The service was outstanding and the location ideal if you are biking.    The hotel also has a room where you can store your bikes.  The room was very clean and the staff very helpful.  

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and you can really feel the care they put into every detail. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view from the window was absolutely beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great value for money — everything felt just right. We were 100% satisfied.

La salle est grande et les installations sont neuves (construites en 22 ans). Elle est située au centre-ville de Vancouver et est pratique pour voyager. Il y a plusieurs restaurants japonais et occidentaux à proximité. Très proche de l'ambassade américaine, accessible à pied. Le contrôle intelligent des équipements de la salle est bien réalisé.

Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby. Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean. Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in. Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location. To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty. Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out. If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.

L'emplacement est supérieur et le transport est pratique. Les installations de l'hôtel sont complètes. La chambre est propre et bien rangée avec une chambre et un salon. La meilleure chose est le paysage devant la fenêtre. Personnellement, je trouve que le rapport qualité/prix est assez élevé.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

La position de l'hôtel est bonne, en particulier la salle de bains sur la montagne peut regarder le paysage de la mer, mais la limite est de deux personnes. L'équipement de la chambre dans la suite familiale du deuxième chambre est très général, le design de la salle de bains est très inhumain. J'avais l'intention de nager dans la piscine extérieure, mais l'eau de la piscine est trop sale, l'hôtel n'a pas organisé de nettoyage en temps utile. Le prix de la facture d'hôtel est réduit à 300 yuan par rapport à la réservation de Trip.com 🙄

Nous avons été accueillis par le personnel quand nous sommes arrivés. L'arrivée a pris quelques minutes. La chambre était superbe. Chambre grande et spacieuse. Nous avons une chambre roi et reine et nous avons tous deux un WC et une baignoire propres. Un salon spacieux avec un endroit incendie et un balcon qui regarde les montagnes et les lacs. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Je ne pouvais pas demander plus. L'hôtel est fantastique.

My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I stayed in the Deluxe Family Home while visiting Vancouver. The grounds were beautiful with many flowers in bloom. The home was located on the first floor, making it easy to access from the parking area. The unit was very clean with modern appliances. There was a Keurig coffee machine with K-cup pods provided. This was one of the few rentals in the Vancouver area that had two king beds, a requirement for my family. There were two bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location was a short drive from the airport, a Walmart and several restaurants and take-out pizza. The only issue we had was during our second night. A family was staying upstairs and we could hear a child running back and forth until well after 10:00pm. I then heard the child crying and finally the noise stopped. Not really a problem, just a little annoying.
