First and foremost, a 4-star hotel should have an insulation system. We basically could even hear the room next door opening their luggage.. awful.
Apart from that (which is a big minus), the pool is cool, parking is free, staff friendly, breakfast decent.
Food options are pricey and limited.
Résidé dans cette structure pour deux jours! Tout est parfait! De manger , aux chambres spacieuses (super) au service en plage! Excellent également la pizza (avec four électrique) servi sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer.. Je voudrais préciser que j'ai été surpris par la gentillesse et la disponibilité de tout le personnel, sans exception, ce qui n'est pas attendu.

L'emplacement est très bon. Il est à distance de marche des principales attractions de Palerme. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et supermarchés aux alentours. Les chambres sont simples mais très propres et calmes. C'est certainement assez bon pour la plupart des touristes qui reviennent se reposer le soir. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste et nous a indiqué les principales attractions et itinéraires sur la carte, ce qui nous a fait gagner beaucoup de temps.

Everything was really good. We had a room with terass and a view of the sea. It was stunning.
Room was very clean and sheets where changed daily, which was nice when you have two dogs that sneak into bed during the night.
Location was great. A short distance walk to the town center with shops and restaurants.
The parking service was great. They park the car for you and when you need it they will bring the car in front of the hotel within 15 minutes. It will cost you 20€/ night but it's hassle free.
Staff is fantastic. We arrived around 6AM (much earlier than expected), and way too early for the normal check-in time. We were absolutely exhausted after a night of driving and our room wasn't ready. But the staff was kind enough to give us a room to sleep in, and at 11AM we could check-in to our booked room. Free of charge!
Breakfast was also great and they do packed breakfast if you leave before breakfast time.
The hotel doesn't do laundry, but there is a laundry place 800m away.

Замечательный бассейн, чтобы поплавать и позагорать возле него. Вид с балкончика у нас был очень красивый. Уборка номера отличная. Завтрак хороший, есть все, что нужно : яйца, выпечка, йогурты, нарезка сыра и колбасы, фрукты, кофе. Территория отеля большая, чтобы погулять, посидеть в красивом саду. Очень хотели бы вернуться снова. Небольшой минус-отель находится далековато от исторического центра, 30-40 минут пешком, но плюс местоположения в том, что ночью тихо, район спокойный и безопасный.
Nice environment and spacious room. However, customers should be given detailed information about the city tax and mini bar. In some other places the mini fridge is stocked for customers convenience. Let them know the extra payments that may accrue at the beginning of the contract. Above all, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
The Hotel was great. Downside that it has no car park. One time spent over 1.1/2Hours driving in Circles to find a parking spot. I was a bit disappointed in some thibgs….The Hotel takes a 100euro off your card as a security. Why? I paid cash all the time but wanted to have my evening dinner charged on my room and they refused because the bill was 104 euro. I never ever encountered such guest mistrust… I must add we waited a lot to get the second course.. a bit too much I would say.

La posizione per i punti di interesse, lo staff e la struttura eccellenti. All’inizio, colpa del navigatore, é stato difficile trovare la struttura ma lo staff che ne è consapevole aiuta in tutti o modi. Consiglio di contattare l’hotel prima di arrivare oppure di non inserire subito la via ma inserire prima via Kennedy. Ottimo anche il ristorante, con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
hôtel bon, propre n facile à garer. Juste devant l'hôtel. La chambre n est spacieuse et ma chambre est face à la mer. Le récepteur est rapide avec contrôle. Et parle courant anglais. Le petit déjeuner est exquis, beaucoup de choix et la patisserie est étonnante. Très bono! Le propriétaire aussi ami.. Très recommandé.
L'hôtel est très beau, moderne, dans une zone tranquille et silencieuse, avec piscine extérieure et intérieure (située dans un centre de bien-être) et gymnastique. Notre chambre était beaucoup plus grande que les chambres qui se trouvent habituellement (il semblait une suite!) et même le lit était extra grande. Vous dormiez par fabuleuse et la nettoyage est vraiment impecable.
Le petit déjeuner est le seul moyen d'améliorer la qualité du choix.
Dans l'ensemble, beaucoup mieux que prévu, plus similaire à un 5 étoiles que à un 4.

