1. Sélectionné parmi les 100 meilleurs hôtels thermaux du Japon 2. Je suis allé au Japon plus de dix fois et j'ai séjourné dans des hôtels avec des prix allant de 1K à 3K. Cet hôtel est de loin le plus satisfaisant. Le personnel du service de l'hôtel sourit toujours et s'incline chaleureusement lorsqu'il marche devant vous. Service professionnel et chaleureux, super. 3. Je recommande vivement la chambre de plus de 50 mètres carrés pour un lit et deux repas. La chambre était propre, la vue était superbe et le dîner était très attentionné. J'ai baigné quatre fois dans des sources chaudes, presque toutes réservées. Beau paysage 4. J'aime le château de Matsumoto. Les vendeurs des magasins de la ville sont très enthousiastes. Il y avait très peu de monde. Il y avait encore beaucoup de monde à Osaka, Tokyo et Kyoto lorsque j'y suis allé auparavant, j'avais l'impression que notre famille et quelques étrangers étaient les seuls dans la rue. Il existe de nombreux châteaux de Matsumoto, Yayoi Kusama, boutiques, bijouteries en argent et boutiques d'artisanat. Reviens la prochaine fois

Le petit déjeuner est excellent... Il est comme un chef Michelin qui prépare la diffusion. Le personnel sort de la route pour être agréable et utile. Le salon de la maison est très bien situé, et le salon est très bien situé. Un expérience exceptionnelle dans un très beau hôtel.

Hotel La Vigne Hakuba was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel has a beautiful minimalist design and feels clean, cozy, and very welcoming. Both the lobby and rooms were pleasantly scented, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The concierge team was extremely helpful and the overall service throughout the stay was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with a very functional layout. The bedding was also very comfortable. The hotel also provides excellent facilities for skiers, including a dedicated storage and locker room for ski equipment, as well as a separate shower room where guests can freshen up and change after skiing on the day of check-out. Overall, a fantastic stay at Hotel La Vigne Hakuba — highly recommended.

Amazing experience as always with the Fufu brand. We stayed at the Hakone one previously and thought it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Our trip to Karuizawa this time was driven by our intent to try Fufu Kyukaruizawa, and it did not disappoint one bit. From the zen interior to the most attentive and friendly staff to the never-ending dining experiences (yes, even for breakfast it was a multi course menu), we were utterly blown away by our two-night stay. The fireplace in the lobby and in our room was such a pleasant touch even though we stayed during May, our teppanyaki chef personally seeing us out to the lift and bowing until we were out of sight shows how they go above and beyond, and we really appreciated how at each interaction the staff knew and clarified our coming arrangements, ensuring our entire stay was a seamless experience. Fufu remains our favourite Japanese hotel brand. Just wish they had a loyalty program as we are looking to check off all the Fufu hotels in our lifetime.

It was a great experience to stay in this hotel! Very nice view and staff are very polite and willing to answer many questions. Outdoor area is very big that we could take bicycles with kids. Also there are kids outdoor playground that can spend whole day there. 

Room is good but service can be improved. First of all I’m gold member but the hotel didn’t allow me to early check in when I arrived at hotel at noon time. Secondly, they charge extra for basic amenities like shower cap. Last but not least, a brand new non-opened cup noodle of mine was missing after room cleaning…

Nice and cozy hotel, the service was very good thought not excellent, and the limousine service is very convenient and friendly to use. However, the room deco was kind of outdated and show some wear and tear. It’s time for renovation.

C'est un peu inconvenant parce que c'est loin de la station de la mer, mais le service, la chambre, la nourriture et la chaleur sont plus que mes attentes. Surtout, le dîner est un vrai plat français. Je suis surpris qu'il soit très délicieux. J'ai passé un temps de luxe et de relaxation dans une petite suite à moitié de taille.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Karuizawa Forest Seasons Villa. The house is beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean, and well-equipped with all the necessities, making it feel like a true home away from home. The thoughtful setup of the BBQ pit by the owner was a highlight of our stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed a cozy and memorable evening grilling under the stars. The attention to detail and the serene location made this an ideal getaway. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Karuizawa.
