What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

C'était ma première visite à Harbin, et bien que j'avais lu de nombreux commentaires qui disent que ce village était beau, je me faisais encore peur du transport. Cleanliness issue - rusted kettle and hair from previous guest! I chose this hotel as I want to have a hot bath in the tub but turns out I didn’t do that because I found the hair. Other than that, it’s alright. Services are alright. The bath and shower gel smell good. They also have body lotion provided.

L'hôtel nous offre un service de qualité supérieure, en particulier pour nos enfants, leur service de majordome est également exceptionnel, ce qui nous a permis de passer un voyage sans problème, même en cas de mauvaises conditions météorologiques à cause de la fermeture du parc, ils proposent toujours de nombreuses activités. pour que nous puissions garder nos enfants heureux tout le temps. La source chaude ici offre beaucoup de choix, bon pour les petits et les adultes. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré notre séjour ici et le recommandons vraiment à tous ceux qui pourraient être intéressés à visiter la montagne Changbai. . L'hôtel Beipo à Weier offre un accès VIP à la montagne Changbai Tianchi, ce qui permet d'économiser beaucoup de temps et d'énergie. Le service de majordome est excellent et très bien pour les enfants. Les deux enfants l'aiment beaucoup. Le paradis des enfants intérieur et extérieur, le joli paradis des animaux de compagnie, la piscine thermale intégrée et l'aire de jeux aquatiques pour enfants occuperont complètement les enfants lorsqu'ils ne pourront pas se rendre sur le site pittoresque.

Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars.

Nous avions réservé la suite de luxe pour deux nuits et notre séjour a été globalement agréable. Notre vol était le matin et nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance, mais nous avons pu nous enregistrer plus tôt. Chun Chun et Bo Bo étaient très accueillants et serviables. Points positifs : - L'emplacement ! Proche du parc Yanji et du centre-ville. - Chambre spacieuse et grande salle de bain. - Un robot assure le service en chambre. - Grand lit confortable et literie de qualité. Points négatifs : - Notre suite de luxe n'était pas insonorisée ! Des gens écoutaient de la musique à plein volume à l'étage du dessus et nous entendions la musique, les conversations et les rires. De plus, nous entendions chaque fois que l'eau était utilisée ou tirée dans la chambre du dessus. Bien que l'hôtel soit non-fumeur, des clients fumaient dans le couloir en attendant l'ascenseur. Le panneau « Ne pas déranger » était allumé, mais le service de ménage a tout de même été assuré (nous avons compris plus tard que sans la carte magnétique, le panneau s'éteint automatiquement). Nous avons reçu un appel 30 à 40 minutes avant notre départ pour nous demander à quelle heure nous comptions libérer la chambre ou si nous souhaitions prolonger notre séjour. Ne vous donnez pas la peine d'aller prendre le thé de l'après-midi. Le personnel est très désagréable et le service est médiocre. Dès votre arrivée, on vous traite comme si vous n'aviez rien à faire là, comme si vous perturbiez leur pause. On vous offre des viennoiseries et des desserts avec une boisson, mais ce n'était pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.
