Hôtels 4 étoiles à Province de Tchouï, Kirghizistan

Une excellente expérience de séjour! C'est l'hôtel Xiaojia (LuckyStar Hotel) qui a été choisi à Bishkeck, et la position est vraiment super confortable! L'hôtel est situé au centre-ville et il est très facile de se rendre aux principales attractions. Les piazzas de la place Alaki et le musée national de l'histoire peuvent être atteints à pied et les villes sont entourées de la ville. Pour sentir l'humeur locale, le célèbre marché d'Osh est également proche, vous pouvez acheter des fruits frais et des artisans artisanaux. Si l'on s'intéresse à l'architecture et à la culture religieuse, l'Église orthodoxe de Saint-Nicolas n'est pas aussi loin, calme et belle. Qu'il s'agisse de prendre des voitures, de marcher ou d'utiliser le transport public pour explorer la ville, c'est le point de départ parfait. Pour les voyageurs commerciaux et de loisirs, c'est le choix qui est super précieux. Moldavique! 👍

Отель не большой и вроде бы ни чем не отличается от других, но хочу выделить плюсы. Утром завтраки начинаются с 8 ми утра а на сайте было написано с семи. Попросили сделать нам боксы и утром специально ради нас открыли кухню. Пусть на завтрак было только кофе и фрукты, но сам факт что открыли раньше уже нас обрадовало. Заказали нам такси до аэрапорта, нервничала и психовала по своим днлам постоянно, но сотрудники старались спокойно отнестись ко всему. Вечером после брони так же помогли с сумками.

convenient downtown location, yet quite quiet; fast check-in check out; 3+ stars facilities; some of the sockets are of UK standard which could be helpful for certain people; central heating is a bit too hot, need to open the window from time to time; bed sheets aren’t changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, apart from that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

酒店地理位置很好，離勝利廣場和Bishkek Mosque都不遠，附近也有大商場和超市。但房間的話，不知道是什麼原因，廁所一直反味兒，必須得關着門不然有點受不了。房間的暖氣有問題，空調開不了暖風，所以室內温度也很低，正好遇上比什凱克降温，有點難受。這個酒店應該平時接待團隊遊客比較多，我們住的兩晚，每天早飯都會有很多團隊遊客用餐，菜品供應得就很不及時。整體來説還是可以，就是這些細節做得不太好。

nice place nice view and i will book again when i will visit again

Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them. Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there. We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.

Les chambres sont agréables, confortables et propres. Le personnel est aimable et serviable ! Le petit-déjeuner dépend des horaires des cuisiniers, mais il est parfois délicieux, avec des viennoiseries fraîches, des plats chauds, des blinis et des syrniki. Parfois, il est moyen, avec des saucisses trop sèches en plat principal, des brioches Cinnabon qui traînent depuis trois jours (personne n'en prend, mais on continue d'en proposer), et les saucisses elles aussi ont quelques jours. En revanche, il y a toujours des fruits frais.

La position est confortable, à proximité du centre-ville, mais le rapport coût-efficacité n'est pas élevé.
