Hôtels 4 étoiles à Sicile, Italie

Nous avons pris un bus depuis l'aéroport de Catane. Comme nous sommes arrivés de nuit, nous avons choisi cet hôtel car il était proche de l'arrêt de bus. C'est à environ 6 minutes de l'arrêt de bus. L'emplacement est idéal car vous pouvez rejoindre le centre-ville en seulement 5 minutes. Vous pouvez voir la mer depuis votre chambre. Les installations sont classiques, mais le chauffage fonctionnait et il n'y avait aucun problème d'eau chaude. Le petit déjeuner est également copieux. J'aimerais revenir dans cet hôtel lors de saisons meilleures.

Отель хороший,чистый,персонал приятный.Номер правда без вида,но есть хорошая терасса у отеля с видом на море,в номере только спали.Завтрак хороший,кофе не понравилось.Есть магазин рядом.

Mon compagnon et moi avons voulu nous donner un voyage en Sicile, les étapes de Palerme, Agrigento et Catania. À Agrigento, il était impossible de ne pas aller voir la vallée des temples, alors nous avons choisi cet hôtel, nous sommes restés enthousiasmés sur tous les points, la structure est excellente, mais peut-être les personnes qui travaillent là sont les plus, Ils ont pu répondre avec compétence à toute question et puis le dîner, qui dit, très bien, je ne pensais pas que le restaurant d'un hôtel était comme ça! Le traitement dans les pitiés servis est certainement de 10, ils ont un cuisinier ou cuisinier au-delà de toute attente, je répète non seulement dans la cuisine, mais dans le service, dans le conseil, dans le raconte et expliquer les pitiés, Tout n'était pas seulement une bonne nourriture, mais il était aussi réjoui de savoir que les gentils serviteurs ont su parler à des simples commencials. Not a hotel, more like a Bnb with limited service October 2025 We booked Mia Terra expecting a hotel — but it turned out to be more of a one-man bed and breakfast. From the start, nothing went smoothly. We had decided to take up the host’s offer of an airport shuttle (not cheap), as one of us only had one evening in Palermo and every minute counted. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late, and when we finally reached the property, no one was there to check us in, causing yet another delay — even though the host had personally arranged our transport and knew our arrival time. The host then offered excuses that didn’t line up with the shuttle driver’s story (which btw, the driver didn’t even know our destination — we had to guide him — and only accepted cash, which we weren’t told in advance.) Check-in was confusing and disorganized. Despite several text messages from the host to confirm our room setup (which should have been clear from the booking), he had still assigned the wrong rooms and once again found excuses, incorrectly blaming the booking platform. When we asked him to fix it, he was reluctant but eventually agreed — behaving as if he were doing us a favor — though he did offer free breakfast as compensation, which we didn’t need. Since there is no staff at the property. The host promised to respond to messages “within minutes,” yet replies often took hours. The whole experience felt like a single person trying to run a hotel alone — and it shows. To be fair, the rooms were clean and comfortable, although in one of them, the shower faced the bedroom through a glass wall, so you had to shower in the dark for privacy. Overall, the service and professionalism fell far short of hotel standards. If you’re expecting the reliability of an actual hotel, look elsewhere.

Disappointing Experience 🫣 I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani. First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes. As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant. The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room. To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention. In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience.

La Chicca Palace Hotel was a wonderful experience! We loved it from the very first minute that we walked in! 🥰 It has a very playful and colorful ambience and lots of light! We were welcomed super friendly by Giovanna, had a very nice chat, and were helped with the parking that turned out to be quite convenient and almost right in front of the Hotel entrance with the use of an App that Giovanna recommended us to download. Giovanna also gave us a great recommendation for dining which we followed the next day and were very happy with. Our room was beautiful and super clean as was the bathroom (sorry no pics) and the view from the balcony was as you can see on picture #2 & 3. The tree on the left was fantastic! 🌳 And on the left side behind the tree there was a Café that had the best coffee granita we had during our stay on Sicily! 😋 We spent two nights at La Chicca. The breakfast place was super stylish - you can see on the picture, and the breakfast itself was simple, yet very typical for a Sicilian breakfast and completely satisfying. Definitely made us happy as well! I like it when there are fruits and eggs and yoghurt as well ... After the first night, we took the ferry to Lipari, one of the Eolian Islands. It was an amazing day! In the evening, after a delicious dinner at Ristorante Panzakina - Giovanna's recommendation - we returned to the hotel, had a fun and long evening chat with lovely Giovanna, and were invited to have a Grappa together ... A perfect day! Actually, two perfect days at La Chicca in Milazzo on Sicily! ❤️ We are quite positive that we will return ...

This hotel was kinda still in baby shoes, only seven rooms were ready for guests, but it was extremely nice! Very inviting entrance area, nice breakfast place, comfy room, practical bathroom, ... Everything was super new, super clean, the towels smelled goooooood, ... We also had a parking place outside in the courtyard (sorry, again forgot the pix 🙃) Even a bubbly welcome mini bottle 🍾 with a pop! was waiting for us in the fridge and two champagne glasses 🥂 on the table! But I must say, the best was Alberto, the owner!!! He amazed us! He was super SUUUUPER kind and so warm-hearted and helpful ... Unbelievable! He sent us a list via WhatsApp of the most important things to see in the area, how to get there, where to eat, where to park in case the car was needed to get somewhere (which was useful the next day when we went to discover the Valley of Temples) ... The list was very well-prepared, everything was thought of, and we used it right away to choose our dinner place and the place for our ice cream 🍨 afterwards ... Alberto even had a Spotify list of more than 87 hours of music for the guests to enjoy! What a grand idea! And good music taste ... 🎶 Next morning, it was the breakfast that took our breaths - all kinds of Sicilian specialties arranged beautifully and with love (here I did not forget to take pictures!) - it was very delicious and we wished to have had space for more food ... 😂 I can very warmly recommend this hotel! Really! I think, we'll be back!!! ❤️

L'hôtel est dans une bonne position, devant la mer, mais pas trop loin du centre, le parking à seulement 10 euros est très confortable, pour ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, le doux et le sel sont bien, tant pour variétés que pour goût, ce qui n'est pas banal la salle est très agréable avec la piscine (qui est active depuis 9h30 du matin). Le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant ont été disponibles, je regrette que le restaurant au quatrième étage n'ait pas été ouvert et que je n'ai pas lu cette communication, mais c'est sans aucun doute une de mes lacunes. La chambre est de toute façon de la taille et a un balcon sur la mer, donc très bien, le lit me semblait assez confortable. Je pense que le rapport qualité-prix de l'hôtel peut rester, il y a quelques notes négatives, je confirme que le conditionneur fait un peu de bruit, peut-être pour quelqu'un peut être ”invasive”, dans notre chambre le bouton de décharge était ”inefficace” Tu devais tourner le bouton et ensuite le pousser pour tirer de l'eau. Je vous remercie pour votre excellente hospitalité et votre amabilité.

Je pense que la position est différente selon l'objectif, mais c'est très bon pour moi. L'espace spatial dans les quartiers est agréable. Cet hôtel est nouveau et il n'y a pas de problème. Le personnel est très aimable et je suis heureux de pouvoir aller à Valetta １ un voyage de jour.
