Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Il est un bâtiment impressionnant, donc j'avais quelques attentes. La chambre était un peu datée dans la partie la plus récente. Pas beaucoup d'attractions comme vous pouvez l'attendre de ce type d'hôtel. La zone du bar est vraiment agréable à regarder un magnifique jardin et donc le restaurant. Sur cette note, la nourriture était laissée à terre. J'ai commandé un poulet de curry vert thaïlandais. J'attendais aussi longtemps, mais quand il arrivait, c'était une déception totale. Le poulet était probablement un reste d'un autre repas, très sec. La sauce n'était pas comme le courrois vert et le riz qu'elle était micro-ondes. Les serveuses étaient très belles et excusées et la la retiraient de mon compte. Ils ont dit qu'ils avaient un chef d'agence !

Très confortable. Lis bien. Location est grande comme il est près de Stratford sur Avon et Warwick, de sorte que vous pouvez passer une journée dans les deux. L'utilisation des installations est bonne. Très heureux de recommander cela à quelqu'un.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon. Je ne serai pas contre rester là encore, mais il n'y a rien de spécial à me faire revenir. Plus : James m'attendait quand je suis arrivé et m'a montré la clé et la chambre. Il m'a également pris l'ordre pour le matin suivant. La chambre était de taille décente. Il y a beaucoup de lumières dans la chambre. Le lit était bon. Il y a un parking sur le site. Le petit déjeuner était prêt quand je suis descendu à la salle de repas. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. La salle de bain est juste à peu près de taille adéquate pour une personne. La chambre était au 2e étage, avec des escaliers étroits.

La chambre était noire mais spacieuse. Nous avons une chambre familiale avec un double et deux seules. Le petit déjeuner était inclus. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais le serveur a dit que le petit déjeuner était très bon. J'avais deux œufs à coucher. Le seul problème était le manque de communication sur la route habituelle pour trouver l'hôtel fermé en raison de travaux routiers. Naviguer dans un système d'une seule voie dans une ville inconnue sans courrier ou appel pour nous dire comment nous allions à l'hôtel était extrêmement stressant et nous mettre 1.5 heures derrière le calendrier d'arrivée. Cela aurait pu être trié si l'hôtel avait contacté trip.com avec la ligne de terrain fournie lors de la réservation et expliquée sur les travaux de route, de sorte que j'aurais pu être averti.

The room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient. Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable. Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

La chambre était très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. La communication du personnel était excellente - pas de parking sur place, mais une explication claire de l'endroit où le parking le plus proche était (très proche) et comment obtenir le meilleur prix. Il n'a pas utilisé la zone du bar, donc je ne peux pas commenter sur la nourriture ou la boisson, mais il était bienvenu et il y avait une agréable zone extérieure. Globalement, vraiment bon prix et il resterait certainement là encore.

Superb day and evening at the Arden Hotel. I was reviewing at the RSC for my instagram and Tik Tok @theteawithkelvin . I received an upgrade to a superior room . I had a superb three course pre/ theatre dinner in their restaurant. Where they also had different wine promotions on .  The Breakfast in the morning, was a superb choice as well as the traditional cooked breakfast. It was also Waiter service , as well as a buffet continental. I would recommend The Arden Hotel if you are planning a visit too Stratford Upon Avon .

Great location and facilities. Breakfast is very good. The building is a little dated and floors and walls thin so you hear every footstep from above but apart from that it's a great place to stay.

Great location, and beautiful grounds ~ parking was hard to find.  The room was clean and tidy, with a nice firm bed, the Weather was very warm, and even though there was a fan in the room the heat was stifling and so hot! The so called “air con” was useless!  The indoor swimming pool was a good size, but it was so incredibly hot in the building, it was hard to breathe!! (Open the doors to let some oxygen in!) The evening meal was good, as was the breakfast the following morning.  Quite expensive for a mediocre stay.  Lovely staff throughout.
