuite et une payante. Les deux piscines sont très propres et bien entretenues, et l'atmosphère qui les entoure, avec sa musique agréable, crée un cadre idéal pour la détente. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la piscine payante – il y avait toujours de la place pour se relaxer. Le spa est superbe, merci pour les massages ! Le parc aquatique est fantastique. En termes de service et de confort, cet hôtel est comparable aux meilleurs complexes hôteliers de Turquie et d'Égypte. Un grand merci au directeur général pour l'organisation de ces merveilleuses vacances ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter et je le recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent l'endroit idéal pour séjourner à Cox's Bazar !
