The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. We wish him and his family good health, happiness, and prosperity. He and this hotel deserve not just 5 stars, but 1000! Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Ce peuple est vraiment une surprise pour moi! Vous avez toujours été à la ville de Zhaozgu, cette fois, vous avez apporté la famille à votre tour. Nous avons choisi l'hôtel pour regarder les noms de leurs chambres, les enfants et les enfants, et vous pouvez vraiment dire que c'est très amusant pour les enfants! Les enfants aiment les petits chats et les petits chats dans le poupée, et ils ne veulent pas partir. . Et le nom de ce chat est aussi très amusant appeler Ray 😂. L'environnement et l'assainissement de la chambre sont assez bons, l'accent est sur le logement et les billets!! Dès que la voiture s'arrête, je vois le patron venir nous chercher. La personne est vraiment très enthousiaste et je pense aussi très attentivement, 👍. L'architecture traditionnelle de la ville antique est très savable, les bougies, les jeux de fer sont riches en toutes sortes de performances. Le patron nous a également envoyé un cartel de jeu de leurs propres cartes. Les enfants peuvent aller à chaque point et couvrir les cachets, c'est très mémorable. C'est vraiment un voyage assez satisfaisant, fortement recommandé pour les amis qui voyagent derrière!

For a three-diamond hotel charging almost 400 CNY per night, I expected a little more attention to detail. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a large panoramic window overlooking a pleasant row of trees. There was also a nice tea table, which made the room feel cozy. One detail I genuinely appreciated was the care given to the old tree in the garden. Seeing it supported with an IV drip system was both unusual and heartwarming—it showed that someone actually cares about preserving it instead of simply replacing it. However, a surprising number of small issues gradually added up and affected the overall experience. I booked a room with a bathtub, but the bathtub turned out to be rather small and leaked unless a disposable plastic liner was used. There were no bath salts, bubble bath, or any other bath amenities, while the shampoo and shower gel bottles were only 50 ml each. The room initially had only one 1.5-liter bottle of drinking water. I had to call the front desk to ask for regular 500 ml bottles and tea. There was neither tea nor coffee in the room upon arrival. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There was almost no meat except pork baozi. Boiled eggs were available, but there were no traditional soy-marinated eggs. On the positive side, the purple sweet baozi were delicious, and the sliced melon was excellent—the rind had been completely removed, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, two of the three desserts were stale and overly dry, and some cherry tomatoes still had black spots around the stems. The biggest issue, however, was coffee—or rather, the complete absence of it. There was no coffee in the room, and there was no coffee at breakfast. In fact, breakfast didn't even include tea or plain drinking water. I honestly didn't expect that the rarest item at a hotel breakfast buffet would be... water. For someone staying in a smoking room, a cup of coffee is one of those small pleasures that makes the morning better. Unfortunately, that small pleasure never arrived. Maybe coffee is considered a luxury item here. Overall, the hotel has good potential thanks to its spacious and clean rooms. But hospitality is often about the little things, and this hotel missed quite a few of them. I would consider staying here again only if these service details are improved.

Équipements : L'hôtel n'est pas tout récent, mais les équipements sont complets. Propreté : Très propre. Service : Nous sommes arrivés en soirée et le personnel a été très attentionné en nous offrant de l'eau chaude dès notre arrivée. L'enregistrement a été rapide et nous avons même reçu un cadeau de bienvenue. Comme nous étions trois, ils nous ont spontanément fourni des brosses à dents et des chaussons supplémentaires. Un service excellent ! 👍 Le choix au petit-déjeuner était limité, mais c'était très bon. L'hôtel propose une navette pour la gare routière de Namdaemun et la présence de nombreux restaurants à proximité est très pratique.

Je ne sais pas d’où viennent tant de bonnes critiques, j’ai dû être trompé par elles. Il y a un restaurant en bas. Quand c'est l'heure du dîner, tout le couloir, l'ascenseur et la chambre sont remplis d'une odeur de fumée de cuisine. Quelle que soit la situation, fermer les fenêtres et les portes ne sert à rien. J'ai appelé la réception pour signaler le problème et ils ont réagi rapidement. Ils m'ont immédiatement changé de chambre plus proche de la route. Lorsque j'ai ouvert la porte des toilettes, j'ai vu la serviette de bain sur le sol à côté des toilettes. Heureusement, nous n'utilisons jamais les serviettes de l'hôtel lorsque nous sortons. Je me suis réveillée à 5h30 du matin et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude à tous les robinets. L'eau était seulement légèrement plus chaude que l'eau froide, donc je ne pouvais pas me laver les cheveux ni prendre une douche.

My family and I (5 of us) recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming homestay in Hongcun for two days and one night, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The building, steeped in history at 400 years old, is located relatively close to the West entrance, making access a breeze. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept. Although I initially booked three specific rooms, they were unavailable due to renovation. However, I was provided with three other rooms that turned out to be more spacious, which was a delightful surprise. The lobby felt incredibly welcoming, with a cozy living-room-style atmosphere. There’s a lovely café to the left and a souvenir shop to the right, adding a nice touch of convenience and charm as you walk toward the living area. Wan Jie (elder sister Wan), the host, was truly hospitable and attentive. Her warmth shone through from our first phone call, which she answered cheerfully while helping arrange our pickup, as cars aren’t allowed into Hongcun, a UNESCO Heritage Site. One of the highlights of this homestay was the restaurant nestled in a ”secret” garden—a serene and picturesque spot where my family and I could have happily spent more time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, adding to the overall experience. Though it was too cool to use during my visit, the homestay also features a pool that would be perfect for summer days. At the end of our stay, Wan Jie went above and beyond by accompanying us to the village exit to wait for our driver, ensuring everything went smoothly before saying her goodbyes. It’s rare to experience such personalized hospitality, and it made a memorable impression on us. Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hongcun. It’s a unique blend of history, comfort, and genuine hospitality that truly enhances the visit.

