The Hotel is old and very few improvements. Just one hook up for charging phone and it's at desk light. Which is not even close to were your bed is. The so called carpet is older than me I believe. Bathroom sink does not have a working sink stopper cause the sink faucet is not made to have one. Pictures I learned can be adjusted. The elevator used to get to ground floor shook Everytime you use it I would not adverse staying HERE for the the money is not worth it The location is not worth the money They have made money off the property and not put money back in property I bet the room fire smoke detector guess it is a dual type hasn't never been replaced Micro Hotels I thought had better standards I spent right at 30 years as a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR so I do when things could be better !!!!!!!!!!!!

Les travailleurs étaient amis pour la plupart et l'installation n'était pas mauvaise. Mon ami Et j'ai séjourné réservé une chambre pour trois nuits. Je suppose que depuis que nous étions trois nuits, le garde-fous n'était pas censé nettoyer notre chambre, qui était bien. Nous n'avons pas eu l'air, mais je suis descendu et j'ai demandé à un membre du personnel de prendre des serviettes et des feuilles. J'ai fait une belle expérience de la maison, et j'ai fait une expérience de la maison. Le personnel n'a pas offert de me donner une nouvelle chambre ou de me rembourser mon argent. Elle a dit qu'elle l'avait fait savoir à son patron. Elle n'a même pas essayé de s'excuser au nom de l'hôtel. Je suis très déçu de la façon dont le travailleur gère la situation. Comme les couilles sont dégoûtantes, je aurais compris si elle avait même agi comme si elle avait pris soin. Elle a tout dit, c'était probablement parce qu'ils avaient eu un exterminateur là-bas plus tôt la semaine Et il était probablement juste de la part de l'exterminateur qui pulvérisait et agitait les choses autour. Je vais appeler le directeur lundi pour s'assurer qu'il est au courant de la situation et lui faire savoir que son employé n'a pas géré la situation correctement. La seule raison pour laquelle je reste là est parce que je ne pouvais pas partir au milieu de la nuit et aussi parce que je ne voulais pas payer pour une chambre dans une autre chambre d'hôtel quand j'avais déjà payé pour cette chambre. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé.

L'hôtel était plus ancien mais propre. Convenant à Gatlinburg, et le parking de la montagne de Smoky. La chambre avait tout ce que vous aviez besoin de mini-frigo, petit café, sèche-cheveux. Un ascenseur au deuxième et troisième étages. Mais il n'était pas confortable à deux extrémités des grandes entrées extérieures. Les lits étaient confortables. La chambre avait une télévision à écran plat, mais les contrôles à distance ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons essayé de téléphoner au bureau avant, mais le téléphone n'a pas fonctionné. Ils ont dit qu'ils ne savaient pas que les chambres avaient des téléphones. Ils nous ont donné une nouvelle télé qui n'avait pas fonctionné. Il n'y avait qu'un lavabo et un toilet dans la chambre, mais ils nous ont donné plus quand nous sommes allés au bureau. La piscine était ouverte mais pas chauffée comme annoncé.

Le centre-ville de l'Ouest, Starbucks, tj maxx, le lave-linge, etc. Il y a juste autant d'entreprises à 100 ft de cet hôtel il est si confortable à tout!

I know that reviews seldom lead to any improvements, but hopefully this one will help save someone some money if they were planning on staying here. The young man at the counter named Sean was very pleasant and efficient. That was the highlight of the stay. The hotel is dated, but that doesn’t bother me as long as it’s maintained, as this property USED to be. Now, clearly there are different owners with a much lower standard of cleanliness. On the surface, it appears clean, but if you look closer, you can tell that the details aren’t there. It’s the start of a slide backwards into unclean and unsanitary conditions that often occurs when those with lower cleanliness standards run a hotel. The shower floor was almost black. It was clear that it hadn’t been scrubbed or thoroughly cleaned in a long time The breakfast was sad, paltry and meager. There was some bread, a generic flaked cereal, an odd steamed egg substance and greasy, unappealing sausage patties. There was a waffle iron, but the mixture tasted funny. The coffee is in an automatic type machine. It tasted horrid and was lukewarm coming out. Based on the lack of cleanliness in the rest of the hotel, I doubt this complex coffee machine is regularly sanitized. The bed was hard. That may appeal to some, but it was very uncomfortable to me. The pillows are small little throw pillow sized things with no shape or support. Spend $30 more and go right up the road to the Holiday Inn or Hampton. You’ll be glad you did.

Not a great experience. 1) When we arrived on Friday note, there was a sign on the only ice machine on our side of the building that said it was out of order. Should have been fixed since the sige didn't look like it was at all,new. 2) We went to the machines to get a can of soda and that machine said not to use $5's. OK. Put in .50 for the $2.50 can of Pepsi. Went to put in two $1 bills but the machine wouldn't take those either. We used a credit card and paid the $2.50, but weren't aboe to get the .50 returned. went to get a bag of jerkey treats for $5 but it wouldn't take an y of the 3 credit cards I had, even though we just used one for the soda. 3) Asked for a bar of soap and we were told there were none so we had to go to Kriger to but a bar of soap. Not everyone wants to take a bath and have the soap 4 fetet over their head in a kiquid dispenser. 4) Floors were dirty. Had to wear socks or shoes all the time. Wore white socks for an hour and the bottoms were filthy. In addition to that, there were several spots where the floors were sticky. 5) Pleasure to have the TV and when it wasn't working, notified the front desk and someone came immediately and fixed the problem. Great service. 6) Beds were extremely comfortable. 7) had the scrambled eggs for breakfast. I'm pretty sure they were powdered, but they were exeremely tastey

La chambre est plus vieille, mais l'hygiène générale est bonne, pas de remorques, gardez-vous à l'esprit avec les remorques, en outre, vous devez garder l'esprit au premier étage, ils demanderont  le goût de la nourriture, trouver votre chambre, donc vous devez mettre la nourriture.

It was nice for the price the bed was comfy .. the only thing that was wrong the fridge didn't work but other than that it was good

Clean and very nice
