Quanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient. - Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.

1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it. 2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly. 3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation. My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied? For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!

La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, avec une literie propre et confortable. Le ménage était fait quotidiennement par une femme de chambre. Le buffet était excellent et, le soir, un porridge et une soupe aux dattes rouges et champignons blancs étaient proposés en libre-service dans le hall, une attention particulière. Les bus et les attractions touristiques sont à gauche de l'hôtel. La gare se trouve en face de la gare routière, et vous pouvez tourner à gauche pour y accéder. Des taxis sont disponibles en ligne juste devant l'hôtel, et le centre-ville coûte moins de 10 yuans, ce qui est très pratique. 5/5 !

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed — I absolutely loved it. The location is very convenient, with easy access to everywhere in Wuhan, especially the jogging park. The staff were wonderful, and it was great to have someone available who could speak English.

Venez au réveillon du Nouvel An, tellement heureux ! Le manoir est situé dans une vallée et il faut marcher sur la route. Il y a un autre village avec des fleurs et des arbres sombres, ce qui est très magique. Les bagages doivent être envoyés par câble. Cela ressemble à un village primitif et constitue une expérience très intéressante. Les chambres du manoir sont de style japonais, simples et propres. L'expérience des toilettes et de la pluie est géniale ! Tout le personnel de service est des guérisseurs, chaleureux et paisibles. Le bain de gong de 450 minutes dans l'activité de guérison était choquant et magique. J'avais l'impression de ne pas avoir beaucoup dormi, mais je me suis senti rafraîchi le lendemain. C'était une expérience rare et je reviendrai dans le futur.

Idéalement situé près de la gare de Hankou et de la station de métro, ce qui est parfait pour ceux qui n'aiment pas courir partout. La chambre était impeccable, la literie douce et la salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne était propre et sans odeur, même les recoins étaient nettoyés à fond – un soulagement pour les maniaques de la propreté comme moi. La laverie automatique avec sèche-linge est un vrai plus et le service de livraison gratuit évite de faire des allers-retours. Sans oublier les petites attentions comme le porridge de minuit, la consigne à bagages gratuite, le service de réveil et l'eau minérale à volonté. Le personnel était toujours chaleureux et avenant, sans être intrusif. Le personnel était très poli mais pas excessivement enthousiaste, ce qui est parfait pour les personnes introverties ! L'enregistrement a été rapide, et leurs réponses téléphoniques ont été rapides en cas de besoin. Le robot de livraison est très pratique pour apporter des choses directement à la chambre. Que ce soit pour un voyage d'affaires ou de tourisme, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent !

Pour partager ce trésor, situé près de la zone de paysage de la vallée de la terre, il est apparu que le jardin d'environnement extérieur était très bien placé. Les plantes et les arbres de fleurs étaient bien placés et secs et propres. L'environnement de la chambre ne dit pas que les biens de maison de qualité d'une eau vivent confortablement et tranquillement, Ouvrez la fenêtre de fenêtres pour voir le paysage magnifique, vous êtes très adorable, et le restaurant peut également fournir un dîner de Chine. Les aliments sont également particulièrement frais. Le chef et le chef sont très frais et la sœur du Nouveau-Orient sont vraiment très agréables à cuisiner 🤭, Tout le monde est très enthousiasmé pour recevoir chaque invité, donc il est important de dire que le choix de la partie est important pour l'hôtel. La chambre est OK, les installations sont bien équipées, l'unique truc à faire est que la route n'est pas très bonne à marcher, la navigation est détournée plusieurs fois, la chambre est placée pour le petit déjeuner 8:00-9：00 Résultat: 9:00 avant de manger, pas prête à prévoir la réservation, les autres sont bien.
