Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Notre famille de 4 a eu un séjour de 2 nuits merveilleux à la mi-décembre. Nous avons demandé la connexion des chambres via Trip et Xiao Zhang & nous avons contacté directement via WeChat. Ils nous ont non seulement aidé à obtenir des chambres de connexion, ils ont également donné des conseils et aidés à organiser que nos bagages soient envoyés à l'hôtel alors qu'un conducteur privé (cost supplémentaire) nous a choisis de la gare pour commencer notre tour de Changbaishan immédiatement ainsi. Le service de l'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. C'était la première fois que notre famille essayait de skier et nous avons demandé à notre concierge personnel de préparer un entraîneur privé (cost supplémentaire). Immédiatement après l'arrivée au salon de ski, l'entraîneur nous attendait et nous a conduits à travers tout le processus chaotique de collecte et de portage des équipements. L'hôtel a un accès direct et illimité au printemps chaud et il a également été une grande expérience de ne pas manquer (N'oubliez pas de mettre votre costume de bain!) Il a même une piscine de poisson où nous plongons notre corps entier. Il y a aussi un beau paradis de bétail avec différents animaux que vous pouvez nourrir.

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is near the Wanda mall. It’s also 10mins short drive to 网红墙. It’s a “smart” hotel with robots delivering your ordered food from Mei Tuan. Room is also controlled by AI assistant “Xiao Du”. Hotel manager very helpful. He provides local information as well as facilitates guests queries effectively. Hotel provides free self service laundry on the 11th floor. You do need to understand Chinese to use it. We were there in December and room central heating is too warm to our liking and cannot be controlled effectively within the room even with “Xiao Du”help. Housekeeping between the 2 days can be improve as well. However I will still recommend this hotel if you are in YanJi.

Le personnel est très bien et fluide en anglais. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses; il y avait même un minibar gratuit pour la première nuit à l'hôtel. Le dépôt incident a été libéré juste au moment de la sortie. Le petit déjeuner est à la fois chinois et occidental. Recommend

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff at reception spoke English fluently, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The highlight of the stay was the exceptional room service – one of the best I’ve experienced! The attention to detail and promptness really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service.

L'emplacement du Hyatt est excellent, au cœur du domaine skiable, à proximité immédiate des pistes et des restaurants. Ses chalets de ski indépendants sont très pratiques. Les espaces communs sont également de bonne qualité, comme on peut l'attendre d'un hôtel cinq étoiles. Le personnel du restaurant est très accueillant et aimable. Mention spéciale au directeur, reconnaissable à sa queue de cheval : enthousiaste et professionnel, il nous a recommandé de nombreux endroits intéressants à visiter et son service était impeccable et attentionné. Sa présence nous a fait sentir particulièrement bienvenus et nous a mis de bonne humeur ! Quelques suggestions : 1. Dans un hôtel de ski, les familles sont la clientèle principale, mais les chambres doubles ne sont équipées que de lits de 1,20 mètre, ce qui est trop petit. De nombreux hôtels familiaux proposent désormais des lits de 1,35 mètre. 2. L'offre de restauration au Regency Club est limitée et manque de saveur. Le choix est restreint et le personnel, distrait et absorbé par son téléphone, a manqué d'ambiance. 3. Les chambres sont trop sombres et insuffisamment éclairées, ce qui rend la lecture difficile pour les enfants le soir. 4. Les casiers dans les refuges de ski sont payants, à hauteur de 100 yuans minimum par jour. J'ai séjourné dans des hôtels cinq étoiles au lac Songhua, au lac Beida et au lac Wanfeng, et non seulement ils n'avaient pas de casiers payants, mais ils en fournissaient autant que nécessaire. Je considère qu'il s'agit d'un droit fondamental pour les clients de l'hôtel, et non d'un moyen d'augmenter les revenus. 4. Le personnel du refuge de ski ne semblait pas faire partie de l'équipe Hyatt ; le service était déplorable. Le matériel de ski fourni était cassé, et lorsque j'ai demandé à le rendre, ils sont restés indifférents. J'espère que Hyatt prendra ce problème en compte. Après tout, le refuge est situé à l'intérieur d'un hôtel, ce qui fait partie de ses atouts.

Le double Tree Hilton est un hôtel incroyable avec service professionnel à partir des personnels du sol. Breakfast buffet et dîner au ”LUSH” TUDIE-DIA. La biscuite de signature double est toujours notre préférée et merci pour le Valcano gratuit et pour le retour et le départ gratuits aux activités de ski. Restera certainement ici pour nos prochaines visites

Changbai Mountain Landscape International Eco-Exchange Center — where “eco-exchange” really means exchanging knee joints for enlightenment 🐕🦺❄️ This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream: ✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance ✔️ Hot springs inside the compound ✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴 Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course. The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building. In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up. To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾 Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc. The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸 Then there’s the hot spring schedule. Opens at 13:30. When the mountain is closed and the hot spring is closed what exactly is an old dog meant to do? Stare into the snow? Question life decisions? Age visibly? Ah yes — write this review. ✔️ ⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly. Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus. At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for. It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs. Trip.com, if you’re listening: no guest should ever be pressured to review. The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative. This old dog is an independent reviewer. I don’t bark on command. I don’t roll over for stars. And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle. Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers. On dit que c'est la meilleure famille dans le milieu du champ de neige. Il y a quelques prix de café-bar pendant l'automne, mais dans la mesure où il est acceptable. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est délicieux, la viande de bœuf du restaurant chinois est délicieux, il devrait être une famille de Jilin champ de neige plus bon marché, il reviendra l'année prochaine!
