Hôtels 4 étoiles à Ligure, Italie

The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

Ottima la posizione e la gentilezza della ragazza alla reception. Visto il livello del residence, 4 stelle, mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più. Pubblicizzata nel sito una S.p.A. Nelle aree comuni, invece la SPA era solo dell’appartamento attico. Mancavano due tazzine e una era rotta, una finestra non si apriva completamente impedendo l’apertura e chiusura delle persiane della sala/cucina (l’ovale nel quale dormivano due ospiti) e in ogni caso le persiane erano rotte e non si sarebbero chiuse comunque. La doccia molto grande ma con evidenti segni di muffe sia sia a terra dove si attacca al muro che sul muro stesso (potrebbe ingannare il fatto che la parete è colorata ma è muffa a mio parere). Bella l’organizzazione interna è piuttosto funzionale la cucina. Il portone dell’entrata che porta alle scale non si apriva con il citofono perché rotto. bisognava scendere con la chiave.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Tout d'abord, les chambres sont spacieuses et impeccables, les produits de toilette sont de bonne qualité et les collations et boissons sont offertes. Le service est également excellent ; le personnel de la réception est agréable et patient, toujours prêt à répondre à toutes les questions et à les résoudre. L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas de la maison natale de Christophe Colomb. On note toutefois un léger niveau sonore dû à la situation en rue.

Hôtel : Propre Localisation : Le casino est à 2 minutes à pied Parking : L'hôtel dispose d'un service de voiturier payant, mais récupérez-le 15 minutes plus tôt chaque jour Personnel : En plus de la réceptionniste du parking à la porte, l'état d'esprit des autres employés doit être amélioré, pas de sourire, attitude de travail indifférente, suivre la réception pour lui demander de récupérer la voiture en premier, la réponse reçue est qu'il doit attendre sur place, nous avons attendu dans le vent froid pendant 15 minutes chaque jour

Personnel à l’accueil très sympathique. Ils parlent le français c’est donc très pratique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner a bcp de choix. Le service est efficace et propre. Seul bémol les draps ne sont pas changés tous les jours… il y a simplement un nettoyage des chambres sans changement de draps. Bon séjour. À proximité de la ville. Je recommande.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Halte très pratique et satisfaisante . Restaurant et bar sur place. Personnel très sympathique. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

L'hôtel était excellent et idéalement situé en ville. Le personnel était excellent et très sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner continental est basique, mais il est très bon et le café était délicieux. Je retournerais sans hésiter dans cet hôtel. La piscine du spa était froide et, dans l'ensemble, le spa ne valait pas 18 € par personne, mais l'hôtel était globalement superbe. Le personnel a toutefois pris soin de nous proposer des boissons chaudes dans notre chambre. Il n'y avait pas de bouilloire, mais ils ont été plus que serviables en nous fournissant un plateau et des théières lorsque cela était nécessaire. Il faut absolument que nous prenions notre tasse de thé le matin. Merci à l'Hôtel Europa !

L'hôtel est confortablement situé à côté du port. Il nous sert de visiter notre fille lorsque le navire de croisière qu'elle travaille sur le docked y est. Il y a un bus n° 7 de la gare que vous pouvez prendre à l'hôtel. Il est très confortable et confortable. En général, nous n'avons pas trouvé de nombreux Italiens qui parlent anglais par rapport à la Suisse. Nous avons eu du temps difficile de demander des orientations. Ne me trompez pas. Il y a des gens bons et utiles autour de nous guider volontairement et nous aider sur le bus et les rues.

C’était notre second séjour dans cet hôtel spacieux. Lit très confortable, chambre très propre avec vue aérienne sur la mer. Très bien situé pour accéder au centre ville en 5 mn à pied. Petit déjeuner au dessus de beaucoup d’hôtels. Le SPA est très agréable pour un moment de détente.
