J'ai amené mes enfants à Harbin pendant les vacances du 1er mai et j'ai choisi cet hôtel après avoir comparé à plusieurs reprises les hôtels près de Central Street. Ce que ma fille aime : les tentes dans la suite parent-enfant, les poupées, les livres de contes de fées, divers pianos, les machines intelligentes d'éducation précoce qui peuvent chanter, et le plus préféré est le déguisement de la reine. Elle a dit qu'elle voulait vivre ici pour toujours. Ce que j'aime : bon service, une tasse de thé kumquat à l'entrée, bagages envoyés dans la chambre, rafraîchissements et thé de l'après-midi gratuits, petit déjeuner copieux, bien que la pièce n'ait pas de lumière principale, elle est lumineuse et non éblouissante, il y a deux humidificateurs, la chambre est chaleureuse et confortable. Elle n'est pas sèche et elle est très proche du marché matinal de la rue Hongzhuan sur Central Street. Je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel à l'avenir.

Personnel très sympathique. La piscine et le sauna finlandais ont été très agréables après les températures froides à l'extérieur. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent avec des plats occidentaux et chinois. Les chambres sont correctes mais démodées. J'avais une chambre avec vue sur la rivière, ce qui était agréable.

We recently stayed at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli February2024 We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property. The presence of a humidifier in the room was a great addition, especially because it helped combat the dryness inside. It contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere. The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised. There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience. The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience. Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes. Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway. Alternative Dining Options: For those who may not prefer Chinese cuisine, there is a nearby KFC that offers a view of the slopes. It's a nice option to have for a change of taste. Breakfast Buffet: The hotel included a breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of food options. Though not extensive, it was sufficient and enjoyable. One area that could use improvement is the hotel's restaurant. It appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates. The staff at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli were truly amazing. MS WAN XINTONG and her team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station. Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session. Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes. His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of. Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Xia Xiangxing and acknowledge him for his exceptional service in the ski department. His efforts made a significant positive impact on our ski getaway. Thanks to the exceptional staff, our trip was made hassle-free and enjoyable. Their assistance and dedication added immense value to our stay. While the hotel's price was slightly higher, the convenience of ski access and the exceptional staff made it worthwhile. In conclusion, Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli provided a clean environment, convenient ski access, and outstanding staff service. Although the price was a bit high, the overall experience made it a valuable choice. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

La chambre est propre et lumineuse, avec une vue magnifique. Le service de la réception est bon. J'ai vu que j'avais amené des enfants et m'a offert un petit cadeau. Elle est très proche du monde de glace et de neige et un peu loin de la ville. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Les petites sculptures de glace devant l'hôtel sont également très mignonnes.

我來齊齊哈爾看丹頂鶴，帶着寵物旅行的，這家酒店有個寵物房間，在行政樓，於是我訂購了這間房間，寵物房間每天衹有一間，需要的朋友需要提前預訂，進到房間很温馨給寵物準備了食物盆，寵物筐還有小枕頭，很温馨。整體環境温馨，服務不錯， 還給我訂購的另一間房子升級了行政房，很感謝酒店，並且提前加微信要了車輛號碼，方便到店進場，晚上還有水果盒贈送，游泳池健身房也不錯，整體感覺很滿意; 除了停車進院有點小插曲，感覺門口排隊入駐車輛進不來，感覺不好。坐便馬桶不是智能的，沐浴液沒有及時換新以至於我按壓不出來，房間有需要付費的水及方便麪，朋友們住宿需要看清楚。整體感覺可以給90分，希望加強改進，整理停車場，衹讓住宿客人進入，其他車輛儘快駛離，相信酒店加強整改，未來發展空間上升。

We spent three nights in this hotel and found it to be a little further from everything we wanted to see and do, but that did not make our stay any less pleasant. The staff were attentive and incredibly friendly. The hotel looks out on a lovely pond that is frozen sold in winter and covered with a thick layer of snow. A perfect playground for young and old alike. Catching a Didi from the hotel is also fairly easy as it isn’t stuck right in the centre of the ice festival activities.

the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

J'ai prolongé mon séjour à Lizzy, grâce à Wang qui m'a rappelé que j'avais vraiment besoin de changer et prolonger mon séjour pour une autre nuit, car je n'ai pas remarqué que j'ai mis en balance avec mes dates, sa attention aux détails sur les réservations du client est très apprécié, , un travail bien fait! Elle aime aussi le petit cadeau d'adieu de l'hôtel, très consciente de eux. Je recommanderais certainement à mes amis et parents de rester à cet hôtel si ils visitent Harbin. 😊

Séjourner à l'Hôtel Grand Mercure est vraiment une expérience formidable ! Dès que je suis entré dans l'hôtel, j'ai été profondément impressionné par le service chaleureux et attentionné du personnel de la réception. Le frère Zheng à la réception a patiemment répondu à toutes mes questions et la procédure d'enregistrement a également été très efficace. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse, avec un agencement raisonnable et des équipements complets. La literie est confortable et moelleuse. Vous pourrez détendre votre corps et votre esprit instantanément lorsque vous vous allongerez dessus, et votre fatigue disparaîtra. Les normes d'hygiène de l'hôtel sont également très élevées. Chaque recoin est propre et bien rangé, ce qui rend votre séjour en toute sécurité.

Her local knowledge and prompt problem-solving skills made our stay memorable. The hotel's stunning views of Songhua River and elegant rooms perfectly capture Harbin's beauty.
