Hôtels 4 étoiles à Préfecture d'Okinawa, Japon

Tout était super. C'était tellement bien que le seul bémol, c'est que mon enfant a été malade au milieu du séjour et qu'on n'a plus pu se baigner. Le salon gratuit qui ouvre toutes les heures est génial. (Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix pour manger, mais il y a plein de boissons.) Pour se baigner, ils fournissent des bouées, des serviettes, des brassards et tout le nécessaire. Les attractions et les transats sont gratuits aussi. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux et bon. Ils proposent même des plats à emporter pour ceux qui font la grasse matinée. Je reviendrai l'année prochaine, c'est sûr !

The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

Laissez-moi juste dire quelques mots, cet hôtel est très agréable. 1. La situation géographique est excellente. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la station de monorail Asahibashi. Vous pouvez marcher dans le couloir du deuxième étage, qui ne craint pas le vent et la pluie. Il se trouve à 3 minutes du terminal de bus. pratique pour voyager. A 8 minutes à pied du grand magasin, c'est le point de départ de nombreuses excursions locales à la journée. Il faut 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la rue Kokusai et est très pratique pour faire du shopping et manger. 2. L'hôtel est tout neuf, la chambre est très propre et la superficie est assez grande, du moins c'est acceptable pour les hôtels japonais. Afin de protéger l'environnement, nous ne nettoyons pas tous les jours, mais nous livrerons des serviettes et des pyjamas tous les jours, ce qui est satisfaisant. 3. J'aime le petit-déjeuner. Il y a beaucoup de variétés et de goûts délicieux. Il y a beaucoup de viande et de poisson au petit-déjeuner. Parce que la nourriture est délicieuse, je mange un bol de riz. tous les matins. Je ne fais jamais ça à la maison. 4. L'attitude du personnel de service est très bonne, on a l'impression de voyager au Japon. Le prix est de 780. Je pense que ça vaut vraiment le coup. Il y a un bain au 13ème étage, ce n'est pas grand et c'est propre. confortable pour se baigner après une visite quotidienne.

Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

We arrived at the hotel reception at 8:00 p.m. on May 12 to check in and collect our room key, and we encountered problems we have never experienced before! At first, the check-in procedure only took about 5 minutes for Room 524. However, when we got to our room and opened the door, we realized it was not the room we had booked. This room has two single beds, which is completely different from the double bed room we reserved. We then went back to the reception desk to ask the staff to switch us to a double-bed room. But all three reception staff said they did not have any double-bed rooms. We kept asking further questions. We had booked a double-bed room a week earlier and had already paid all the charges—so why couldn’t they arrange a double-bed room for us? One of the female staff members, who appeared to be of Indian origin, used a translation device to translate into Chinese for us. She pointed out that we had not selected a specific room type, and that guests have no right to choose any room type; we are only allowed to receive whatever room type the hotel assigns. At the same time, she also mentioned that the Room 524 they gave us was much larger than the double-bed room we requested, as if they were offering us an advantage, and that they would not arrange a double-bed room for us. After that, I argued with them multiple times and showed them again and again the confirmation emails and payment emails for our booking. This back-and-forth took more than 45 minutes. During that time, the reception staff treated us very poorly and constantly told us to “wait,” each time requiring us to wait 5–10 minutes before they finally kept talking to me and dragging the process out. Only then did they give us Room 1209. Even so, we still had to take all the luggage that had been placed for Room 524 and move it down to the reception area, and then carry it back up to Room 1209. We finally managed to have dinner only after an hour. Therefore, if you are assessing their service, it should be zero points. I have stayed at the Daiwa Hotel in Kyoto and near Himeji Castle, and I have never encountered this kind of problem. This time, I have completely lost confidence in this hotel group, and I have serious doubts about their integrity. After this, I probably will not book this hotel again. I would really like to understand why the hotel rooms booked through your website have ended up with problems like this. I hope Trip.com can look into it thoroughly, and respond to me within two weeks.

L'accueil chaleureux du personnel était la meilleure chose que l'on puisse espérer. Nous avons passé trois nuits très agréables. Si vous séjournez plusieurs nuits, je vous recommande une chambre avec vue sur l'océan. Nous rêvions d'un cadre idyllique, comme à Hawaï, et c'était exactement ce que nous recherchions. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

L'emplacement et la chambre sont super ! Le rapport qualité-prix de la chambre est excellent ! Très grande ! De plus, chaque chambre dispose d'un lave-linge et d'une petite kitchenette, ce qui est parfait pour les familles qui souhaitent cuisiner des plats simples. La machine à laver est très silencieuse en fonctionnement, on ne l'entend presque pas si on ne se tient pas à côté. Le linge est ressorti chaud et sec après le lavage et le séchage – c'est vraiment génial de pouvoir laver ses vêtements tous les jours sans faire la queue ! Le seul petit bémol est que le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré.

Il y aura beaucoup d'insectes dans les herbes. On a une ligne de raccordement dans certains coins de la chambre  Avant de dormir, on a trouvé des insectes dans la tête du lit, et des tiges jaunes dans la tête du lit  Il est un peu désastreux de voir que les insectes ne peuvent pas utiliser la piscine à la nuit  Il est recommandé que l'hôtel fournisse des insectes. Le prix de l'hôtel n'est pas bon marché, la localisation n'est pas pratique  Je ne peux pas imaginer que personne ne m'aide à emmener les bagages dans la chambre après avoir vérifié l'entrée. Et le petit déjeuner est moins choisi. Si 10 points sont remplis, le rapport coût-efficacité ne sera que 6 points.

J'ai récemment séjourné quelques nuits au Mercure Okinawa Naha et mon expérience a été globalement très positive. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement pratique et confortable dans le centre-ville de Naha. ⭐️ 📍 Emplacement — Très pratique L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la sortie de la station de monorail Tsubogawa, à moins d'une minute à pied. L'aéroport de Naha est accessible en environ 10 minutes en bus ou en monorail. On trouve à proximité des supérettes 7-Eleven et FamilyMart, un restaurant Don Quijote et divers restaurants, ce qui est idéal pour les voyages en toute liberté et les promenades en soirée. 🛏 Chambres et confort — Propres et confortables, mais un peu petites Les chambres sont généralement propres et impeccablement entretenues. Les lits sont confortables et certaines chambres offrent une vue sur la rivière ou la ville. 👍 Cependant, la taille des chambres est un peu petite pour les voyageurs avec de gros bagages, et la salle de bain est également un peu exiguë.

L'hôtel est très récent. Le check-in se fait au dernier étage, et le personnel parle bien anglais. La plupart des demandes peuvent être gérées en libre-service, le processus est très bien pensé. Je n'ai pas trouvé que rester dans les étages supérieurs soit très utile. L'hôtel est assez éloigné de la mer, donc depuis les étages élevés, on ne voit que le paysage urbain. Le seul bémol est que l'accès aux transports n'est pas très pratique. Il faut marcher sept ou huit minutes pour atteindre la gare. De nombreux bus ne desservent pas la station Miebashi, il faut donc prendre le tram puis un bus. Si vous prévoyez de séjourner à Naha et de faire des allers-retours vers le nord ou les îles éloignées le même jour, ce n'est pas très pratique sans louer une voiture ou prendre un taxi. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et copieux 😋
