Résumé de l'expérience 1.Check-In: Le bureau de check-in était efficace et amiable. 2.Dining Experience: J'ai séjourné pendant 4 nuits, jouissant de 4 petits-déjeuners, 2 dîners de buffet et 1 dîner au restaurant italien au 20ème étage. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas été servi malgré la commande, et pendant le dîner de buffet, j'ai été demandé de régler ma facture dans la première heure en raison d'un restaurant encombré. 3.Room Facilités: Le mini-frigo dans ma chambre était non fonctionnel, et je ne voulais pas demander un remplacement. 4.Pest Questions: J'ai rencontré des moustiques dans ma chambre. Après avoir informé le bureau frontal, il a été appliqué un pulvérisation anti-mosquito. 5.Billing Confusion: Mon problème le plus important a eu lieu pendant mon premier repas au restaurant italien. Après avoir signé la facture avec mon numéro de chambre, j'ai reçu un appel pour demander le paiement de la carte de crédit. J'ai demandé au serveur de vérifier mon statut d'invité avec le bureau de front, expliquant que mon séjour était enregistré avec mon passeport. Cependant, cinq minutes plus tard, le serveur a frappé ma porte avec une machine de paiement, insistant que je réglage la facture. C'était aussi embarrassant que confusionnel, comme je l'avais déjà vérifié. En dépit de mes tentatives de clarification, j'ai senti que j'avais été pressé de payer après un long vol et une journée pleine de réunions. J'ai envoyé un courriel au gestionnaire de l'hôtel le lendemain, mais je n'ai pas reçu de réponse. 6. All over the experience was good. The hotel is nearer to the laboni and sugandha beach. So easily anyone can walk and reach the shore within 10 minutes. All the Burmese shop are 5 minute walking distance and affordable than anywhere else. Most of the known restaurants like al goni, handi, palongki ar nearer and we do not have any trouble to find out a place for dining. We got a buffet breakfast for two morning of our stay and there are varieties in menus for two days so it became enjoyable as there is no significant repeatation. But if Desert item and fruit juice were available, it'be topnotch hospitality. The swimming pool is just amazing and we had fun there. At a time I felt I was drowning in the pool don’t know how, the responsible person was running towards me for my scream and made me relaxed. Thanks to them. We got a room for two bed for four people and everything was quite good. But the thing I mention about the hotel is the cleanliness. As a 5 star hotel the management should be more cautious about cleanliness of room and washroom they serve us. The common washroom in lobby are too odorous that no one can use it. The washroom in the prior room was not so clean. The room bed cover and comforter are not so clean as well. If they look into this, the Hotel Cox Today will be the first choice ever. Недавно я побывал в отеле Морская Жемчужина , и у меня остались только положительные впечатления! С самого момента прибытия я был приятно удивлена вниманием и дружелюбием персонала. Каждый сотрудник готов помочь и сделать ваше пребывание максимально комфортным. Еда в отеле просто восхитительная! 3 ресторана и небольшая кофейня.Каждый день предлагали разнообразные блюда, и я смогла насладиться как местной кухней, так и итальянскими и индийскими деликатесами. Не могу не отметить свежесть продуктов и великолепное оформление блюд.Особенно порадовал рыбный ресторан с столиками возле бассейна.Есть несколько баров с горячительными напитками .И кстати фирменный бельгийский шоколад ручной работы , очень понравился . Отель предлагает два бассейна: один бесплатный и другой платный. Оба бассейна очень чистые и ухоженные, а атмосфера вокруг них создает прекрасные условия для отдыха, приятная музыка .Платный бассейн особенно понравился — там всегда было достаточно мест для отдыха.Супер спа, спасибо за массажи Супер аквапарк . По уровню сервиса и комфорта этот отель вполне сравним с лучшими курортами Турции и Египта. Огромное спасибо главному менеджеру за организацию такого замечательного отдыха! Я обязательно вернусь сюда снова и рекомендую всем, кто ищет идеальное место для отдыха на Кокс Базаре!