Un voyage à Hongcun et un séjour au B&B Shede Garden vous plongeront dans le charme poétique de Huizhou ! Niché à proximité du site pittoresque de Hongcun, le B&B se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de Yuezhao et du lac Nanhu, évitant ainsi l'agitation des rues principales tout en offrant un accès facile. La cour blanchie à la chaux et carrelée de noir respire le charme de Huizhou, agrémentée de verdure et d'un vieil osmanthu. En sirotant un thé et en rêvassant dans la cour, en regardant la lumière du soleil filtrer à travers le mur à tête de cheval, on a l'impression d'entrer dans une peinture à l'encre. Notre maison individuelle fut une agréable surprise : spacieuse et intime, avec un mobilier en bois texturé et chaleureux et une literie moelleuse garantissant une nuit de sommeil réparatrice. La chambre était également meublée de services à thé vintage et de thés locaux. En ouvrant la fenêtre, nous pouvions admirer les ruelles en pierre bleue et les montagnes au loin. Se réveiller au chant des oiseaux fut une expérience véritablement apaisante. La propreté était impeccable, avec des draps et des housses de couette d'un blanc immaculé, un espace séparé pour l'eau et le sec dans la salle de bain, et même le lavabo était impeccablement poli. Le propriétaire et son épouse étaient d'une gentillesse incroyable. Ils ont organisé une navette touristique pour Hongcun et nous ont personnellement présenté les bâtiments historiques de Hongcun et leurs histoires. Le soir, ils ont préparé spécialement le porridge aux haricots rouges, spécialité de Hongcun, à la fois réconfortant et satisfaisant. Avant notre départ, ils nous ont même offert des gâteaux au sésame Huangshan faits maison, croustillants et attentionnés. Si vous souhaitez savourer la beauté de Hongcun, ce B&B indépendant est le choix idéal. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour !

Je ne taris pas d'éloges sur cet hébergement. La propriétaire, Sœur Zhu, a fait tout son possible pour que mon séjour à Huangshan soit inoubliable. Elle m'a aidée à organiser mes excursions (même après mon départ), à trouver des chauffeurs et à m'assurer que je puisse découvrir les incontournables de la région. Son enthousiasme a rendu mon séjour vraiment mémorable ! L'hébergement est très bien situé sur Old Street et ma chambre était très confortable (équipements conformes à la description du prix). De bons restaurants et boutiques sont à deux pas et j'ai adoré me promener dans Old Street le soir, quand c'était plus calme. Je recommande vivement cet endroit, surtout grâce à Sœur Zhu !

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel et, honnêtement, nous n'aurions pas pu rêver mieux. L'hôtel était très calme, d'une propreté impeccable et notre chambre était parfaitement rangée. Chaque matin, du thé et des petites collations nous attendaient dans le hall, une attention particulièrement appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel, bien différent de ce que l'on trouve dans la plupart des hôtels chinois où nous avons séjourné. Tout était frais, de grande qualité et visiblement préparé avec soin. De plus, les horaires étaient flexibles et adaptés à notre emploi du temps, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le propriétaire est vraiment exceptionnel. Il nous a conduits gratuitement à la porte sud de Huangshan et nous a aidés à organiser notre itinéraire dans les moindres détails. Tout au long de notre séjour, il s'est régulièrement assuré de notre bien-être, nous demandant si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit et se souciant sincèrement de notre confort. Le jour de notre départ, impossible de trouver un Didi pour un trajet plus long jusqu'à Jiangwan : aucun chauffeur n'était disponible. Le propriétaire a immédiatement appelé son frère, qui nous y a conduits pour le même prix qu'un Didi, mais dans une voiture bien plus agréable et confortable. Nous étions enrhumés pendant notre séjour, et le propriétaire a été incroyablement attentionné. Nous lui avions signalé dès le départ que la climatisation aggravait nos maux de gorge et nos sinus, et il s'est assuré qu'elle soit éteinte dans la chambre. Il a même demandé à son frère de ne pas l'utiliser dans la voiture lors de notre transfert – chose rarissime ! Un propriétaire exceptionnel, un cadre magnifique, une propreté irréprochable et une vue imprenable depuis le toit. Nous nous sommes sentis choyés du début à la fin. Nous avons adoré cet endroit et nous y retournerions sans hésiter. À recommander absolument !

À Huangshan Group, je trouve beaucoup d'hôtels qui choisissent enfin cette maison. L'environnement géographique est très excellent près de la vallée des amants. Le paysage environnant est également très bon, à 20 minutes de route du centre-ville. Le lit de Kim Choi dans les installations est doux et doux et très confortable. Le service du directeur est également très bon, il a mis à jour gratuitement le type de chambre et il fournit également des légumes très délicieux 🌹ᐕ) ⁾⁾. C'est une très bonne expérience de séjour, que ce soit un voyage d'amour, une fête d'amis, la construction d'entreprise est très appropriée pour tenter !!!!
