The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. 💙 The location is excellent—just a short distance from the beach, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet stay. 🌊 The rooftop view was stunning, especially during sunset. 🌅 Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Cox’s Bazar if you’re looking for comfort, hospitality, and a touch of luxury. During check-in, they took separate photos of both me and my wife, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I have stayed at this hotel before, and this was never done. Even when traveling abroad, I have not encountered such a practice in other hotels. During our stay, we consumed some food and paid the bill at the time of check-out. Everything was settled properly, and we completed the check-out. However, about 30 minutes later, the hotel called and claimed that we had consumed two chocolates and had not paid for them. I clearly denied this, but despite my explanation, they repeatedly insisted. Eventually, I was compelled to pay for the chocolates via bKash.

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour au Sayeman Beach Resort à Cox's Bazar. Les chambres étaient propres, spacieuses et très confortables, avec belles vues qui ont fait notre séjour encore plus relaxant. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Voyage avec un groupe plus grand peut parfois être difficile, mais le resort a géré tout très bien, ce qui rend nos vacances sans stress et mémorable. Globalement, c'était une expérience merveilleuse et nous recommanderions certainement ce resort à tout le monde qui visitera le Bazar de Cox, en particulier les familles.

The hotel is great. Nothing to complain about. If Radisson is a bit too pricey for you , this is a great alternative for premium hotel. Everything is upto par for a 4/5 star hotel service. If you do decide to dine in hotel, be ready to pay an extremely high price. A simple salad will set you back more than $10 with tax and service charge. Went to the hotel bar and a single shot of whiskey cost around $9. Even more expensive than in the US lol.

Чистый и большой номер, регулярная уборка, тихо. Из минусов: плохой и медленный сервис, не работал бассейн, завтрака в виде буфета, который заявлен, а вместо этого подают по меню: омлет, 1 сосиску, помидор и хлеб… Очень все слабо для пятизвездочного отеля. Вида в номере нет, он угловой и смотрит во внутреннюю территорию.

Generally, I have good impression. The only problem I experienced were no working AC, however, two fans solved a problem, so I was ok. Breakfast isn’t huge: it’s ok, there is even eggs station, but that’s almost all. Chicken, couple more items and two fruits. Not big, but you won’t be hungry. People are very welcome.
