The service was outstanding and the location ideal if you are biking.    The hotel also has a room where you can store your bikes.  The room was very clean and the staff very helpful.  

La salle est grande et les installations sont neuves (construites en 22 ans). Elle est située au centre-ville de Vancouver et est pratique pour voyager. Il y a plusieurs restaurants japonais et occidentaux à proximité. Très proche de l'ambassade américaine, accessible à pied. Le contrôle intelligent des équipements de la salle est bien réalisé.

Pas d'inconfort extrême Enregistrement : Sourire et confort Ascenseur : Isolation entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur Décoration : en gros, assez Bruit : Presque aucun Système électrique : Presque aucun endroit où brancher Nettoyage sanitaire : Il y a des angles morts mais ce n'est pas un problème Emplacement : Pratique, il y a un magasin de hamburgers en bas Résumé : Peut rester à nouveau

Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby. Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean. Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in. Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location. To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty. Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out. If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.

L'emplacement est supérieur et le transport est pratique. Les installations de l'hôtel sont complètes. La chambre est propre et bien rangée avec une chambre et un salon. La meilleure chose est le paysage devant la fenêtre. Personnellement, je trouve que le rapport qualité/prix est assez élevé.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

Le Radisson est proche de l'aéroport, propose un service de navette, des chambres propres et des lits confortables, et le service à la réception était excellent. C'était également l'hôtel le plus raisonnable, avec ce qu'on peut appeler un environnement vancouvérois. J'y retournerais volontiers si besoin.

La chambre est très bonne, l'environnement est magnifique, il y a un supermarché, il y a un métro, très pratique, il y a beaucoup de places pour manger, les conditions de santé sont bonnes, le sentiment général est très bon, il y a l'occasion de revenir la prochaine fois.

Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes qui séjournent dans la suite Deluxe King avec vue sur le port, très heureux avec la position de l'hôtel. Nous avons fait des plats pour le petit déjeuner et nous avons besoin de lards pour le yogurt et de plaques pour les fruits. Le garage est aussi spacieux et dispose d'un accès facile à la lobby. Lorsque nous nous sommes connectés, le personnel de la réception nous a dit que notre réservation était seulement pour 2 adultes et qu'il voulait nous facturer plus pour 2 enfants supplémentaires, mais je lui ai montré que ma réservation était pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Il ne nous a finalement pas charger plus, mais ils n'ont pas mis le lit de canapé pour nos enfants. Nous avons séjourné avec d'autres amis (familie de 3) et ils nous ont donné des chambres au même étage, et nous avons apprêté dans notre chambre tous les jours, surtout quand il pleuvait toute la journée le deuxième jour.

The room was spacious and the service was great! The hotel is in a great location for venturing downtown by foot. We parked in their underground parking while we were there. Even when we checked out, we were allowed to keep our car in the lot until 4pm (but confirm with the front desk just incase).
