Hôtels 5 étoiles à Delhi, Inde

Un hôtel plutôt douteux, convenable pour une nuit avant un vol. Le personnel de la réception n'était pas particulièrement aimable et a tout simplement ignoré la moitié de mes questions. Ils n'ont rien expliqué, pas même indiqué l'emplacement de l'ascenseur. La piscine était magnifiquement présentée en photo, mais en réalité, elle était triste et petite. La chambre était déjà délabrée, malgré un design que j'appréciais beaucoup. L'insonorisation était très mauvaise ; des clients qui partaient la nuit criaient et parlaient dans le couloir pendant une dizaine de minutes. Impossible de bien dormir dans un tel endroit. En revanche, le restaurant au deuxième étage est excellent ; les plats étaient délicieux et présentés avec soin.

Avis : J’ai été entièrement satisfait ! Mon séjour n’aurait pas pu être meilleur ! J’ai reçu un accueil chaleureux dès mon arrivée : un portier sympathique est toujours présent à l’entrée pour m’ouvrir la porte de la voiture ; un service discret mais très agréable qui laisse immédiatement une impression positive. L’hôtel est extrêmement propre et bien entretenu. Ma chambre était en parfait état, meublée de façon moderne et très confortable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était fantastique : varié, frais et pour tous les goûts. Le personnel était toujours aimable, attentionné et serviable. *** remarque que l’hospitalité est authentique ici ; chaque souhait a été exaucé avec le sourire. La piscine est magnifiquement conçue et invite à la détente. J’ai également été particulièrement impressionné par la salle de sport parfaitement équipée : moderne, propre et dotée de tout le nécessaire. Je ne peux que qualifier ce séjour de réussite absolue : parfait du début à la fin. 6 étoiles sur 5 !

L'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème et la chambre était comme prévu. La chambre était confortable et le service de chambre était ponctuel. Dans l’ensemble, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal si vous souhaitez être quelque part dans le centre de Delhi.

The Taj Mahal Delhi is a beautiful hotel with splendid decor and an old school ambience. However, some of the underlying cost cutting is noticeable. The breakfast buffet for example is anything but - with a handful of items such as bread and rudimentary cereal laid out but anything substantial needs to be ordered and it arrives in due time in small portions. It's awkward to know how many times can one order in the circumstances. Another example occured when I changed some currency at the hotel. I expected the rate to be bad and it was, but this was not an issue. I am happy to pay for luxury and convenience. However, what irked me slightly was when the staff explained that there was no change so she couldn't give me 60 INR. It's a very small amount but I felt it was a liberty - imagine offering currency exchange at an exorbitant rate but you don't have currency. Other than that we had a good stay. The pool was stunning as was my beautiful club suite. It was a very generous size and beautifully designed with views over the pool and Delhi beyond - a real oasis in noisy and bustling Delhi. The club lounge is ok but not really worth paying for - the timings for high tea etc are so inconvenient that you won't be able to use them. Overall, this was still a good stay and probably the best hotel for the price in this part of town.

L'hôtel est très confortable, mais il est très confortable. À mon avis, il y a de meilleurs hôtels à Delhi pour rester à l'aune du prix que nous avons payé, je ne pense pas que nous avions de valeur pour notre argent ici.

The place is nice and big. It’s definitely getting old. Older carpets, rugs and furnishings now. The hotel looks busy and a bit commercialized with mall oriented stores on the bottom floor which takes away from the quiet and relaxing feel. I would still choose to stay here if the price was right.

It was the most memorable and special trip with trip.com from start to finish and especially after encountering the problems at Heathrow Airport on the 21/3/25. I recently stayed at The Lalit New Delhi and had a fantastic experience. I chose this hotel primarily for its location, as it is incredibly convenient for attending events at the Indira Gandhi Arena. It saved me a lot of travel time and hassle. The property itself is grand and very well-maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city—it felt like a proper luxury experience. I was also impressed with the breakfast spread; there were plenty of delicious vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. The staff were courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for luxury in central Delhi.

I visit India once a year for both business and leisure, and I usually stay at various super luxury hotels. However, this time, my usual hotel was fully booked, so I ended up at The Imperial. It was the best decision ever! I will never return to my previous hotels. The service, rooms, food, and internet here are all exceptional. The staff is remarkably efficient. I highly recommend this place! P.S. The hotel lounge serves better French onion soup than you can find in France!😆

It was amazing. The staff from the hotel was super helpful . My whole stay was undisturbed. Specially I would like to Thanks Mr Ashraf from house keeping. He is very nice person . Also I thoroughly enjoyed the Holi festival at hotel . Thanks to the hotel management team to organise sush a beautiful festival. Overall my hotel stay was amazing. I will recommend this hotel to everyone...
