G. et M. étaient toujours présents, attentifs et vraiment soutenus tout au long de notre séjour. Leur hospitalité a fait une différence réelle, et nous sommes vraiment reconnaissants de les avoir rencontrés et de passer quelques jours dans ce qui se sent comme un paradis caché. La location est magnifique, la tranquille propriété sur la plage dans une zone tranquille et sans rencontres avec beaucoup de choses à faire à proximité. Assurez-vous de suivre la sortie de la plage Tiwi plutôt que de compter sur les coordonnées GPS pour atteindre la propriété. Le parc d'épicerie lui-même a un potentiel incroyable et offre des vues incroyables, mais malheureusement, il n'est pas bien entretenu et nécessite encore un travail important. Des améliorations structurelles fondamentales sont nécessaires, notamment l'achèvement du plafond, le raffinage et le traitement des meubles en bois en raison d'une infestation visible. Il y a aussi de nombreux espaces et lacunes dans la structure du penthouse, qui permettent aux insectes et même aux chats d'entrer dans la chambre, ce qui affecte de manière significative le confort et l'hygiène et doit être traité avec un scellement et un dépistage appropriés. Globalement, le personnel et la localisation sont fantastiques, mais le parc d'équipe a besoin d'une maintenance et d'une finition adéquates pour correspondre à la beauté de l'établissement.

Je voudrais féliciter le Chale Island Resort et son équipe pour leur service impecable. Tout a été magnifique. J'ai tant aimé, tous les jours pendant les 6 derniers jours! Pick up l'offre de bagages dans un autre hôtel les jours avant mon séjour, pas de problème! Service parfait. Pick up et drop off à l'aéroport, parfait à temps! Service toujours avec un grand sourire, et toujours au service. La chambre était très propre tous les jours pendant mon séjour. Un grand choix de nourriture ou de restaurant. J'ai apprécié la grande variété au petit déjeuner. Très excellent endroit pour se reposer après un voyage safari intense ;-) Et comment les vues, le soleil, les soirées, vous l'appelez, respirant... Merci beaucoup à mon ami Evans pour une bonne matinée de plonger autour de l'île ... C'était le séjour parfait pour finir ma aventure au Kenya, un grand chale ASANTE ...

L'hôtel est situé directement sur la plage, mais malheureusement, le personnel du restaurant manque de formation de base, la qualité de la nourriture est juste moyenne. Les singes et les oiseaux se détournent parfois des plates des clients. Dans d'autres hôtels dans une situation similaire, ils traitent ce problème ennuyeux de manière plus professionnelle et plus professionnelle. Le réfrigérateur manquait dans la chambre et le système de téléphone portable n'a pas fonctionné. Le service de l'hôtel est très confortable et vous pouvez vous aider à trouver un hôtel 4 étoiles.

不知道為什麼完全沒人提到備品簡陋這件事，比如沒有一次性拖鞋，水也是保温壺裝着的沒有一次性的瓶裝飲用水，到了晚上如果超過12點洗澡水會變冷，要放水十幾分鍾才有熱水。不知道是不是整個蒙巴薩的酒店水過濾系統都一坨屎，水超級無敵鹹，跟海水直接飲用沒什麼區別，連服務員都説刷牙最好用純凈水。 因為一價全包，所以酒店基本都是歐美人多，我們住那兩天一箇中國人都沒看見，吃的也就那樣和別的酒店差不多，其實在蒙巴薩還是不建議這種包餐的，因為外面餐廳可以吃海鮮更好吃。唯一好處就是酒水免費，哪怕雞尾酒也是免費，所以很多歐美人喜歡在那喝酒。晚上也有表演節目。

В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала

We had a good fun time. Booked in 2 nights. Place is calm and relaxing. The rooms very clean and cozy. The staffs were friendly and kind. The evening animation team was fun. Food wasn’t bad tho I feel the variety could be better, options and time taken to refill was abit needed. Other than that all it was fun and chilled out experience.

Wonderful hotel - great location and also the facilities are great. The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. ) Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible. the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen. the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not

Location was not perfect and not much activities going on there but they’ve more than make up for it with their services, and the food was to die for, my girlfriend and I really enjoyed the food if nothing else.
