Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

I used this hotel for a business trip and had a very positive experience. Location & Dining: The location is excellent for dining options. There are two cafes directly across the street, and additional restaurants and cafes in the neighboring block, making meal times very convenient. While the on-site restaurant was under renovation and unavailable, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which was a great alternative. I'm excited about the future, as the renovated restaurant is expected to become NAVAT, a highly-regarded establishment in the city. I look forward to staying here again after the renovation is complete! Amenities & Comfort: I was very appreciative of the complimentary amenities in the room, including the free bottled water, electric kettle, and supplies for coffee and tea. The restroom and shower were clean and very easy to use. Service: The hotel staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They promptly handled my sudden request for a taxi and provided very detailed and useful information about the city. Their hospitality significantly enhanced my stay. Overall: Highly recommended. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.

Les chambres sont agréables, confortables et propres. Le personnel est aimable et serviable ! Le petit-déjeuner dépend des horaires des cuisiniers, mais il est parfois délicieux, avec des viennoiseries fraîches, des plats chauds, des blinis et des syrniki. Parfois, il est moyen, avec des saucisses trop sèches en plat principal, des brioches Cinnabon qui traînent depuis trois jours (personne n'en prend, mais on continue d'en proposer), et les saucisses elles aussi ont quelques jours. En revanche, il y a toujours des fruits frais.

La chambre et le service étaient exceptionnellement bons, mais ce qui m'a vraiment dégagé était le petit déjeuner. Il y avait une variété incroyable d'options, et tout ce que j'ai essayé était très bon.

A newly renovated hotel uses not really good construction materials. There is a cover maybe use for checking the water pipes next to the toilet in the bathroom. It is not completely attached to the wall, and you may see light from the opposite side, so the privacy is not very good. Also, elevator can only accommodate two people, not really convenient if you have too many luggage. If you go to the city center you need to take a taxi. The hotel is located at the end of an alley and please direct the driver to the alley. But their female staffs are really helpful and breakfast is delicious.

Хороший отель. Чистый номер. Матрасы заменили по требованию на мягкие . В номере прохладно , но стоит обогреватель. Отличные завтраки . Большой бассейн , сауна и хамам отличные. Понравилось качество массажа

La chambre est excellente et le petit déjeuner a une grande variété. Le personnel est très aimable et utile. N'hésitez pas à prendre en compte l'absence d'ascenseur et vous devez demander au personnel de débloquer le parking fermé. Bon séjour en général.

Excellent location within walking distance of many parks and attractions. The Chinese-style breakfast is freshly prepared, hot, and delicious. The hosts are warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.

L'hôtel est très confortable et vous avez un séjour régulier dans le centre de l'hôtel. La gestion devrait tenter de résoudre le problème. Lorsque nous nous plaignions, ils disaient qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres et qu'ils n'avaient pas proposé de solution. Seuls quand ils ont poussé à affirmer qu'ils auraient aidé, ce qui n'était qu'une fenêtre ouverte, et il n'a pas fait de différence majeure. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, le centre de la ville est très bien situé.