AAurora PietrosantiMon compagnon et moi avons voulu nous donner un voyage en Sicile, les étapes de Palerme, Agrigento et Catania. À Agrigento, il était impossible de ne pas aller voir la vallée des temples, alors nous avons choisi cet hôtel, nous sommes restés enthousiasmés sur tous les points, la structure est excellente, mais peut-être les personnes qui travaillent là sont les plus, Ils ont pu répondre avec compétence à toute question et puis le dîner, qui dit, très bien, je ne pensais pas que le restaurant d'un hôtel était comme ça!
Le traitement dans les pitiés servis est certainement de 10, ils ont un cuisinier ou cuisinier au-delà de toute attente, je répète non seulement dans la cuisine, mais dans le service, dans le conseil, dans le raconte et expliquer les pitiés, Tout n'était pas seulement une bonne nourriture, mais il était aussi réjoui de savoir que les gentils serviteurs ont su parler à des simples commencials.
Nous vous reviendrons à l'avenir.

I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani.
First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes.
As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant.
The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room.
To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention.
In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience.

We loved it from the very first minute that we walked in! 🥰
It has a very playful and colorful ambience and lots of light! We were welcomed super friendly by Giovanna, had a very nice chat, and were helped with the parking that turned out to be quite convenient and almost right in front of the Hotel entrance with the use of an App that Giovanna recommended us to download. Giovanna also gave us a great recommendation for dining which we followed the next day and were very happy with.
Our room was beautiful and super clean as was the bathroom (sorry no pics) and the view from the balcony was as you can see on picture #2 & 3.
The tree on the left was fantastic! 🌳
And on the left side behind the tree there was a Café that had the best coffee granita we had during our stay on Sicily! 😋
We spent two nights at La Chicca. The breakfast place was super stylish - you can see on the picture, and the breakfast itself was simple, yet very typical for a Sicilian breakfast and completely satisfying. Definitely made us happy as well! I like it when there are fruits and eggs and yoghurt as well ...
After the first night, we took the ferry to Lipari, one of the Eolian Islands. It was an amazing day! In the evening, after a delicious dinner at Ristorante Panzakina - Giovanna's recommendation - we returned to the hotel, had a fun and long evening chat with lovely Giovanna, and were invited to have a Grappa together ... A perfect day! Actually, two perfect days at La Chicca in Milazzo on Sicily! ❤️
We are quite positive that we will return ...
CClaire MThis hotel was kinda still in baby shoes, only seven rooms were ready for guests, but it was extremely nice! Very inviting entrance area, nice breakfast place, comfy room, practical bathroom, ... Everything was super new, super clean, the towels smelled goooooood, ... We also had a parking place outside in the courtyard (sorry, again forgot the pix 🙃)
Even a bubbly welcome mini bottle 🍾 with a pop! was waiting for us in the fridge and two champagne glasses 🥂 on the table!
But I must say, the best was Alberto, the owner!!! He amazed us! He was super SUUUUPER kind and so warm-hearted and helpful ... Unbelievable! He sent us a list via WhatsApp of the most important things to see in the area, how to get there, where to eat, where to park in case the car was needed to get somewhere (which was useful the next day when we went to discover the Valley of Temples) ... The list was very well-prepared, everything was thought of, and we used it right away to choose our dinner place and the place for our ice cream 🍨 afterwards ... Alberto even had a Spotify list of more than 87 hours of music for the guests to enjoy! What a grand idea! And good music taste ... 🎶
Next morning, it was the breakfast that took our breaths - all kinds of Sicilian specialties arranged beautifully and with love (here I did not forget to take pictures!) - it was very delicious and we wished to have had space for more food ... 😂
I can very warmly recommend this hotel! Really! I think, we'll be back!!! ❤️
IInvitéCheck-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password.
The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work.
The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen.
Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day.
I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels.
5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.

First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram.
Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space.
Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily.

The boutique hotel it’s located in the center of the city and the rooms are comfortable and extremely clean. The building is a classic Italian historical building with high ceilings and decorations. I must say was a nice experience. Breakfast it’s topical Italian with some intercontinental options.
